Blu nails is my new favorite. I have been to dozens of salons for acrylics and the quality and time taken here is amazing. Nina did an excellent job filing my cuticles and even filed under my nails to cut back natural nail growth which isn't too common anymore. Cookie did amazing on my shape and polish and took his time with filing. My old nails were super long and not done well and they fixed them! And for only $35, the best price around. I have been going to blu nails for years. They are very professional and my nails always look great.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I walked in asking for almond French and left with stiletto red nails because they said I didn't show them the right pictures and were blaming my nail beds on being too wide for almond. Don't go there please save your money. read more

I used to go there and I stopped going because I saw how the quality was declining. I decided to give them another try to do my eyebrows and mustache and the results got me very upset and almost crying of disappointment. The wax burn my lip and my eyebrows were not pretty. read more

For starters I had an appointment at 4 and by the time i was able to sit down 30 minutes had passed. I asked for a simple french white tip. The area was dirty and still had shavings of nails. The acrylic is lumpy and i can see through it, almost like getting fake nails, i'd rather have false push on nails. Fine for pedicures, don't trust your hands to dip powder here. She was clearly overbooked and made a comment about me not booking far enough in advance (day before...tell me no if you don't have the availability). ... rushed through my nails, shredded my cuticles and left me uneven. This place is very convenient which is the main reason I go here. I have been about 5 times for pedicures. The first 2 times were good. I had a young quiet man, and the next time a young very quiet woman. They at least did good work. The last 3 times were not so great. My nails were messy looking & didn't hold up long. I could put up with that, but the people that work there now are so rude & unfriendly. No offer of wine or water, "go pick out color!" That is the extent of any conversation. I really don't need to talk but these people make you feel like you're bothering them! Try thanking your clients! Try saying hello! Also, the shop needs to be cleaned. It's shabby & not as clean as it should be. 5 times is enough! I'll be looking elsewhere! read more

Went to this place twice and the first time experience wasn't too bad, the guy that did my nails was very polite even though he was pretty quiet. The second time the lady that did my pedi switch with another lady so she could do my mani and oh my, she was using a lot of polish and was bubbling and looking bad so I told her if she could fix them (kinda pointed at the ones that look the worse) and she said and I'll quote "YOU'RE TOO PICKY"!?!?! Like wait... what?!? I'm paying you to do my nails and they look horrible and because I asked you to fix it you're telling me I'm PICKY?!? Maybe I wouldn't need to be so picky if you weren't so sloppy! So much for customer service. Needless to say I won't be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. read more

Blu Nails is a great relaxed and professional place to get a mani or pedi. Nina, Cookie, Mariah and all of the girls are very good at their job. The price is reasonable and the place and items are very clean. I am pretty much a regular at this place now and I have no idea why it has taken me so long to write a review. I take my family and friends there when they visit and they are very accommodating. Wish there were more friendly and kind people that enjoyed there job like the staff at Blu Nails! read more

I've been to this salon in the past & had a a fairly good experience, but my mother was in this past Saturday & was treated very rudely!! She had an appointment for 1:30, but they took a walk in before her, made her wait an additional half hour. She had asked the women who worked on her to please trim near the sides, as it was painful in that area. The salon owner told her to quit talking so much, that it was her fault for not just being quiet. My mother is not a complainer, she is very soft spoken, timid. It infuriates me that she was treated this way! The salon was busy that day, and other customers saw her lash out at my mother. I will not be going back to this salon. read more

Won't ever go here again. I had graduation pictures so i asked for a polish change on my toes. The nail tech globes the nail polish on my toes so i had huge lumps of nail polish on the sides of my nails, and then they got angry and rude when i asked them to fix it. I left and the polish on my toe got messed up, i went in to fix it and they were so rude about it. I will never be back. read more

Owner is extremely rude. Walked in at 6:15pm I understand they close at 7. I asked if they did powder dip. The gentleman told me that would be a 15 min wait. I then asked about gel and he said he could get me right in. I mentioned I needed a super quick pedicure as I just got out of work. The women then yelled No! We close at 7 it's one or the other. I looked at them and walked out. As I work in customer service myself this was the worst experience I've had yet. If I was told I'm sorry unfortunately we do not have enough time I would of said understood and been fine. Will never go back nor ever recommend. read more

I never got past the waiting area . I was walking and I expect you to wait and they said 15 minutes so sure you had five minutes to anything they say but after 20 minutes and it didn't look like anybody was getting up anytime soon I decided I needed to find a different nail salon . In my opinion if they don't know how long it takes to do someone's nails they really don't know what they're doing . Finally found a place to get my nails done..super cute inside...got a pedicure and shellac mani..Shellac lasted for about 3 wks..

The staff has been awesome every time Nina, Cookie and the rest of the staff are wonderful. So personel and caring. Took the time with me back at my first appointment and gave me great advice on what to do. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Never had a bad experience. read more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! usually, go to different nail salons to see which ones are the best and which ones aren't. And let me just tell you I go to the nail salon like every two weeks which is usually the time my nails start cracking. I went there yesterday afternoon to get a polish and first of all the girl who did me wasn't really gentle. Then when she filed down my nails they were uneven. But I am a really easy going person, so I was like they will grow out. I gave her a decent tip and went about my day. All I did was drive, went home, and went to bed. That's it. This morning I went to work. I don't work at a mechanic shop, all I did was make copies and go on my computer and my day was over at 11:00 am. While I was at work waiting for 250-page copies to be done my nails were chipped MAJORLY. I would show picks if I was allowed. I told my coworkers and they told me to call back. I called back once I was done with work and the lady was RUDE! She starts telling me since I didn't pay for the Gel Nail Polish them, of course, my nails were going to crack. Then I stated that I just got them yesterday afternoon and went to work for four hours. Then she kept stating that I worked too hard and how work makes the nail polish come off. I was then trying to talk to her but she started yelling and said fine you can come in and we will fix them, but you have to pay again. WHAT THE HECK! Worst nail salon experience I have ever been through. I usually get a polish and it always lasts 1-2 weeks then I go in again. I also didn't do much at work anyway so don't tell me it was my job, and also I am not paying for Gel Nail Polish, because it is too expensive. So Overall I don't recommend this shop. read more

I've gone to so many nail salons in this area and this is by far the best. Staff is super friendly always sharing a laugh with their clients. My nails always look perfect when I leave and the price, can't be beaten. I've paid more at other places and usually leave feeling like I over paid. Not here, actually feel like I didn't pay them enough for the great job they do! Will never go to another nail salon. read more
