I went in for a cut and color with Diane and everything turned out exactly how I wanted--if not better. The color came out rich and dimensional, and the cut gave my hair so much life and movement. You can tell she really took her time and paid attention to detail. The whole vibe was welcoming and professional, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Rita has truly been a saint! I had major surgery and cannot shower or wash my own hair. Really I can't do anything with my arms that require reaching...anyways - I called to see if they would help wash my hair which Rita very nicely did! After washing it she even offered to braid it to help. Once done and offered to pay she said "no" we in turn just gave her a bigger tip! A week later I am now 9 days post surgery and still can't wash my hair. Called the salon and explained that Rita had washed my hair a week ago and would like to see if she was there today . She was not BUT she came in just to do my hair! Again attempted to pay and she said "no I cannot charge her for something like this when she's in need she can't shower and needs her hair washed" so again we left her with a bigger tip! I cannot be more THANKFUL for the kindness of ALL the staff and ESPECIALLY Rita! read more

Avoid at all cost. I went to this place to get my eyebrows done, they let an unexperienced lady wax them, I ended up with most of my left eyebrow gone, they tried to convince me to make them thinner to fix their mistake. this place is a joke, unprofessional. I'm giving only one star because of the price, my friend (83 years old) was charged $116 for a retouch small haircut, she hardly has any hair to begin with. The absurd and annoying fact is that she was quoted $65 and as soon as she sat in the chair she was requoted a new price. If that was my mother I'd be in there giving them a piece of my mind. I suggest getting a firm price before sitting in the chair. read more

My teenage son has medium length hair and decided he wanted to get it styled. He picked a hairstyle from the internet and brought it in. Doreen was so welcoming and friendly and tailored the cut to his hair until it looked dead-on the picture. She was extremely fast considering that she had never done this cut (only 10 minutes including a shampoo too!). He has done nothing but play with his hair and look into the mirror with a big grin on his face. Wow! Just WOW! You know someone who can do this not only has the experience, but the natural gift for doing hair. Not only will I never take him to another-I had to let everyone know what a gem you are missing! Years ago business owners used to be kind and polite to EARN business....now it seems there is a sense of entitlement where they feel they no longer have to be nice and talk down to you.
