(See the pictures) This could've ended in ingrown nail disaster!!! You can't cut a nail but leave it behind, attached. The massage was awesome, the gel polish was a 8/10 job but the cutting of the nails and trimming was a 0/10. Maybe just file but not cut from now on. I don't think I'll be returning. 9/7/21 I got my first service from this salon today. I did the $25 pedicure and the $15 gel polish. The gentleman did a great job with the foot and leg massage and warm towels. He took his time and didn't rush. My only issue is that he cut down the sides of my big toenails, like he was a podiatrist. I'm praying I don't get bad ingrown nails from it.

They also offer much more than just nails and pedicures, including waxing, head massages, and facials, which is a nice bonus. I noticed if you ask or book a Basic Gel pedicure the price will be $52. That said, the salon itself is a much nicer environment than many others charging similar prices. At least here you're paying for a beautiful, updated space instead of sitting in a salon surrounded by storage boxes or outdated furnishings. I've had a good experience with Kevin and Tyler for good pedicures.

She was beyond frustrated. Asked the owner to come see how crooked they were She said nothing but she took over the work I paid 60$ for this and I paid before this was finished so I couldn't say it wasn't worth that money or even negotiate to return next day to have it redone. Lucky for me I was able to sit right away and be prepped for requested service. Spoke with a client sitting next to me and she stated that this is the only place she comes to. She also recommended I get gel builder on my fingernails since I have issues with one or two finished nails come off after a couple of weeks. Again, I took a gamble on her recommendation. My pedi was very comfortable and tech was very meticulous. (BTW...pedi chairs are VERY comfortable!). Then I was seated to have my nails done. Again, different tech, but very meticulous. When I proceeded to pay, I was thanked for my first visit! I highly recommend Her Nails & Lashes for your next nail spa visit. they have other services, which I plan to check out in the near future.
