I love that it is spacious inside, friendly, and very personable. They know exactly the style lm looking for when it comes to French tips. My 1st time trying almond shape, they're pretty but I'll switch back to my square round I always do. I got cat eye and a little flower design on my ring fingers. I knew those would be a little more but no amount was expressed. Technician was great and sweet. However, I go to pay and everything was line itemized charging for every single thing and it was $95! For what? I about fell over and still tipped on top of that. If I was going to pay that price I'd expect to have way more fancy nails! Crazy! Again the job itself done well and the tech was great, but so overpriced in my opinion.

Have to say I'm very disappointed with this place. I've came here before and had another guy give…read moreme a pedicure and when it comes to the massage portion of it, he was great even getting the classic pedicure. This time around with a different guy, I got the same thing and the massage was barely anything. I was so confused I had to ask, as I've never had a pedi without a good massage. The Basic spa pedicure specifically states "luxurious leg and foot massage" , my foot was not massaged at all and the massage was not luxurious in any way. The massage is the main reason I come to these places , which feel like a waste of time and disappointing. I tip good when the massage is good. It's sad how lazy people have gotten when it comes to customer service. That's the point of why people should be tipping , not just because they did the bare minimum but going the extra mile

We arrived at 3:05 and waited for 40 minutes! When I brought this up during checkout, She again rudely replied "you were late!" Then I was told "the lady before you decided she wanted a design so we can't help that." She kept acting like it was our fault! I asked, "Do you ever apologize to the customer for the delay?" She said "not our fault! We didn't know lady before her would want a design!" so as a business there's no accountability for appointment time? She just kept saying not their fault. All she had to do was apologize. My daughter's friend did not have an appointment and was done an HOUR before my daughter. I just couldn't believe the person representing the business in the front with guests would act in such a way. They need training in customer service. But we'll never go back after that.
