First, I made an appointment and was passed up for someone who seemed to be a friend, so I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Then, my eyebrow shape preference was ignored. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't receive the service through ClassPass because they offer a first-time client special and that I would need to pay $65 directly through the studio instead. I understand wanting clients to take advantage of a promotional offer, but if a service isn't actually available to be booked through ClassPass, it shouldn't be listed there. At the very least, alternative services that qualify should be offered. What frustrated me most was the response from the front desk. Instead of trying to find a solution, I was essentially told that my ClassPass credits didn't matter and that my only option was to pay out of pocket. As someone who pays for a ClassPass membership, that wasn't an acceptable answer. The issue wasn't the price. It was the lack of transparency and customer service. A little effort to accommodate the customer would have gone a long way.

I also got a facial and wow...the face massage was AMAZING. It released so much tension in my jaw and I didn't even realize how much stress I'd been holding there. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and glowing. It's been about two weeks since my wax and I'm still so happy with the results. The slower hair growth has been such a game changer--I love not having to shave every day. It's definitely made my self-care routine easier and more convenient. I'll 100% be going back.
