It was my first time at D K and everyone was very friendly. James did a fantastic job with my pedicure. I wanted white white and he recommended a gel pedicure to keep the white polish shiny and chip-free. Thank you James! read more

D K Nail and Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Spring Hill, Florida

i'm sorry, but this place literally sucks. I have never been more disappointed $30 20 minute pedicure didn't remove my polish correctly and literally started painting my toes with my old polish on them very unprofessional. I will never visit again spent about one minute, taking out my cuticles and 15 seconds, scrubbing my feet had to correct them a few times. When I was done, the polish looks so bad. I had them re polish it. I'm sure they were talking crap. Even with a second polish it still looks awful. Next time I will drive to Tampa never been so disappointed waste of my money. read more

D K Nail and Spa - Color nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Spring Hill, Florida

This nail salon is huge and can accommodate many clients at once which makes the wait times quick. I've made appointments ahead of time and have also been a walk-in (Sundays they only take walk ins). The quality of their nail services is around 4/5 stars. I usually get gel polish and half the time it will last two weeks and half the time it'll only last a week (I think it depends on how thick/how well the technician applies the gel). Overall, this nail salon provides a relaxing experience and their prices are average/what you'd expect. read more

Very kind and nice staff. Clean place. The massage chair I used I wanted to take home, it was wonderful! They did a really nice pedicure for me. read more

Pedicure and fill. Always enjoyable! Very clean and professional staff! They always make you feel welcome. Pricing is good

Not the best experience in a nail salon. I felt like I was a nuisance when I walked in and asked for a pedicure. I told them I wanted French tip and that seemed to annoy them even more. I waited about 5-7 minutes to get seated, and the girl asked me again what I wanted done for color. I told her French tips, and she told me I should do gel. I told her I wanted regular, and she told me gel would last longer. I got my toes done on FRIDAY. It is now Sunday! Look at my toes!!! How does this happen to gel in 2 days?! The girl didn't take much time doing the massage (the best part of a pedicure), seemed rushed and didn't talk at all, except when she was telling me to spend more money. As I was finishing up, she told me I needed to get my eyebrows waxed. She said it was an additional $5. So, now my bill was $25, plus and additional $5 for white tips, plus and additional $8 for gel, then add the $5 for brows. So now I'm up to $43 not including tip. Now I'm annoyed. Anyway, I went ahead and did the eyebrows because it had been at least a year since I got them done. I'm not one of those fancy super thick paint on your eyebrows kind of people, so I don't care what they look like. Lol! Anyway, she waxed the brows and did NOTHING ELSE! No plucking, nothing. I was mad. So, I paid her and left. I won't be back. I don't like feeling like I am a bother when I walk into a salon. That's what they're there for and that's what they're getting paid for. I wore a mask, I washed my hands, I did everything I was supposed to do to make sure I was following the rules. No reason I should've been treated like that. What a shame. read more

First time visiting this salon and got a gel pedicure. We got the impression that this place has a lot of regulars and gets very busy so I don't recommend doing a walk in. Luckily we called the day before and they said to come in early. The only bummer was that I wanted the deluxe pedicure but they didn't have time because of how busy they were (I didn't realize we needed to specify when we called) but the regular pedicure was still nice and my toes looked great afterwards! The only other downfall- which is no fault to them is that some people come in to relax and really don't want to hear people screaming at the nail techs from across the salon while we're getting our nails done. They have a lot of regulars so it's understandable that they want to chat but maybe wait until its your time to have conversations to be courteous to others. read more

Wow! Look at the picture of my nails! The ladies here are so nice and full of sunshine! I'm actually posting after my second visit here. I had both a gel fill and spa pedicure and it was so gentle and relaxing. The prices are quite reasonable and more importantly the salon is clean. Go try and see if you will be delighted too! Ended up with a 45$ total when I got a 20$ pedicure, this place overcharges without explaining for what?

Rude...sat for 40 minutes. Never again w these nail salons that have just terrible customer service. I guess it doesn't matter how you treat people because they'll fill up with women every day and we are a dime a dozen read more

I took a chance at this little place really close to my house. I had been to the same nail salon for near 20 years. After the business was sold, it didn't feel the same so I went shopping for another place. The first time I walked in I was greeted very happily. I met Holly and she took me right away. I've now been seeing Holly for over half a year. She's always great about finding a way to foot me in when I forget to make my next appointment. Even when I need a late appointment time, she never shys away from asking if I'd like a pedi too. I live this place. After the struggle to find a new salon, I can express how happy I am that Holly took me in that day. I hope to get at least 20 years here at DK nails read more

I went for a full set and pedicure, she started my pedicure and I went to show her the nails I'd want and she said there was no time for manicure now. So why even say yes? She didn't even offer me to come back later time or make an appointment for the next day just said "sorry thank you bye" loved this nail salon sooo much, and I just got a bad taste in my mouth from that. read more

although I was initially impressed in 2006 when I first visited D K, they have gotten lazy in the cleaning department place is obviously dirty IE baby cockroaches under the male technicians nailing filling jar I observed more than once reuse items that should be thrown away i e toe separators, slippers, files They have a sanitizer but upon further examination it is dirty on the outside and strange items are stored inside. This is unfortunate as the nail designer is good CLEAN UP YOUR ACT! !Remember also it's not polite to speak to the other technicians in a foreign language while working on customers. PLEASE STOP CLEANING THE PEDICURE TOOLS IN THE TUB WHILE A CUSTOMER'S FEET ARE IN IT. read more
