Awesome location - next to the Racetrack gas station & Panera bread on Livingston & 54. Affordable pricing. Clean stations and clean pedicure chairs. They clean and sanitize after each customer. You can call ahead to schedule an appointment and Yvonne always remembers you and what you typically have done. She is the absolute sweetest and does an amazing job on cuticles! I've been going to this salon for a while with no issues (other than an occasional bleed from the nail file) Went this past week and my niece had a manicure, no gel. Her nails were completely dry and we went home. The next morning she woke up to very chipped nail polish! Really? I paid $25 for a manicure that chipped within 12 hrs? So, we went back to show Sunny and he said oh, manicures only last 2-3 days...come on now. No one would pay this for 2-3 days! I said can you fix them please? He said another $20...(which would now cost me $45) I said that's just not right and he said I'm not going to argue with you, it's $20 more. I left! They Just lost a loyal customer and I hope none of you go through this nonsense. It was truly embarrassing. read more

I went in as a walk-in fill in and eyebrows. I waited about 20 minutes for us to get started which I never called a head and it was spur of the moment. So wasn't bad of a wait. At first sight the salon was very clean and friendly! They gave me many gel colors to choose from to keep me busy while I waited. The gentleman arrived and started working on my nails unfortunately I don't remember his name. But my nail tech did a great job, my nails came out smooth and thin. After finishing my nails his wife did my eyebrows and she made them nice , clean and sharp. I had no issues while I was there everything was great. read more

Nice relaxing brand new nail salon in Lutz. I felt very welcomed by the owner, and everyone who worked there. I wanted to get a pedicure. They have three types which are basic, deluxe, and organic - $25, $35, $45. I picked the deluxe which was nice and had the warm towels, scrub, lotion, hot stone and choice of scent including lavender, citrus, and something else. My pedicure lasted about an hour. They took care of my dry heels that I have and I picked out a nice teal color with sparkle. I definitely relaxed! read more

Absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in It was a great experience. Judy was my nail tech and she was efficient, fast and did an amazing job. I was even called by my name from everyone. i did not catch that name for the female that did my pedicure but she was great as well. They took the time to get to know their customers from what I could see. I enjoyed every moment and will be back. Same pricing as all other surrounding locations. No complaints. read more

VS Nails is terrible. Went for a gel manicure and pedicure. Paid for an upgraded pedicure which included leg massage, hot towels and hot stones. While i was trying to enjoy my pedicue, another employee came over to remove my existing gel, but then continued to give me my manicure. I had to sit with my right arm stretched across my body to the left side and manage to place my hand in the uv light she wheeled over. Then after the first coat i told her the color did not match my toes. She advised me it was the lighting...... Not the case..... read more

My experience at VS was awesome! It was my first time going to this specific nail salon so I called them first to see how their schedule looked like around 4pm on a Friday. They told me to come in at the time I wanted to so it worked out perfectly. I did gel Mani and Pedi combo. While I was choosing which pedi session I was going to have, Tracy was telling me how much each would cost. Which works out perfect because you go to so many salons and they just assume you know how much it is for a specific design or what not. Overall, my experience was great. I came in today to get a pink/white full set and a pedicure. I had my 5 month old son with me. The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful. While i was getting my nails done my son started crying because he was hungry. I started to feed him when one of the ladies that works there saris she will feed him for me while I was getting my nails done. Victor did an amazing job with my pink/white. My pedicure was done by an older lady, she did a great job. I normally get a lot of hang nails. She got them all. I didn't have to tell her to go back and get the rest. I'm so incredibly torn as to how to review VS! On one hand, Van, the woman who did my nails was INCREDIBLY sweet and polite. She made conversation easy and was so genuine. On the other hand, I walked out with 4/10 fingers cut from filing, one really deep and painful, and my nails look almost nothing like what I showed her I wanted :( I really want to like this place as it was clean and everyone was so nice. But I'm pretty picky about my nails, especially at a $50 price point. read more

I have lived in the lutz are for over two years and until this point I have not been able to find a nail salon that I Love...all of that changed today! This place is the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen, the interior is absolutely beautiful, all the employees speak perfect English which is rare, and their employees are so nice. They make you feel so welcomed and make conversation with their customers. The best part of all my nails look so beautiful. I got a full set acrylic with OPI gel polish as well as eyebrow wax. Sonny did my nails and he was extremely detailed. I will go here from now on! Love love love this place. The Spa is very clean, calming, and inviting - and I loved the incense smell rather than the heavy acetone smell at most other places. I am missing this nail salon after moving. The end result was always consistent and lasted a long time. Mani and Pedi would last 3 weeks! I would have to cut my finger nails before the gel polish would chip. They have a machine that shakes the polish well, that I have only seen before in this salon. I think it really makes a difference. All the staff working here are average to above average personality wise. 4 stars for consistently good results. I always went for the basic mani and pedi after getting the deluxe versions as it wasn't worth the extra money for the deluxe versions. Haven't got a good manicure since moving, and only meh pedicures since moving. :( read more

Had the deluxe manicure-pedicure. I give the pedi 5 stars - it was excellent. Not sure of my technician's name, but she did a great job. The mani, on the other hand, was AWFUL. There was definitely nothing deluxe about it - no hand massage, no lotion, nothing, not to mention the man (the owner, I believe) cut one of my cuticles, and did little to stop the bleeding other than use alcohol on it. Then, whatever primer he used started to burn 2 of my fingers. I told him and he seemed uninterested and continued to finish my nails. I got a French manicure, and it is by far the worst looking one I've ever gotten. I was then charged full price. Not sure if I'll go back. The good unfortunately did not outweigh the negative. read more

Worst place ever!!! I spent $25 to have the tops of my feet scraped and the skin torn off and an 8 minute pedicure. When I questioned why the pedicure was so short (he only rubbed the towels on my legs and a two minute massage) he laughed and ran my card through. I was referred here from a very good friend and I will NEVER go back. I get my nails done every few weeks but would rather have my 4 year old niece do them than ever go back here. The best nail spa in the business. In the recent years I have moved about 40 minutes away from lutz but I still make the drive every two weeks because they do that great of a job. The staff is absolutely awesome, they take great care of you and make you feel like family. They want you to walk out happy and with perfect nails. I've never had a bad manicure or pedicure from here. 11/10 recommend this place. read more

I only give this place one star bc 0 stars is not an option. Tried a new nail salon today. Arrived at the nail salon at 2:20. 2 hours and 10 minutes passed and they still weren't done. I had to leave at 4:30 and to take my son to practice. Then I had to go back to foolishness. The people doing our nails were under-whelming. Rude and nasty. Guy started putting wrong top coat on my nail and tries to yell at me, "This is silver. This is glitter!" Of course I told him off. I never post bad experiences but after $130 I thought it important to share my experience. The nickel and dime everything: $5 for coffin style (which is wayyyy to short to be considered coffin style); $3 for take off (wtf?... isn't that part of the service). Nice, new facility, great location. Mai was wonderful. The rest needs customer service training. Stay away! They suck! read more

Everyone in this shop is amazing! (They even recognized who I was at the airport.) I always book my appointments with Tracy. She is sweet and lets you know ahead of time if she is expected to be out. The deluxe pedicure is worth the extra money, and she does an awesome job waxing my eyebrows. i've been going here to get my nails done for a while and it started out great and my nails were always done right and a fill with gel was only $28... after going today my usual man who does my nails was rushed by another customer and he left my nails dirty, uneven, poorly shaped and with patchy color. keep in mind i've been coming here for a year. he then proceeded to charge me $42 for a fill with gel. looking for a new nail place. read more

Came in to have a basic pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure got up twice and walked away to respond to text messages while she was working on me. I felt like she was pretty sloppy when it came to my polish and had to ask her to remove some excess polish that was on my skin around my nails. I felt like she was in a hurry the whole time.
