Worst experience ever! I tried a new product - liquid builder gel - for a full set and was happy. Came back for a fill in and the owner filed off my color. After she told me the price which came out to be the same amount as the full set I asked her about it. She then told me she gave me a discount before but not necessarily true as She just didn't charge me $10 to take off my prior nails so I would try the new product. I told her this and she said she had to put up with me last time and she won't do it this time. I'm like excuse me you must have me confused with someone else because I've never experienced any negativity. I asked her why did she file my nails that was French design if she didn't want to do them. This lady was just bothered at the fact I called her out on trying to overcharge. She totally refused my service and kicked me out to do another girls nails. Jaw to ground truly couldn't believe this was happening. I am so confused offended and upset at how I was treated. My first visit and I am so happy about my nails and the service. First - they are very clean and safe from a Covid perspective. Everyone wears masks, as soon as you walk in, you are instructed to wash your hands (with a reminder to do so for 20 seconds ). There are plastic protective shields up everywhere. Trine did my pedicure and was so kind and engaging. She even refreshed the water in the foot bath when she noticed it was getting cold. In all my years of pedis (and they are many), that is a first! Love the attention to detail and care. I then switched over to an amazing nail tech, Kim or Ken? I couldn't hear clearly through the mask. Who did an outstanding job on my full set, making it natural and just like the photo from the internet that I brought in to show him. today I was there I made appointment to come at five and when I got there, I walked in looking at the chart where the prices are so the owner asked me where there any other services I was gonna get and I told her that I was thinking about getting my nails and a pedicure explained to me that those were not the prices so I asked her so I told her I'll just hold off and just get my lashes done. I sat down and waited about 30 minutes then she decided that she didn't want to do my lashes anymore and became very very angry for no apparent reason when I asked her why all of a sudden she claimed that there was a lady before me that looks just like me and I'm a black lady that was complaining about the prices . I replied what the has to do with me because I just walked in and she told me that she will not be doing lashes anymore and she will be closing down the shop in that area because it's such a bad area but the area is what brings you the money. I don't live in that area. I travel from Wesley Chapel to get my lash return.. I feel like I was racially targeted for no reason and I spent a lot of money at the shop before she became an owner. Her aunt sold it to her. Her aunt was a nice lady. I miss her very much, but I never had problems before at the shop. I felt uncomfortable with her response because I hadn't did anything to her. I just pulled up to the shop and I looked at the price that's it, but I will not be going there anymore. First time here! In a pinch I came to this salon for wedding nails. I was serviced by Freddy who did an awesome job. He was hilarious and kept me entertained the entire time. This salon is located in the flea market at Fowler and Nebraska. I wouldn't have normally chosen this location but they were open late and had some good reviews. I must say that I am impressed with the place. When I left, the pink on my nails turned yellow within 24hrs. I returned and Freddy gladly applied another coat and tried to figure out why it happened. I'll give one star being the environment is nice and clean. But, I called for a polish change on my toes, I came in. The lady who was doing my toes had the drill on 10 taking off a inch of the excess gel Polish left on my big toe and cut the side of my toe and drilled the top to where she not had to file it down too make it even. After she seen my cut she stopped drilling and started to file the excess off. When she got done filing I noticed the left side was higher than the right side of my toenail, as I asked her to fix it she tells me "I don't wanna do for you" As a licensed esthetician myself she made a mistake and already had to make my big toe shorter than what it was, she should have fixed her mistake. You can't get made at your client for getting what they're paying for. I don't want a half ass service if I'm paying. The most unprofessional salon I have ever been into. read more

Figured going a little further north I'd find a nail salon that wasn't trying to rob people - but it just cost me $50 to get a basic manicure and pedicure with a clear coat! AND he attempted to charge me more before I corrected him and actually looked at their pricing. The first polish he used was clearly labeled "acrylic base coat" - I was not getting acrylics and to go on top was a different base coat??? horrible they charged me $100 for a gel full set and pedicure I had a discount that they promoted but they didn't even honor it the nails was short then they cut them different lengths they was if and bulky then they put white polish before the yellow gel polish and no to coat the nail polish started to crack the nails were broken within a week i got a pedicure they just let my feet soak in the water and didn't scrub it and it was $40 and I didn't even get gel polish on my feet i will never go there ever again read more

The man that usually sits in the front chair didn't my nails and charged me forty five dollars for a full set w/four designs, which was so ugly and looked liked like my five year old niece painted it. I had the worst experience at this nail salon yesterday. I've been going here for quite some time now and never had a problem until yesterday when this fat ugly rude nail tech did a polish change on my toes and tried to charge me $25. When I asked why the price was so high, she rudely informed me that it was because she used gel nail polish. When I told her I'd gotten gel nail polish before and it wasn't that much she rudely replied that the price also included $5 to remove the gel polish I was wearing before. I still thought that price was too much, since I didn't even get a spa pedicure. I told her that price was too high and that I wanted to have my nails taken off because I couldn't afford to get them done now that the price of my polish change was so high, and that I felt I was being treated unfair and wouldn't be back anymore. That's when she became angry, loud, belligerent and tried to make me pay her separately from the person who would remove my nails. I felt insulted, got loud right back, and told her no way! I've always paid for my services together, at check out. Never separately. As I was getting my nails taken off, she sat across the room from where I was sitting, and continued telling me I was wrong for not paying her separately, and yelled, "fuck you" to me, in front of other customers. I yelled it right back at her and called her a stupid fat bitch! I couldn't believe how crazy this lady acted. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
