We had two lovely technicians, Emma and Simone who were so professional, kind, and great at what they do. And as we interacted with many of the technicians over and over, they were so nice. I am a male that came in a for a TRIM ONLY(i asked for 1.5 inches off). yes i know a guy going to a salon isn't very normal but when you have pretty long hair for a guy you cannot go to a barber. not only did this person cut off double the length that i wanted, they cut my hair uneven. the right side of the front is short while the back is long and the front left side is too long with the back too short. no because who actually hired this person. u butchered my shi and now i have to let it regrow for the next COUPLE MONTHS. did not leave the house this weekend. will be having my hair in a headband everyday until i can look in the mirror again without laughing at how i look. p.s. the hot towel and shampooing was nice lol

(See the pictures) This could've ended in ingrown nail disaster!!! You can't cut a nail but leave it behind, attached. The massage was awesome, the gel polish was a 8/10 job but the cutting of the nails and trimming was a 0/10. Maybe just file but not cut from now on. I don't think I'll be returning. 9/7/21 I got my first service from this salon today. I did the $25 pedicure and the $15 gel polish. The gentleman did a great job with the foot and leg massage and warm towels. He took his time and didn't rush. My only issue is that he cut down the sides of my big toenails, like he was a podiatrist. I'm praying I don't get bad ingrown nails from it.
