I've recommended this place before. Faithful customer for over 4 years! I just visited their new location at The Loft and also had to reschedule my last appointment so instead of my regular gal, I saw Ajaya. I'm not for switching it up but this girl offered me seamless service. Top tier as always!! This is the only place you want to getting waxed at read more

I found this place on yelp and chose it because it is minority owned. I felt that they would understand my skin better as I have really thick curly hair and prone to ingrowns. My aesthetician was Kat and she was amazing. I went for a full Brazilian wax, underarms and upper lip wax. I used their premium wax which is hypoallergenic and great for sensitive skin. She gave me some great skin tips. I scheduled a vaginal microdermabrasion with her for 4 days after. Let's just say my skin there is looking and feeling beautifully smooth! I loved the girls here so much. The place is really clean. They were extremely attentive and gave me recommendations for places to eat and get my nails done. I totally recommend it! read more

A new experience. Jessica was very knowledgeable & experienced. My first time but it won't be my last

I had my waxing appointment with Jema. What a sweet person!!! She was so thorough with my waxing. The appointment itself didn't feel rushed. She applied different powders and methods to make the whole experience more comfortable. The location was not only easy to get to but super clean as well. I would recommend them and Jema specifically for a great job! I'll be coming back for sure! read more

Jema is the absolutely best. Before I started training to compete in bikini fitness I decided that I wanted to get parts of my body wax and get used to it before show day just in case I show any signs of allergy to the wax. I have never been wax before and took the advice of one of my neighbors and this was one of the best experience ever. First time waxing was not easy and was still painful but Jema made the experience very pleasurable and made me feel very comfortable. It is officially one year since I've been going to iWaxU and never had any bad experience. I have been staying consistent and I always feel smooth right after my appointment without feeling sticky. All of the ladies working there are wonderful and friendly, they have an easy appointment system. They offer gift cards in any amounts and occasionally run specials. They also have a customer referral system and you get a discount if you were referred by a current customer. I love where they are located and they are slowly expanding throughout the Tampa Bay area. read more

Not only is this a healthy environment to work in, but all the staff is super talented. I would never get a wax anywhere else.

I've been going to iWaxU for quite some time now. It's very nice, secluded, and they always do such a great job. Bailey is definitely my go-to. Hilarious and keeps things super chill. Definitely recommend! read more

I moved here recently and was happy I came across iwaxu! I've actually been twice now and the first time was my first wax since the world shut down. So, while waxing is not usually an overall pleasant experience, having months between waxing is basically like starting over. Luckily I had Ashley! She did an excellent job and told me about the Biker package. Basically covers anywhere you'd wear biker shorts. Brilliant idea and perfect for me. From what I've seen, everything is clean, masks are required, and they limit people hanging out in the reception area. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Stay safe! read more

The best waxing place in Wesley chapel! Jessica makes you feel so comfortable and she makes you feel so beautiful. The cleanliness of the place speaks volumes. You don't have a doubt when you're laying down. It's the best place to relax while doing something that causes pain (I'm a weakling)! Jessica makes you want to go back 100 times! And I definitely will be! read more

I've been going to iwaxu for months now and they never disappoint. This is the first place EVER where I've never had hair bumps or a break out. The wax is hypoallergenic and amazing! The staff is kind and friendly no matter who you see and they're all very professional. Highly recommend Jema and her staff, she has something really special. read more

I visited this location for the first time earlier this month. The staff was super friendly and they took the time to explain the entire process. I've been getting Brazilian waxes for years, and this is a nice clean, friendly facility and I will definitely be back! read more

Went to this location for the first time. Jema was awesome! She is so attentive to detail and makes you feel like a valued customer instead of just another customer. Easy to schedule an appointment and good prices! Highly recommend going here! read more

5 stars are not enough for this business! I have been going to them for about 6 years for all my wax needs and now facials. I have PCOS so I suffer from Hirutism, since I have been going there, my hair growth has lessened, become sparse and thin. I have even started getting Brazilians and facials. I have even talked my husband into getting Brazilians :). They are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any beauty/spa related questions. I definitely recommend them, do yourself a favour and try them out. read more

I have been going to iWAXu for years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, pricing is very competitive and they offer many services above and beyond. I would post a "waxed selfie" but I get a lot of parts waxed! Picture for illustration purposes read more

I am new in town and tried this place out based on Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed! I definitely am glad I got my Brazilian wax here. The wax they use is less hurtful, and the specialist (Gosh, forgive me, I forgot her name. Call it an Irma effect) was awesome. She was pleasant, professional, and offered discount on the next touch up as well. I plan to be back! read more

Excellent waxing spa Immaculately clean and such sweet professional staff. Ive gone to Jessi for eyebrow threading and Suehally for Brazilian waxing, both were charming and efficient professionals. Both put me at ease and I'll always come back. read more

This was my first visit to IWAXu. I was greeted at the desk by a friendly face. The wait was not long. I was scheduled with Ashley. I love that I was able to schedule an evening appointment. Ashley was absolutely amazing! She made sure that my wax session was as painless as possible by engaging in conversation and distracting me. The place is very clean and prices are reasonable. They use quality products and tell you what to do after your wax appointment for proper skin care. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely be going back! read more

Updated review after owners response which was deleted. I never received a follow up call after 24 hours so this is obviously not a standard procedure. Nor did I receive a response to my review til a week after my review so clearly the 72 hour touch up would not be valid. I was also not waxed by Jema so I'm unsure why she would say she offered me a modesty towel. I was waxed by Valerie and a towel was not offered, but the towel wasn't the issue as stated in my previous review. I left my appointment happy that I was done and getting the heck out of there and no longer being put through pain. The issue was the skin not being pulled taut, the strips being pulled multiple times not one swift pull causing extreme pain, the hair still left, and the wax still on my skin sticking to my clothing. Not once was my skin pressed after the pull of a strip. I know she could tell she was causing me a lot of pain as I was jumping off the table. I'm unsure of why a generic response of how you properly wax someone was given but I can assure you this was not the service I received and I'm not interested in giving iwaxu a second chance. read more

Ask for Marjorie!! I came here for my first bikini wax ever, so I was definitely a little apprehensive as to what to expect. The person who booked my appointment on the phone took the time to explain the different bikini waxes available so I could make sure I got the one I wanted. Periodic text reminders are available and came in handy. The location was a bit tricky to find the first time since I'd never been to Salon Lofts before, and my GPS didn't take me to the right building. Salon Lofts is in the same row of buildings as Honeybaked Ham in the Target Plaza. Salon Lofts actually houses a lot of different businesses too, but just wait in the front for the waxer to come get you. Marjorie was really friendly and explained her whole process when I told her I'd never had a bikini wax before. It honestly didn't hurt as bad as I thought, and she regularly asked me if I was doing okay. My Brazilian turned out great, and Marjorie did a great job making sure she got everything out. We just talked the whole time, and she made me feel really comfortable. Would definitely recommend her! She's usually only there on Mondays, though. read more

Wow! Saw Jemma for a full Brazilian and she definitely knows her ish! Super professional and makes you feel super welcome! And the service was perfect! Her hypoallergenic wax works amaze-balls and no irritation!! 10/10! read more

I'm new to the area and have been to see Jema at iWAXu twice now and my brows are looking great! I've never had to wait, the place is clean and Jema is a pro! Also, the wax smells very nice and doesn't feel terrible being pulled off. I mean, it's wax but it's not like what they use at your local nail place, I think the higher quality makes it hurt less. You won't regret going here! Since my original review I've also seen Valerie for my brows and people you can't go wrong with either of these women! My brows are looking fabulous! read more

I had to find a new place for waxing since my last place closed. Tried iWAXu and my search is over! Jema was pleasant, and the bikini wax was quick, painless and well priced. She was a professional and established a rapport quickly to make me comfortable. Her space was clean and well maintained. I'll definitely be back! read more

Virgin to a Brazilian wax no more. Thank you to Niko for her calming reassurance that the process is not as terrible as most think. She was kind, explained the process and made the procedure one that I would do again. Local, clean, timely appointments all a bonus too. read more

iWAXu is the ONLY place I go for waxing! I have been to a few places in the Tampa/Wesley Chapel area and none compare to the cleanliness, comfort, and perfection that I receive here! Suehally is amazing- makes the whole process quick and almost FUN! The owner Jema is always professional and quick to address any concerns. This place is the perfect combination of sterile and comfortable. I was referred here by a friend and I will continue to refer them to all of my friends! My results are always great, and I look forward to seeing Sue and the iWAXu team! read more

So I just moved to Florida and was in search of a good esthetician. I have very sensitive skin and I have to be very careful who handles my body especially the delicate areas. I came across IWaxU and the reviews. I liked the fact that they use organic materials. Today I was services by Lupana. Lupana was gentle and through, which I am so appreciative! I will definitely be going back from now on read more

I've been using iwaxu for hair removal on my legs. They are amazing! I've never felt uncomfortable in their care. Private setting for any type of wax needed. Professional staff that are thorough with their work. Marjorie has seen me my last few services and does a great job. I highly recommend using them for your next wax service. You can choose natural or organic wax which reduces the irritation. I have super sensitive skin and can wear shorts to and from my apptointment. 21 day touch ups are a great deal, save you money and keep you hair free! I will be continuing to see them and only them for anything I need waxed. read more

Jema is fantastic! Friendly, professional, and all my waxes have come out excellent. I won't go to anyone else for my waxing :)

My girlfriend goes to this place before we head out on our monthly vacations. Mandy does excellent work!

First Brazilian wax for me and Jaimie made me feel very comfortable, like it wasn't a big deal at all. Very clean area. She was very friendly and told me what to expect each time. I will definitely be going back to see her. read more

Salon Lofts was nice but iwaxu was not very convenient. Whoever I spoke to was rude and vague about helping me schedule an appointment. I ended up not being able to get scheduled for an eyebrow waxing and went to the "Nails on Nails" in the same parking lot. I was able to walk in and walk out within 10 minutes and get my eyebrows done perfectly. I will not be returning to iwaxu. read more

I always have an amazing experience at iWAXU! Suehally was awesome! So professional, nice and informative about skin care! Will definitely be coming back to see her! read more

I booked with Jennifer Poe this time for an overdue organic Brazilian wax. I've gone to Jemma and Valerie (both are awesome, too). I would recommend Jennifer and also organic wax (totally worth the extra cost because less painful and very smooth results). We talked the whole time so it went by quick and was as painless as possible. She is friendly and very professional. Easy to pay with debit or credit card. read more

Marjorie is phenomenal. Very professional, quick, and kind. Have had the 2 other females (Mandy & Jamie), but she's on a totally different level. I defintely recommend getting organic over natural since it hurts less and reduces bumps/redness. Thanks, Marjorie! read more
