I watched…read moreher drain the acetone bowl of nail polish chips and other remnants, then she re-used it on me. The polish job was terrible. I had polish on my skin, cuticles, and finger tips. The polish was so far away from my cuticles that it looked like it was done a week ago, and the lines were not smooth or straight. My nails were filed in all different shapes and lengths. The polish was so thick that it resembled acrylic nails. I called a few hours after I recieved the service to tell her it didn't look good. I did this because I had people at work commenting on how bad it looked. I guess it was worse than I thought. When I spoke to Dawn, she immediately became defensive, told me to come get my money and never come back. She was rude and insulting while I was being respectful. She said she could tell I was a nit picky client by the way i was looking at my nails while she was servicing me. When I went to pick up my money, she was yelling and used profane language. She admitted she knew she did a bad job on my nails and said her work doesn't always look like that.

My husband had Aliyah do his nails and I had Hallie. They were both amazing. Aliyah explained to my husband why his nails are growing a specific way and what to do to fix certain issues. For me I am always fighting brittle and bending nails and we figured out what to do to try and fix these compared to my norm. I would say we will be back when we need our pedicure.

I said NO, just a plain pedicure with polish, and a manicure with clear polish. The attendant asked me multiple times if I wanted a pedicure with rocks, with special lotion, extended massage, etc. I continually said no, just a plain pedicure. The woman next to me in the chair asked about a CBD pedicure, so then my attendant started pushing me to get a CBD pedicure since I was getting ready for leg surgery. After multiple times, I finally gave in and got the CBD pedicure. It was nothing special. At the end of the pedicure, my attendant got up and handed me off to another attendant and went to service someone else, and the new attendant put a board across my lap and started soaking my fingers. i SAID JUST A PLAIN MANICURE WITH CLEAR POLISH. The attendant did a rush job and didn't even take all the polish off my fingers, and just polished over them. I felt like all they were doing was trying to get more money from the services and did not do quality work. I ended up paying $92 for a fair Mani-pedi. I left a 10 dollar tip, but maybe I should have given the first attendant a Oscar for her award winning upsale role. I also was charged a #2.40 surcharge for using my credit card. I don't live in the area, so the chance to me returning are slim to none

I can not say enough kind words about Dawn. She truly is the best! She has experience through her time spent under a dermatologist, which I truly value.
