I went to get a gel polish change today and I brought my own chrome powder to use since they charge an additional $10 just for chrome. It's $20 for a gel polish change. But if you want your nails trimmed or shaped it's an additional $5. That's just too much! They told me it would be $28 for a gel polish. That's me cutting my nails before I came in, shaping my own nails there and bringing my own chrome powder. I said I will pay for gel polish change which it was I got. They charged me $20 but left me go with no top coat on my nails. Very unprofessional and outrageous prices. read more

I had gone here a few time for just myself, and the service was 3-5 stars depending on the service as well as the technician. The first time I brought my two small daughters. Our service was a five! I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he sat on the side near the front, and he was so sweet, made them feel very special. They wanted to go back again, and I know they had hoped they would have him. However, we ended up having two ladies who sit towards the back. One of them could not get through the manicure fast enough and the other sprayed my three-year-old in the eyes with alcohol. I know she didn't mean to, but it was just a matter of rushing through everything. I asked if we could pay for a nail design or some type of nail art, the younger lady shut down the idea quickly, and said there was no way to draw on their small fingernails. I mean fine, I doubt you couldn't do at least some little snowman or snowflake, but we just went home and put some nail stickers on that I had. all they did was polish the fingernails, no little soaking, or warm towel or anything that would feel like a professional manicure. I buy each of them gel manicures because it lasts a few days longer, I always tip a little extra because I know know it's not a huge payout for their appointments, and this is why I find it very disappointing when I have a technician who rushes through the appointment and makes the time spent feel like an annoyance. We won't be back. But if you are an adult, by yourself, and looking for a reasonable place to get your nails done this will probably be fine. The set up is clean and they have a lot of options for colors. read more

I came here a few years ago to get my nails done for my wedding and I came back yesterday for a pedicure when visiting my parents. I got the "deluxe pedicure" and it did not disappoint. I feel like you get a good amount for the price, including nail trim, various massages, hot stone massage, and more. They make sure you leave satisfied and every detail in the nail is perfect. I wish they were closer to me or else I would come more often! $58 for a deluxe gel pedicure, you can't get those prices for that quality anywhere else. I stopped in here based on the Google reviews of this place, there weren't too many yelp reviews so I thought I would give it a try and be one of the recent Yelpers. I walked in, it was very busy, after about a minute I was acknowledged. I told a girl I wanted a pedicure and a full set of nails, and the girl pointed at a iPad for me to sign in on. I had no clue what I was doing, but received absolutely no help and what I was supposed to be doing, so I took a stab in the dark. To my delight it wasn't that difficult, but it still struck me as funny that she expected me to know what I was doing. Another lady grabbed a set of colors and put them in my face, so I assumed she wanted me to pick a color for my toes? A couple of minutes later she tells me to go sit in one of the pedicure chairs. I sit there for about 5 to 10 minutes, and then somebody came and started some water for me. The water was extremely hot so I couldn't put my feet in it, and a lady walked by told me to put my feet in, and I told her it was too hot. So, she bent over and changed the temperature for me. A few minutes later somebody came over, and asked me which pedicure I would like to receive while handing me a menu. I opted for the deluxe, because I didn't need anything more than that. The lady doing my feet kept speaking in her language, so I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong or not. She did a wonderful job on my feet! I enjoyed everything about my pedicure. Now onto my nails...... She asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted white tips, and she spoken her language and kept saying "white tips, white tips" so I think that she might've been making fun of me? Kind of made me a little uncomfortable that she asked me what I wanted and then kept saying white tips with her language. She did not ask me what shape I wanted for my nails so she assumed I wanted square, with rounded edges. I'm sure there's a name for it but I don't know what it is. I'm not sure if I will come back here for my nails, but I may come back for my pedicure. My nails have to be perfect for my job because I show my hands several times a day to several hundred people a day. It's a shame I can't find a great place in Spring Hill for nails. read more

ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My daughter has been begging to have her nails done for years. Now that she is in middle school, I agreed to it for her birthday. She wanted to have them done with her best friend. We went to Century at the recommendation of a friends daughter. The girl that did my daughters nails, rushed through them. She was noticeably upset that she had to stay for my daughters appointment (it was a Friday evening). She rushed through the job, and finished way before my daughters friends were finished. We blinked and she was gone. She got up and just left. Upon inspecting her nails, I noticed that they were pointing up, and had a bunch of acrylic under the nail on hanging off the edges. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she had the woman who did my daughters friends fix them. She cleaned underneath but didn't address the fact that they looked like they were popping off of her finger. As of today, she is missing half of her nails. Long story a little shorter, the manager, Lauren, could care less about addressing this issue with the nail tech. She made a million excuses as to why this probably happened. She offered to fix the nails that had popped off, but at this rate, a new one pops off every other day. Taking a shower, grabbing a pencil, brushing her hair... they just keep falling off. Her nails were not even scuffed to hold the acrylic, as you can see in the photos. I paid $100 for this. I requested a partial refund for just my daughters nails and they refused, so I have no choice but to dispute the whole transaction with my bank. Do not use this salon. read more

I was admiring my coworker's nail art and she turned me on to this nail salon. It is really well hidden in the far side of a stripmall. I like this place. The nail techs were friendly and competent, but more than that. My beautician wanted me to be comfortable and to relax. She brought me several waters. She massaged my legs with warm stones and swaddled them in hot towels. I felt so much better afterwards. Imo the service here is beyond any other salon in the area - but for the same price! And getting cute flowers painted on my nails was only $5 more. Give yourself a treat and try Century Nails. read more

I went in for a eyebrow wax and the lady was in such a rush. She took off half of one of my eyebrows and now they are two different lengths and it's VERY noticeable. I DO NOT recommend getting a wax done here. read more

I used to religiously get my acrylics done here and only here for a year and a half until I got the worst nail infection of my life. I had to be on antibiotics from it and had issues for 6 months with my finger. I stopped having my nails done here and took a break all together. Went to get a pedicure and as usual the person doing it I didn't understand him , & was just rushing the whole thing , he was more worried about cleaning the equipment in the same water he had me put my feet in than actually massaging my feet and cleaning them. I asked him to see two colors and he was basically forcing me to pick the one to match my nails, what if I wasn't trying to match them. The massage was more like he was putting on lotion. I was mire stressed out getting a pedicure than before I got there. He had no ppl skills and made my whole pedicure feel like a bother. I just had a pedicure done and I walked out in almost literal tears. I don't think I've ever walked out of having a pedicure, feeling worse and more stressed out than I did walking in. The water was cold so I asked the lady to make it warmer so she ignored me 2 times before my mom asked her again. Then she rushed through the entire grooming part. My toe nails are crooked, the hot stones were barely warm and were rubbed over my legs twice. Hot towels were also cold. No massage and she kept spraying the hose on my legs with cold water. By the end of it I had to ask one of the other staff members for lotion because my feet felt so dry and my skin felt tight. I have never been so sad about pampering myself. I was already having a rough day and came in to relax and feel better but the whole time I had to keep telling myself that I don't need to cry because it is only a pedicure but I would like to let whoever is in charge know that I am very upset with the service I received read more
