My tech didn't say hi to me, started 3 mins after my friend, and ended 10 mins before her. My water was cold as well. When I asked for it to be warmer she walked away for a bit then came back and continued working like I said nothing. Even though the two of us asked for the same service, we did not get the same services done. When I asked about it she only spoke to the tech who was with my friend and he gave me a sad smile as she continued to work and not once acknowledge me. There was no massage, not warm towel wrap, and no scrub. She pretty much cut then painted my nails. They charged me the full price, though. When I asked about the service not reflecting the price, they doubled down and she walked away from me to hide in the back. Her lack of technique shows in the finished product. My toes look worse than if I painted them with my non dominant hand. The clear coat didn't cover the full nails some nails were not painted fully do not recommend this place. Stay away. 24.05.2026
