DO NOT GO HERE. Each nail is done entirely wrong with a dip in every nail and DUG into the sidewall. Refuses to say there is a problem, gaslights to say this was my fault, and refuses to refund. DO NOT DO IT. Alex (male) was the tech - PLEASE do not make my mistake. He already didn't listen when I said no nail drill when I got them and so there is no viable nail left. They will 100% gaslight you and blame you for "asking for that and it's fine". Hell no. Literally any response they can give is an absolute lie, TRUST me on that. "Fixing" it isn't filing my real nail MORE on the sides where there is NOTHING TO FILE. Nail drill and file is a joke. read more

My mom and I had a lovely experience at Golden Nails & Spa this week. We went mid-week and were the only ones there. From what I understood, the current owners have only been there for about 2 or 3 months and they have 3 employees. The decor was very nice and it was quiet and relaxing while we were there. They said it gets very busy on the weekends. The instruments were sanitized and wrapped, and they used plastic liners in the pedicure tub. We both got a Signature Pedicure, and the pricing was right in line with what other local nail spas are charging. Both of our estheticians were very good and did a detailed job. They were friendly and courteous, and again we were impressed with how quiet it was; just a little background music playing. I would recommend this business to those in need of nail services in the Wesley Chapel/Lutz/ Land O' Lakes area. read more

Your basic neighborhood nail salon. Never too packed. Only been twice for gel mani/pedi but I've loved my results both times. Techs were pleasant. Very quiet salon, which I love. They could use an improvement in their decor (exposed wires, unfinished paint, organization, etc) but I don't mind it. Will be making this my regular place! read more

Went in for eyebrows and ended up getting my nails done. My eyebrows look great and they wax well. Then I had my nails done cuz the woman doing my eyebrows had the most beautiful nails. They are called cat eye nails. I wish I could post a video because the shimmer changes with the angle. It's like a French that's magical. read more

My mom and I were scouting out a new place to get our nails done (just moved to the area and didn't have a super experience at the last place I tried). This place is right near our neighborhood so we popped in. What a wonderful experience!! We were both treated like queens and it was truly a fantastic experience. Quality of the products were great, color choices were overwhelming there were so many! (I get gel), and despite masks and plexiglass dividers up to make sure everyone is safe and protected- it was a true spa experience. And I'm writing this three weeks after my gel manicure: no chips, no dulling, still getting compliments! Since my first review was moved to the "not recommended folder" as well as all the other great reviews, I'm updating it again. The salon is very clean inside. After sitting you in a chair, they will bring the polish colors to you so no more blanklunstaring at a wall of polish like other salons. It always smells fresh and the owners are hands down the friendliest you will meet. There is never a rush to get you in and out which is refreshing when you spend money somewhere. I was skeptical of the salon. I had to have my car serviced across from the nail salon. I seen it many times, but never walked in. I and a neighbor walked in and was seated immediately. The prices where very reasonable. The owner Kenny I think that's his name. I'm bad on names, he and his mom were very friendly, Professionally and personable. The shop is extremely clean neat. I would recommend all my family and friends to frequent this business. Not impressed..friendly people but that's about it. Grand opening 20% off is a sham. I would have paid less going to another salon I go to. I wanted to give them a try since am still looking for a salon that I really like because I'm new to the area. Instead of using white tips they painted it for acrylic which didn't even last a week.. my toes usually last 2 weeks within the first week the white tip polish rubbed off. I've been getting my nails done for years and white tips on my toes can last 3 weeks without coming off. There are too many salons in the area not to be competitively priced or do a good job. Am still looking for a salon they won't see me again. read more

Great service! This is a family owned business located in Lutz. They are following strict guidelines for COVID. Provided with masks and all. They are taking appointments only. By far one of the best pedicures I have had in awhile. I got the deluxe pedicure and was massaged for about an hour. Highly recommend. Support local family owned businesses! read more
