UPDATE 9/29/18: about a week or so after I posted this review, Steve, the owner personally reached…read moreout to me to listen to my experience. He was understanding, compassionate, and vowed to make it right. Considering my first experience at their salon was so wonderful, I was open to the opportunity to have his team correct my hair. He set me up with their blonding specialist, Laura. She reached out to me the night before my appointment to ask me what my concerns were, what I was looking to achieve and to send her pictures of my current hair and the look I wanted. Again when I walked in the atmosphere of the salon was awesome. Laura went over what I wanted again, and fully delivered what I had originally wanted. After I left Steve again reached out to me to make sure everything went well. I cannot tell you how great it felt to have someone care so much about their business and their clients, and so willing to listen and fix any mistakes that were made. I didn't make a mistake going here at all. I already scheduled my next appointment with Laura and I truly look forward to it, and staying a part of the Salon 427 family. You won't find more dedicated stylists, and more importantly a leader like Steve who makes sure his guests are 100% taken care of. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this have a good ending. I first went here in November of 2016, when their location was on Forest Hill Road. Brittany did my hair and it was PERFECTION. life happened, and I haven't had a chance to have color since. So walking into this, I already had great expectations. I called last minute for a hair cut appointment (on a Tuesday for a Saturday appointment) and everything seemed ok, Brittany was not available on the weekends so I took another stylist. My appointment was at 4pm. Around 1pm that day I get a phone call from them asking if I was ok. I said of course, she proceeds to say 'well your appointment was at 12:45. Now I know she said 4, I marked it in my calendar. Whatever, said she could see me at 2. When I arrived I had to wait 15 extra minutes, which wasn't a big deal to me because I got a nice beverage from the receptionist. I meet with Krystal and she starts asking me about my color. Again, I scheduled an appointment for just a cut. I should have took it as a sign right there to NOT get color, but it was my first time out since my daughter was born so I figured why not. We went over what I had previously, what I wanted now, and I showed her a picture. I was going for subtle, caramel color. What I ended up with was a nightmare. My highlights were splotchy, streaky, yellow, and thick. Think 90's. And not in a good way. I didn't immediately realize due to the poor lighting and when I arrived home my husband literally said 'yikes'. So I reached out to them, explained what happened and yes, they were very responsive. But again, I feel like they had me mixed up with someone else! The girl on the phone kept asking me about my curls (I have straight hair) and said she wasn't going to have time to fix it and curl it like it was (again, I do not have curly hair nor did she curl it, I left with straight hair and she even took pictures of it!!) so I get there on Sunday and Cheyenne helped her fix the color. Now, there is a stylist who not only listens but delivered what I wanted. The only problem is they had to dye over the blonde, and it was a demi so it's already starting to fade out. I used to recommend this salon to everyone, but I cannot see myself returning when someone who is a level 3 stylist in their opinion can not execute what a customer asks for.

Absolutely amazing! This place is the go-to for all your beauty needs…read more I was very lucky to come by this place today. I had been calling different salons all over Spring Hill to see if they do eyebrow threading but had no luck until one salon recommended I go to Azi's. I called in around 11am and the receptionist informed me that Azi (the owner and the only one that can do threading) would be in around 1pm to stop by even though Mondays are her days off. I booked the 1 o'clock slot for myself and my best friend and hoped for the best. The salon is located on the right side of Publix past a barber shop. When I stepped inside, I was immediately greeted with warm smiles from the receptionists. Their customer service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly, outgoing and positive. I chatted with all of them for awhile and I thoroughly appreciated the sincerity and attention they provided. Their customer service alone is worth 10 stars! The layout and interior design of the salon is clean, organized, attractive and very nice. I felt like I was in a very high end salon, especially for it being Spring Hill. They also offer refreshments such as flavored water and juice! The owner, Azi, did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. The best I've ever had, hands down. She took her time and was very precise and thorough. She explained why she shaped them the way she did, how it accents my face and where I need to let hair grow in for a perfect arch. She even filled my brows in with shadow and explained that I need to brush "against" my hair so that the powder adheres to my skin and not my hair - something I've been doing wrong my whole life! She threaded my best friend's eyebrows who has never had them threaded before and they turned out amazing as well. She and I were both more than pleased and had new faces to show for it. And for only $15 to boot! I had asked her if she does "eyelash extensions" and she said yes! How lucky I was! Thankfully, she was willing to stay and do my lashes because heaven knows I needed them done. There are three tiers you can get. The first ($25) is a lash strip like the ones you can buy and glue yourself. This is guaranteed to last two days but she mentioned a lot of customers say it lasts a week. The second tier ($45) are the individual lashes (which is really a small set of hairs 3-4 in one clump) which are glued to your natural lashes. The third tier ($250) are individual pieces of hair meticulously glued to your lashes. This process can take several hours to complete but lasts for months supposedly. I decided to do the second tier because I need something that lasts longer than a week. The process wasn't too long and you can actually tell I have eyelashes now. Yay! You just have to take care of them and can't rub them or use any oil based products near your eyes. Not a problem for me. The better you take care of them, the longer they will last. I'm happy with the way they turned out. Next time I would actually do the longest length she has for extra oomph! Or maybe I'll splurge and do tier 3. I spend goodness knows how much money and time applying false lashes every morning for my job. This saves so much time and it looks so much more natural. Azi was just the sweetest ever and she even did a quick sewing repair on my dress! When I got up out of her chair, the strap on my dress broke and she sewed it back on in 10 seconds flat! This woman can do everything I tell you! I will definitely be back and I am recommending her beauty salon to anyone and everyone. If you want to look and feel like a million bucks, this is the place to go!

The staff here was very friendly and welcoming and explain step-by-step what to expect and why. My husband knew I had struggled with putting on my eyebrows every single day because of over- plucking when I was younger, he set up the appointment and the staff were very accommodating they took their time and I am quite pleased with the results. I give Beauty by Azi a five star rating because they deserve it they care about their customers and accommodate them at every corner. Thank you Beauty by Azi I will be returning!!!

I didn't want to say anything bc I wasn't when it would happen. It was like a hand massage and wax hand thing or neck massage and something else. Although that didn't happen I got two alcoholic beverages so that made up for it! Lol! My BF was getting a blow out too and also loved this place!! We will def be back!

This salon is top-notch. From the moment I walked in the door (with no appointment for a blow-out),…read morethe service was impeccable! I was offered a choice of beverages (water, wine, mimosa, infused water, etc), which was brought out on a platter with a flower & pretzels. I was then given a full tour of the salon. Erin was the stylist who did my hair wash & blow out. She did a perfect job. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products that would work best in my hair & offered me some good tips for keeping my hair healthy. She started my service by bringing me into the salons "wash room", which is a separate room in the salon that has a uniquely relaxing vibe. The music is peaceful (and different than the music in the rest of the salon, which is much more up beat) and the lights are dimmed to a perfectly relaxing tone. Once inside the wash room, Erin offered me my choice of 2 free "upgrades". The upgrades were offered because I was a new customer (despite the fact that I was not local, they still gave me the upgrades for free). I chose the hot towel treatment & 5 minute hand/arm massage but some of the other options included: 5 minute shoulder massage, 5 minute scalp massage, etc. After a very relaxing & invigorating hair wash & complimentary hand/arm massage & hot towel treatment, I was taken to Erin's station where she proceeded to give me an excellent blow-out in just 30 minutes - since I had told her that I needed to catch a plane in a few hours. I appreciate the fact that she was conscientious of my time limits, yet did not compromise a bit of the service I received. I left the salon with great looking hair & extremely happy. The best part about it was that I got all of this for the price of $35! This salon is super clean (and each brush is sanitized after each client), the atmosphere is chic & relaxing, the service is on point, the prices are more than reasonable & the product line is all great! I really couldn't find one flaw about this salon. I highly recommend Salon 427 to anyone looking for hair services. I will definitely be back next time I am in the Spring Hill area.
