i called to make an appointment for 5 pm. got told that's fine, asked if I had a tech I preferred, I said no, just whoever is available. I got there at 4:55 and was told only a few more minutes. Okay, no problem. 5:15, three people have come in and sat with someone (I assume because they specified a tech). When someone was checking out at 6PM I asked if I could reschedule, the gentleman who sits up front was rude about it, practically yelling at me "who do you want to do your nails?!" A lady magically became available. I got acrylic overlay (my natural nails were long) with a gel top coat and gel French tip pedicure. The lady did do a good job, so I tipped her cash right there. I go to check out, $123!! I didn't get a full set, I didn't get ANY designs on my nails. I was blown away. I still paid for it, didn't argue and left. I thought I made a mistake in reading the prices on THEIR wall/menu. The next morning when I get up for work (not even 12 hours later), my top coat and gel is peeling off my nails. On multiple fingers. I called in to see if I could stop by (had a wedding to go to) and was told I'd have to pay to get it repainted. I used to go here a few years ago, and everyone was kind and reasonably priced (not the cheapest by any means, but more reasonable). I don't mind spending the money, but the totals didn't add up for services rendered and the customer service was horrendous. read more

Well to start off i needed a pedicure done and i recent moved to this area and didn't know where to go so i went here. Basic pedicure with white gel polish. I give it a solid 2 stars because the massage was good although when it came to filing it was so painful. Gel polish needs to be cured 100% and maybe the worker just wanted to work fast and get it over with but he did my gel polish everything was fine till i got home and noticed i had an air bubble and i touched it and noticed it was soft came to see they didn't cure the polish fully. Came back 2 days later since i had to work and the lady who fixed them didn't care and was rough the whole time i told her that i want the left foot redone bc if this toe wasn't cured that others aren't either. She only fixed what she thought needed to be fixed. Went on vacation and the polish fell off started to chip and lift. read more

Congratulations to Cosmo Nails on the reopening after Corona! I called and make an appointment which currently is the only way to use the services. They have gone to the added expense to try and keep the techs and the clients safe by adding a plastic screen in both the mani and pedi area. Clients are to mask up before entering the salon and wash your hands before services. I had a new set. Sadly 2 months and no fills will do it and I needed a pedicure. My nail tech was awesome she was very nice and did a very good job would highly recommend her my friends nail tech however was incredibly rude and didn't listen my friend asked Len multiple times to re shape her nails and she refused. she used dirty tools and couldn't be bothered to get an actual doting tool very unprofessional and not something I expect from a nail salon. We heard her be rude to multiple costumers well we where there and she dragged another one of her costumers in to it when I said I am not paying for shape as she refused to do the proper shape or lesson to my friend when she said she was un-happy with it. I only used this nail salon bc it had great reviews and I am new to the area. I had a young, Spanish, male tech. I feel like he rushed through my nails and didn't even do the bare minimum, like shape! Some of my nails curve down towards the middle on the tips bc he didn't simply take the time to file them !!!! He left my ends so sharp and pointy, I had to ask for him to round them out a bit and they're still extremely sharp around the edges. My biggest concern is that he didn't take the time to even push back my cuticles or clean off my nails, (if it's extra $ just say that!!) but he literally applied acrylic ON TOP of a cuticle and so when my nail started to grow out, my cuticle was being pulled apart and it was red and sore for about 2/3 days. I couldn't figure out what happened, but now that it has broken I can clearly see the issue. Needless to say, I WILL NOT BE BACK. Looking for another salon who can hopefully clean up his lazy a** work! The worst part of this whole experience is, I haven't had my nails done since MARCH, so I was looking forward to feeling pampered and girly again, instead I feel like I went to the flea market. read more

I have to say this was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. I'm not sure what they did or didn't do, but it is as if the polish didn't even adhere to my nails. Maybe they didn't clean the oils off my nails good enough? Within 24 hours all of the clear polish (only had a clear mani) had all peeled off my nails. Several toes also have zero polish left (came off as an entire sheet, if that makes sense) after only 4 days. I'm sorry, but spending $45, it should last longer than a couple of days. We stopped at many places with only two technicians waiting on appointments that passed us up but this place had a full friendly staff and were extremely accommodating. Also the place was really hot.They did my eyebrows exactly how I told them and they came out good. I also came a different day to get acrylics taken off . The last time i was in I had a pedicure and they had me sit by the nail dryers until a different girl could take me for my nail fill in. They left me sitting for a good 45 min. I saw this place when I was on my way to get groceries at the Publix right next door. I hadn't had a pedicure in years and I just moved here from Colorado, so I figured my feet needed some pampering since they're going to be in open toed sandals so much more often here. When I walked in there were a few other women getting led back to get pedicures and 1 woman getting a manicure. I figured that I would have to wait but I didn't. There were 4 employees for the each of us and there seemed to be more in the back because when other people came in they were helped right away too. It was a weekday afternoon, so it wasn't packed but there were more people than expected. From what I remember of a pedicure it was all very standard. They have a small TV at the top corner and they were showing Star Trek so I got distracted watching that. At the end they have you sit at a table to let the polish dry. The girl who did my pedicure completely vanished, so I gather that you sit until you're ready to go. I sat for over 10 minutes and was the last to leave of everyone who was getting a pedicure so I figured I was good to go. As soon as I put my sandal on I smudged the polish on my big toe. Ooops. If I had told them they may have fixed it, but I had some other stuff to get done so I didn't say anything. I suppose that they give out those lovely pedicure flip flops for a reason. :) My pedicure was $22 plus tip and I noticed that a polish change is $7. They have the prices on the board right up front, so it's nice to see them ahead of time. Since there are so many nail places around I will probably try out a couple of them, but given the convenient location of Cosmo Nail Spa I'm sure I'll be back some time. read more

The movies are either horror/scary with bad language- not at all relaxing or R rated with scenes i would rather not see. this is not a place for children!
