Lucky for me I was able to sit right away and be prepped for requested service. Spoke with a client sitting next to me and she stated that this is the only place she comes to. She also recommended I get gel builder on my fingernails since I have issues with one or two finished nails come off after a couple of weeks. Again, I took a gamble on her recommendation. My pedi was very comfortable and tech was very meticulous. (BTW...pedi chairs are VERY comfortable!). Then I was seated to have my nails done. Again, different tech, but very meticulous. When I proceeded to pay, I was thanked for my first visit! I highly recommend Her Nails & Lashes for your next nail spa visit. they have other services, which I plan to check out in the near future. I got a Hawaiian pedicure and a fill on my acrylic nails. Lisa offered to do flowers on my toenails which came out really cute. The shop was really clean and the massage chairs were comfortable. They sterilized all their tools. The music was instrumental which appeals to most. The only thing I would suggest as an area of opportunity for them is updating their Decour and the fact that they want you to pay your tip in cash instead of putting it on your card with the charges for the service. The gentleman did a great job with the foot and leg massage and warm towels. He took his time and didn't rush.
