Got a Pedi and a Mani and the service was good. Just a few things to note.. The nail tech crew seemed to have a great vibe as they joked and laughed and talked to each other the entire time. Though it's "just a nail salon" I don't look forward to that kind of vibe. I wanna just relax and maybe watch their television or listen to their music. Anything boisterous and extra is just not relaxing if that makes sense. It's also pleasant to be offered a water or some kind of basic beverage since the service typically goes well over an hour. Was just in town visiting, but if I were ever in a crunch, and in the area again, I would return, but I'd bring some headphones. read more

Here comes the sad disappointing tale of the worst customer service I've ever received. I came here for my first visit on Sunday evening near closing time. I wanted a pedi & a dip nail . 85$ dollars later . I left with crooked slanted filed nails dip on them . My pedi polish coming off after two days. No that's not acceptable considering I sat 40 minutes allowing drying time and they sprayed them and said ok go ahead. "They dry now " Nope , Because The polish came off after Only two days . It's been a few years since I have been here. I have been to most of the nail places around here. When I came back today, I noticed they painted and did some renovations. I don't know how long it has been. It looks great. My nail tech did my pedicure and she was really nice and easy going. The last place I went to always wanted to upsell me. They never did that here. I just finally relaxed. I picked a deluxe pedicure which is $43. There are four options: cucumber, tropical, green tea, and another. I picked the tropical. It was with a mask, scrub, hot stones, everything. She took her time, and didn't rush whatsoever. She also kept checking if she hurt me. They do also have basic pedicures that are less expensive for different price preferences. This will be my go to place. I am also on a FB group page called Wesley Chapel Community, and they highly recommended Oasis as well! read more

My daughter and I needed to get manicures and on a Saturday which I know is a busy day at a nail salon. This place was packed when we walked in with no appointments and within 10 minutes we were seated and started. My nail tech was quick and precise and gentle. I loved the end result. I asked for a gel French manicure. My daughter got dip nails. Her tech was also great. I also need to mention that the prices were good, too. I paid twice as much for the same services at another local place. As I was there, I noticed that this place seems to be well managed. One of the worst manicures I've ever had in my life. The woman performing my manicure had to be instructed to clean off all my old gel nail polish because it would show under new, had to be guided to file my nails at a straight angle, and clipped my cuticle with the nail drill tool (god knows when that was sterilized last) and now my cuticle is inflamed (second photo). French polish was shaped with short, quick motions which made uneven French lines. Stressful experience to have to tell someone how to do basic elements of their job- the first time I haven't tipped for a manicure. read more

Was looking for a nail salon in Wesley Chapel and decided to give Oasis a try. Was so dissatisfied with the work. I must say though the woman who did my nails was very nice, very attentive. But her quality of work was horrible. Not even 24 hours later my nails looked horrible. One was chipping, my cuticles looked horrible, there was polish on my fingers, and there was no shine to my nails at all. The edges were so ruff they were catching on my clothes. She didn't cut my cuticles but actually scrapped them with the cuticle trimmer. After she filed my nails the middle of the nail was shorter then the edges. I had to bring it to her attention and she just kept filing until there was almost no length left to them at all. Also when I called to make the appointment I was told it was $42 for mani/pedi but was then charged $45. I told the nail tech I was told $42 and her reply was it is $45. It is only a few dollars, but honor the price quote you gave. After my experience I would say go elsewhere. There are too many salons in the area to pay for something that doesn't even look good a day later. read more

This is my go-to nail salon. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years & this place is my all time favorite! I've been going here for three years. They're patient and always go above and beyond! Today, for example, the color I chose for my pedicure wasn't exactly what I thought. Linda was nearly finished when I got up the nerve to ask her if we could add another coat to adjust the color. With very pleasant efficiency and without hesitation she made the adjustment. She didn't clean at the cuticle which now I've got a snag after 1 week. Its the excess gel which was not cleaned off. Today I was in a pinch and desperately needed my nails done. I've slowly cycled through all the nail salons in this area as I've lived here for about 15 years. I recently left the salon I was loyal to for 3 years after a negative experience and was nervous to try out a new one. I came to Oasis per the recommendation of a friend from a while ago and am so mad it took me so long to come. For starters, I got caught up with stuff at home and arrived 30 minutes later than I had planned. They close at 7:30 and I got there 10 minutes before close. I was expecting for them to turn me away, but the guy at the front desk took the time to find a nail tech for me and I was seen in under 10 minutes. The lady who did my nails is named Kim and she was very kind. I asked for a full set coffin with gel and she took the initiative to ask me exactly how I liked them down to the shape, length, and thickness. The end result was exactly what I asked for. Beautiful shape, clean work, and very timely without rushing through just to get me out of there. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and happy to say I found my new nail tech. Let me start by saying that I do not get pedicures often and for several reasons. Mostly because I have always found it to be a big waste of money. I know how to paint my own toes and other places that I have gone have left me disappointed. I am getting ready to go on a cruise and figured I'd shell out some money to get my toes done. Now mind you, since i don't get pedis done often, I have some good old callus and chunky cuticles as a result. I decided to stop here on my way home from work with a friend since it seemed reasonable and also convenient. The staff was friendly and took us within a few minutes. The polish selection is really large! Plenty of colors and styles to choose from. They also have a vast supply of gel polish if that's your thing. The foot baths are lines with fresh and sanitary covers and all of the tools were thoroughly cleaned. The technicians are very sweet and I could clearly see how they interacted with their returning customers as well as us newbies! There are plenty of TVs to watch and the massage chairs are very relaxing while you're getting your pedicure. If you get a gel pedicure, they have a quick dry machine that sets the polish incredibly fast. My pedicurist took plenty of time to make sure my tootsies were in the best shape they could be. Grating, chiseling and cutting away the gross stuff to make my feet smooth and happy. Plenty of leg massaging as well! The basic pedicure is $23 which is amazing for the service that is provided. My toes look fabulous and I really enjoyed my experience here. They have changed my mind about getting pedicures and I will definitely return for another. They do a very nice job here. I have had the manicure, pedicure and eye brow wax here and they are very professional. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit, that's my biggest concern because I'm often in a rush. You can make an appointment though and they should take you close to your appointment time. I was visiting family and was in need of a mani pedi. Since I had cut my nails super short I decided to do false Nails. Now let me tell you, I dislike false nails very much! I prefer my own nails over tips, acrylics, or anything else. I found this place on yelp. I called and made an appointment. When I walked in they were very sweet and welcoming. All the staff was very friendly which was nice. There were plenty of parking spots. When I walked in I told them I needed a manicure with tips (acrylic I guess) and pedicure. Now here is why I took off points. While their hospitality was great, their work was not very good. For $70 I did not get the look I wanted. My toes looked very poorly painted. There were missing spots of nail polish on my toes. And my cuticles were not trimmed appropriately. I kept asking for them to push my cuticles in and trim them but they didn't. Then I went to get my hands done. I told the person that I dislike fake nails, but because I have to go out this weekend I need false nails just for the weekend. When I return home I will be remove them. I also told him I am very picky. He said that's fine. Told him to do manicure first then full set. He said he will do the manicure after the set. Once he did my nails they looked thick and fake. I told him to file it down more and make them look natural. He insisted that I keep them this way so they don't break. I told him it's fine if they break, it's only for one night for when I go out on my date. He didn't listen and kept them thick. I was so upset. Then he finished and walked up to cash me out. I told him he didn't do manicure. He said "oh sorry" I said never mind. At this point I just wanted to leave. I still tipped them 20% each and still paid for services, but I was not happy with the results. I went home and repainted my toes and filed down my hands to how I wanted them. I should have just put on snap on nails. It would have saved me $70. If you are a picky person, do not go there. You will not like it. read more

No, no, I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I was not pleased at all! I went last year to get [maroon] gel acrylics for my high school graduation and later got a fill for the [pink] gel acrylics.
