That's me cutting my nails before I came in, shaping my own nails there and bringing my own chrome powder. I said I will pay for gel polish change which it was I got. They charged me $20 but left me go with no top coat on my nails. Very unprofessional and outrageous prices.

I didn't want to spend too much $$$ and Amanda's pricing looked competitive. I decided to check her out since I wanted to get my nails done for my best friend's wedding. She has a ton of pictures from past clients on her site... all the styles are gorgeous, a testament to her detailed/beautiful work! I am very meticulous with my nails and specifically screenshotted a picture so that she can mimic the style. It was a pink to white ombre with a daisy patterned accent. I typically do gel nails and totally forgot that dip was the technique for an ombre so I went along with it. I'm usually really picky with dip cus it can look like bubbles so I specifically asked if she can scale it down. Amanda did a great job and I was so happy with the result. Her loft isn't fancy by any means but it's clean and she is super fast and efficient. Walking out, I couldn't stop looking at my nails! When I say my nails were in tact for 2.5 weeks... man I was impressed. Pics say everything needed. I was rushed the whole time. Was NOT gentle at all she was very forceful. I didn't feel good what I went so I was just trusting her judgement bad idea it was dark in the shop so it was hard to see how the nails truly looked. Had to get them fixed and even then somehow got more aggressive and completely ignored what I was saying they needed to be reshaped and repainted and at that point I just asked for them to be a solid color. I put the rhinestones on them after they were fixed so you couldn't see the paper towel still stuck to the nail. The acrylic starts at 2 week retention because she didn't properly prep my cuticle and nail bed. Wasn't even worth fighting for you could tell there would just be arguments judging by the experience. Asked for acrylic overlay on my toes got gel X so I was like okay they're cute whatever. Well when I went to add my rhinestones to my toes I realized they're only half glued down like what is this. I would never recommend to anyone please head my warnings. I paid 165 for this and that's my mistake but like I said I wasn't feeling good I didn't want to argue or fight. Beyond the nails themselves and customer service being absolute trash they were using used nail files before I got them fixed there was places the gel wasn't even cured major code violations btw uncurled gel has chemicals that can harm you for those who don't know but it was so dark I couldn't tell til I got out and got home and genuinely looked at them. I went because the first time I went I had the best tech she did the most beautiful Christmas nails she's not there anymore I hope she found out she's worth more for real.
