I'm a little pissed off. I spent $150 with $30 tip included and my nails haven't even lasted a week. Granted the only two good things is they got me in quickly as I was a walk in for an emergency appointment. I go an hour an and a half to Pineallas to get my nails done and will pay $200 + sometimes and they last. Husband wanted to go out for evening and I had several broken nails so I was a walk-in, was seated within 10 min of arriving. Beebee did my pedi which still looks great so thank you. And Tony did my mani and it's awful! Nails are so crooked against my fingers, the nails are all different sizes, and they have started falling off and haven't even been on a week. Not only that he cut me several times and ripped several of my natural nails where I was bleeding, I didn't make a big deal about it because it does happen sometimes, but I think I might have just been too nice and now I regret not saying anything. I wasn't going to leave a review but when I paid over 100 something and I think I tipped pretty well, my nails should last more than 5 days, now I have cuts all over my fingers and my nails are brittle. I'm very disappointed and a waste of money. ****UPDATE- hubby tried calling and number was busy so we went to the nail salon and spoke with owner, didn't receive full refund, which is fine because my pedi was fine, but owner did make it right for the issues and quality of service received for mani. read more

I am not completely and totally sold on this place yet. I went in and told the place I'd like a pedi and nail fill and they did quickly seat me. They didn't ask which pedicure I wanted, so they did their own thing, which was actually fine but had I wanted something different and was preoccupied or something, (sometimes I'm making appointments on my phone as I get my toes done), I would've been upset. They did a good job with them, but my right big toenail broke in 3 days, and that was with gel polish on. So, I was a little upset about that. Then, moving onto the nails. They could tell I was wearing pink & white so they had the products used for that, but didn't ask me what shade of pink I wanted, didn't ask me if I wanted my nails cut down, and they shaped them how they wanted them. I had to speak up and tell them to cut them down and shape them the way I wanted and he didn't seem too excited about a customer telling him what they wanted. :-/ the guy was gentle, and did a good job which is always good in my book. I am going back and I will do another update when I do. Update:: I went back today (previous review was from Oct 2021). The owner (I guess he's the owner since he does all the calls), was super friendly and in a great mood. I walked in and told him I wanted a pedi and my pink and white nails to be switched to gel polish. He didn't have any problems with it at all. So, I had my pedi done and the girl who did them was very quiet and didn't speak a word...that's fine. I don't mind a quiet person because I'm one who actually doesn't talk much (believe it!) she did good but I assume I either didn't have any ingrown nails or she didn't dig them out - one or the other..:but she was gentle and it was putting me to sleep lol. Onto the nails. The girl was ok...not the best but also not the worst. She did good about not hurting me, she asked me if I wanted square nails and I said yes but they're square rounded. I don't like that. She tried to haggle me into getting dip power, and I don't like dip powder and at first she wasn't taking no for an answer, but she might've picked up on my annoyance and stopped. She didn't say much after that. I love the color, and I love gel polish and I think that's where I'm going to stop from how on. The other stuff isn't for me. All in all, I will stick at 3 stars. read more

Pedicure was rushed through, things did not seem hygienic, and like 4 of the techs were coughing the whole time. I didn't feel safe. My tech was literally coughing on my legs through my service. I could feel the air hitting my legs because she was wearing her mask low. I asked if she was feeling sick and was hit with the most attitude. Every time I come to get my nails done I ask for them to be manicured and they always say okay and barely touch my cuticles. If you don't have nick do your nails, the staff treats you like you're nothing and are all rude to you. I got a gel French manicure and when she was finished I noticed the white parts were streaky and didn't cover all of my nails. She gave me attitude when I made her fix her shitty job 3 times. Never going back. Should not of still tipped her anything for the way she and the rest of the staff treated me. read more

I gave this nail salon a chance when wanting a set of acrylic nails. I've been to this salon previously and had no issues, up until now. Not only was the design and length wrong (because the woman didn't want to follow the inspiration picture I bright), but I was also charged extra because I wanted a coffin shape. But that wasn't my issue with this review. My issue is that these nails weren't even a week old before they started popping off and breaking. I was out of town for a few days so when I got back I contacted them and was told to call back and speak to the manager, which was the next day. Upon calling, he was very rude to me on the phone demanding my name and what I wanted. I told him how I was upset that my nails haven't lasted even a week and I was looking to get them fix. He refused. His theory was that since they're a week old, he will not do anything for me and to wait until I need a fill (which won't be for another two weeks). Also adding that I should of called the minute they broke instead of waiting two more days. How was I supposed to leave my vacation just to fix my nail that day? I've been to many salons before and have never been treated this way. When I had a broken nail in the past, I had previous salons fix them without issues or questions because they care about their customers. I was willing to pay to get them fixed, but this guy wanted nothing more but to rush me off the phone and tell me sorry there's nothing he's willing to do.
