Ashley is the best at nails!
    Teresa L.

Marti is the best! I've been coming here for 5 years when they were at the old location and now at the new location. I drive from Clearwater to come for cut, color, and pedicure every 6 weeks because they do such a great job and have a comfortable environment.

Walk-ins and appointments accepted. Color, cut, formal events and undos, hair extensions, nails, waxing and teeth whitening, makeup application. I discovered the salon while going into Publix next door, and went as a walk-in when Marti had a cancellation today. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to hep me with ideas from some photos I had. They have a comfortable waiting area as well as free wifi and a water cooler. If you go, ask for Marti and please tell her I sent you.

This pains me to write but these things really need addressed. I came here today for a gel pedicure. I was 20 minutes early, and she got me started 10 minutes late, no fault of theirs for me being early. No jetted tub, the assistant didn't know how to work it- the bail tech fixed it 3/4 the way through. Again, no biggie things happen. The pedicure was like warm at best and hardly soothing. No leg massage, she did massage lotion up to my ankles but that was it. I apparently git the signature pedicure, wasn't given the option for anything else. I would have gotten the bigger package if been offered. She put gel on before polish, which was weird but I just went with it. Then she did polish with a top coat that needed to dry. Why would I get a gel pedicure to have to wait to dry after? Her response she was "it's long lasting, not gel top coat". What?! I'm super confused. Then the finish.... pictures to show. I'm just irritated.... and paid $55 ($5 tip). $50 for a basic pedicure, not even really basic and a terrible gel application and horrible polish job. Only saving grace is the young gal doing it was super sweet but still, have someone for experienced handling customers or charge less. I had an appointment Tuesday for dip nails, will not keep it.

Super salon! I love my hair and my color every time I leave. I also have to add that Ashley is the best nail artist around! That girl can freehand anything on a nail. Try them and you'll leave with a new favorite salon.

I'm gonna start by saying my haircut experience was excellent; however, taking my three year old for her first pedicure was quite a bit disappointing. The polish chosen was too thick. They did not offer another color or try thinning it out. Due to this as you can see my nails were not dry enough to wear shoes; even though I had my hair washed, cut, and dried all after my nails were done before I put on shoes. Needless to say my 3 year olds finger nails did not last 3 hours. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. We almost didn't stay after the frustrating confusion over whether or not I could stay with my child during her pedicure or if I'd be leaving her in the chair while I was doing my hair. Also the website states that all hair appointments come with a deep condition and blow dry. But They do not wash for a child's cut and I had to ask for her to blow out her new cut to see how the new style looked. If you need a hair appointment for yourself-great! If you are taking a child-keep looking.

I am super picky when it comes to my nails. After years of getting them done I know what I want. I am so happy that I found Ashley. She is amazing and so talented. I love coming up with new nail art ideas and seeing what she does with them. She always beats my expectation. She hand paints the art or shapes with acrylic to make the designs. You will never be disappointed.

Marti did an amaZing job giVing me subtle caramel highlights!!!!

I did like the service and feel it was fairly priced. A little bit more than what I would expect to pay, but Kiersten did a pretty good job. My daughter said the only thing she didn't care for, was the employees all seemed like they might've been overworked or just didn't want to be there. She felt the friendliness just wasn't there, but she was happy with the service received. My only complaint is: I paid for the service and the lady at the front desk accessed my credit card to pay for an item I told her I wanted - after I left the store. She forgot to ring it up and just went ahead and charged the card without me knowing about it until about 20 minutes later. She finally called to tell me about it and I was already aware because I received an alert my card was used. I really didn't like that very much. She told me a price, I paid it. I physically watched her scan the UPC, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

Been going to the Springhill location, seeing the same stylist for about two years and out of all…read moreof my appointments there's only been two that haven't been rescheduled multiple times due to the stylist being "sick or something came up", but I have to fill out/ sign their cancellation policy with veiled, threats of ridiculous fees; but no consideration for clearing my schedule and the money it cost me. I have never had to cancel,, been late, or no showed any appointments. On three separate occasions I've had the Wefts fallout/un stitch and when I tried to call to come in needing a real fix my phone calls were not returned and when I finally reached somebody, I was treated like an inconvenience all while I have half a weft hanging off my head. I was getting hair extension services, which were becoming more and more pricey with installation quality not being consistent and most times did not meet the " master " level pricing. All the while my stylist telling me that my hair extensions " look great and everything looks healthy" but I noticed an increase in hair loss which I routinely asked about. Before seeing a medical professional (which confirmed they were indeed a significant contributor an in fairness, not the sole reason) my stylist suggested clip in extensions and showed me a sample which looked to be very good quality. I was not truly convinced if I wanted to go to clipping versus sew in or keratin bonding, etc., and was told I could purchase them and when I came back in, could decide if I wanted to have clip in or sewing, etc., I did explain that I was going out of town long-term (6-12month) and I was told no problem that when I called to make my next appointment to let them know which way I wanted to proceed and to make my appointment in the future/give four weeks for the products to be ordered. Flash forward I get a call saying my extensions were there and ready to be picked up. I called to asked as to why they were ordered I was told they had been sitting there for months. I explained and asked what changed from my conversation with my stylist and was given attitude and the person on the phone wouldn't give me their name. I called back and spoke with Tracy, who was very nice, but not very helpful. At this point I just accept the situationand make my appointment only to be given hair extensions that we're not the ones I was shown and definitely not same quality. When the stylist put them in, they didn't fit (also was told they could be custom fitted). Stylist gave some BS about how she overlapped them which would give me more versatility with my wefts, but instead it left a big bump at the back of my head that stuck out and couldn't be hidden by my actual hair because it was so pronounced = terrible install that was amateur level which cost me $135. To add insult to injury I get home and looked up the brand name on the box that my hair extensions came in and find out that I could've ordered the same extensions online for literally 1/4 the cost of what I was charged by the salon. By my calculations the salon charged me a 250% markup on extensions that were definitely not the same type or quality I was shown along with a amateur level install that was not custom fitted, which equals a whole big waste of my money. I will not be going back and definitely have learned my lesson and should've not given so many chances and gone somewhere else sooner

I had been putting off getting my hair cut and/or colored again for so long, due to how much pain I have been in, especially since I was struck from behind coming home on an out-of-state trip. Jana was compassionate and took the time to explain that while she could not do mobile hair dressing, she would be glad to let me get up frequently or do whatever would make me comfortable. Price: on the normal side. It was explained that more color would be required for the first time, due to how much my gray roots had grown out since Valentine's Day (five months regrowth on longish hair), and that subsequent touchups would be less expensive. The salon was closed by the time she rung me up because she spent so much care and time with me. Jana took photos afterwards and I paid what I perceived to be a very fair and comparable price. Note: credit cards or cash accepted, no checks. I had responded to a promotion advertised for a deep conditioning treatment, which I also found helpful. Consultation: lengthy, which was great! Cut: It looks better than it did when I went in. Maybe shorter than I planned. I wanted damage cut off, but probably should have specified that I did not want so much length lost. I had been waffling back and forth about growing it longer versus not wanting it to look droopy and dragged down, and was happy to trust Jana's longtime cosmetology experience history. Methodology: Jana spends lots of time and knows what she is doing! Go for it. The shade of red she mixed is great! The cut I'm satisfied with overall; probably the only thing I would change is I usually request that stylists do not use thinning shears on my already-thinning, middle-aged, curly hair. I have family members who are longtime stylists and barbers. By the time I realized Jana was doing this (my glasses were off and I was turned away from the mirror), and asked about it, it was too late, so I let her finish and just went with it, and was happy with the overall result. Jana also noted that the length/cut was uneven from the last stylist. Salon: clean, bright, happy vibe; nice music, pleasant customers (mostly middle-aged women like myself), and all stylists I spoke to were friendly.

Absolutely amazing! This place is the go-to for all your beauty needs…read more I was very lucky to come by this place today. I had been calling different salons all over Spring Hill to see if they do eyebrow threading but had no luck until one salon recommended I go to Azi's. I called in around 11am and the receptionist informed me that Azi (the owner and the only one that can do threading) would be in around 1pm to stop by even though Mondays are her days off. I booked the 1 o'clock slot for myself and my best friend and hoped for the best. The salon is located on the right side of Publix past a barber shop. When I stepped inside, I was immediately greeted with warm smiles from the receptionists. Their customer service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly, outgoing and positive. I chatted with all of them for awhile and I thoroughly appreciated the sincerity and attention they provided. Their customer service alone is worth 10 stars! The layout and interior design of the salon is clean, organized, attractive and very nice. I felt like I was in a very high end salon, especially for it being Spring Hill. They also offer refreshments such as flavored water and juice! The owner, Azi, did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. The best I've ever had, hands down. She took her time and was very precise and thorough. She explained why she shaped them the way she did, how it accents my face and where I need to let hair grow in for a perfect arch. She even filled my brows in with shadow and explained that I need to brush "against" my hair so that the powder adheres to my skin and not my hair - something I've been doing wrong my whole life! She threaded my best friend's eyebrows who has never had them threaded before and they turned out amazing as well. She and I were both more than pleased and had new faces to show for it. And for only $15 to boot! I had asked her if she does "eyelash extensions" and she said yes! How lucky I was! Thankfully, she was willing to stay and do my lashes because heaven knows I needed them done. There are three tiers you can get. The first ($25) is a lash strip like the ones you can buy and glue yourself. This is guaranteed to last two days but she mentioned a lot of customers say it lasts a week. The second tier ($45) are the individual lashes (which is really a small set of hairs 3-4 in one clump) which are glued to your natural lashes. The third tier ($250) are individual pieces of hair meticulously glued to your lashes. This process can take several hours to complete but lasts for months supposedly. I decided to do the second tier because I need something that lasts longer than a week. The process wasn't too long and you can actually tell I have eyelashes now. Yay! You just have to take care of them and can't rub them or use any oil based products near your eyes. Not a problem for me. The better you take care of them, the longer they will last. I'm happy with the way they turned out. Next time I would actually do the longest length she has for extra oomph! Or maybe I'll splurge and do tier 3. I spend goodness knows how much money and time applying false lashes every morning for my job. This saves so much time and it looks so much more natural. Azi was just the sweetest ever and she even did a quick sewing repair on my dress! When I got up out of her chair, the strap on my dress broke and she sewed it back on in 10 seconds flat! This woman can do everything I tell you! I will definitely be back and I am recommending her beauty salon to anyone and everyone. If you want to look and feel like a million bucks, this is the place to go!
