Always receive fast, excellent service but today, first time an appointment arrived during manicure and I was regulated to the pedicure station so that customer could be serviced. He at least finished removing polish. Starting pedi, technician intent on selling me having eyebrows done. They are always busy but they have 10 nail stations and six pedicure stations and are staffed by at least 6-9 techs during peak periods. They offer simple manicures, regular polish service w/ regular polish as well as gels, regular and diamond dip & designs. Clientele includes men and women. And the prices are very reasonable. Other than putting me out of his chair for someone with an appointment , and constant upselling, highly recommend Regal Nails in Walmart. read more

I had HELEN and i loved her. She was so nice and we were able to have a good conversation. Not to mention she was fasttt. I came in for a fill and was out in like 40 minutes wayyy faster than most places. She even cleaned up under my nails which most places ive been to don't. Admittedly I get bad callouses but this woman humiliated me when she showed what was in the cheese grater to my daughter and the customer next to her saw as well. Was cut twice with callus shaver!They don't use sanitized tools. This day and age you wanna know the tools have been sanitized. I came home and worked on my 1 foot for at least 30 minutes. Very disappointing! Worst pedicure I've ever gotten there. read more

My mother and I went in to get our nails done. Lu Anne did my mother's nails it was the dip with white tips. My mother tried to tell her that the nails didn't look right they didn't listen and continued right on doing what they were doing. At this point my mother was frustrated we paid we left now the nails are pulling up, they have humps in them, and they look horrible never ever go to this place. We went back in today to have them fix it and the lady looked at her and said I see no problem. When you have a customer and the customer tells you that there's something wrong listen to the customer. Customer is always right in this instance she was. Brooksville on 50 Absolutely the worst of the worst No communication with clients at all. Comprehension skills for English is minimal at best. I got a mani pedi but not the type I requested. As other reviews stated it is a horror trying to get what you want to have. My pedi was sad really, mani was where I gave up! This business is in the business to make you frustrated and look like a grade school project gone wrong!!! Save your money IMO and experience here it's a negative -99. I took my mom here because they let you schedule an appointment online. It let me pick the time, date and the technician. It lists the prices and the Mani/Pedi combo is the one my mom wanted. This was the worst nail salon experience I've had. They refused to let me use my own flip flops and made we wear pre-used disposable sandals. My acrylic fill-in was also the worst of my life. My cuticles are a mess. EVERY nail is crooked. They didn't even attempt to wrap the ends, so my nails already look worn and crispy. This was a true waste of time and money. read more

I started seeing discoloration under my nails after about 3 days. I o my so overlay on my own nails to make them strong. After 3 weeks 7 nails were growing mold on my nails. I went backing there to get my overlay removed. No apology. Still charged me. Told me not to put anything on my nails for 2 months. Their equipment is dirty/dusty. Not only did she cut almost all of my fingers and they have been burning me but this was done day before yesterday and I can't imagine why first I declined a design and she started to give me a design anyways and she started with ring finger then just went to do every finger without asking but next complaint is she didn't even put the acrylic where she cut me up for. This is the owner the kids are in the back on the floor having a rock concert with their iPads and no one cares. Not to mention I was there at 9:06 while a lady was giving a pedicure and said we're not open come back in 30 I come back in 20 and there are a few people waiting and I didn't get put in a chair until 11:20 that's when the owners showed up with their kids. Winnie is good in the back but the other ones over charge and rush to no end last time I went the gentleman in the front rushed my gel pedicure to the point it was still goey in the middle removing the gel weeks later.. read more

I called ahead and the man on the phone told me just to walk in and they could do my fill. I show up with a line of people out the door and only two chairs for waiting customers. After an hour of sitting and waiting I get seated and my nail tech tells me my color is too thin and you will be able to see through my nails do I pick another posh she says the same thing anyways while doing my nails she stops to wax someone's eyebrows not in a back room just in the middle of the Room. She comes back and the rest of the time was very rude and yelled at me too "Becareful " because I wasn't paying attention. In conclusion I will never come back to this shit hole of a place they are over priced, rude , and not clean. read more

Well, this Regal Nail salon in the Walmart is better than the one on Broad St. They aren't very friendly at this one. However, it's very clean. Major improvement from the Broad St. branch. The guy that did my nails was horrified at the condition of my acrylics and complained that he knew the 'old man' at the Broad St. Walmart location and said he did bad work. He then suggested we take off the nails and start again. I agreed. From then on, he wasn't too nice. He was rather rough and hit every one of my cuticles with the dremel! OUCH! I have burned skin on every finger. Currently (it's been a few hours) my fingers are just plain sore! The primer seems to have soaked through my nail and is causing a chemical burn. It's happened to me before, and should stop hurting by the morning. The French manicure look is fine, but I have a few "bubbles" under the top coat of gel polish. I was in enough pain that I just wanted to leave. I also was sort of fearful of pointing out the bubbles, as he wasn't very friendly to start with. I probably won't go back. I need to learn to NOT go to Walmart. He was also very irritated that I was paying by credit card. Caveat Emptor! I'll read some more reviews and find a better salon!
