I cannot express how awesome this salon is. I live in St. Pete and make the 45 minute drive to Wesley Chapel just for Amy!!! So much attention to detail. Doesn't make my nails look bulky and fake. She doesn't cut the cuticle (you shouldn't) and she is very meticulous when it comes to making sure every inch of the nail is painted without painting your skin. I'm new to the area and tried a few other salons in the area before going to this shop. I've only gone twice, so far, but I am VERY PLEASED. Both times I walked in with no appointment and was serviced right away. I request my nails be short due to my work and often times I get a hard time getting my nails trimmed short enough. Not a problem here. They listen to me and have no problem doing my nails as I ask. I said to a friend this week that my nails have never looked this good - that's how pleased I am with this work. Went here to get a gel manicure and felt like I was rushed through the whole process. I couldn't even enjoy it. She painted my nails and didn't go all the way to the tip of my nail. My nails had streaks in them, plus they didn't list for more than 1 week. I thought I would give them another chance and it was not worth it. read more

I went here about two weeks ago to get a pedicure and when I had firs leave gotten them done I was amazed at how good of a job they had done. Two weeks pass and I remove the nail polish and notice that all my toe nails are completely white. Whatever chemical they used on my toes before putting the nail polish ruined my nails and causes them to have a white shade on each and every toe. I'm very disappointed and will NOT be coming. I was extremely disappointed with the pedicure I received. I work doubles serving almost every single day of the week so my feet hurt almost every single day. I looked forward to getting a pedicure from here for two weeks. My feet ended up sitting in cold water for close to an hour. By the time I was finally seen, I wasn't given a choice of what type of pedicure I wanted and my nail tech rushed through the entire thing. She barely touched my feet, so I still have rough patches on the bottom of my foot and one of my toes is half painted, half unpainted. I'd have to be completely desperate to ever go back here again. Have been coming here faithfully nearly every 2 weeks for the last 6 months for dip manicures. I think during that time I've cycled through all the techs at least once and have never had an experience where I was upset with my nails. However, I will say that Amy is the best. Fast but thorough and always makes sure the shape is perfect and the nail isn't too sharp on the edges. They do a good job waxing and have a lot of color options for dip and gel as well. Also is cheaper than other places I've tried. I drive 30 min one way and won't go anywhere else. They do get super busy especially on the weekends, but I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes without an appointment. read more

Management was polite and professional. Most positive nail experience I have ever had. The environment was soothing and extremely clean. Upon entering I was greeted by two nail techs and told them I had an appointment for a full set of acrylics and gel polish. My nail technician then ushered me to the gel polish area and told me to pick a color. I explained that I am a hairstylist so it was important I picked a color that wouldn't become stained when I was washing the color out of hair. He showed me some swatches of a new color line from opi, and also made a recommendation of a color that would look nice. I was so shocked, as nobody has done this for me previously. I took his recommendation and he brought me to his station which was clean and well kept. He made sure to match the length of my nails on both hands by cross checking. Overall the attention to detail and quality of service was amazing. I will recommend this establishment to others. As a hairstylist we use our hands a lot and it's nice to have pretty, well done nails for the customer to see. Amazing. I will be back! read more

Left shaking and furious. I waiting patiently for a manicure and pedicure. It was busy. I saw people that came in after me go before me without an appoiontment. By that point I asked to put my name on the wait list so that would not continue to happen. The woman who finally came to the counter to help me said that they do not do that, that they just ask who is next. I said I have been next and people have been jumping in front of me. I was told to sit in a chair and to put my feet in the water, pruning until they hurt and not greeted by anyone after that for 45 minutes. I was not asked would you like a drink, be right with you, sorry, were busy, nothing. An hour passed and still. Nothing. The woman who was suposed to be taking care of me took 2 walk in waxes and kept overlooking me.I left and they watched me walk out. I never write reviews but this was really upsetting. read more

I've been twice and have been wowed each time. Clean place, lots of colors and services and staff is polite. I get the gel lacquer manicures and they last over 3 weeks and no chipping. Everyone in there speaks impeccable English, which is refreshing to any of us who have struggled with other salons where they don't. read more

Went in for a manicure and pedicure and 3 minutes into the pedicure I knew it wasn't gonna be a good one. Technician barely knew how to use instruments and pedicure lasted 17 minutes. My nails are still long, jagged and not smooth. Very disappointed. Did not get the manicure. read more

Really like their gel color variety. They do really solid eyebrows (wax) and their manis in general are A+. Clean, inviting space.

The first experience I had was very good. So I thought wow this is a great place. I been a total of 4 different times. The last two times I had a guy who gives bad service and made me dislike the visit so much that I will not come back unless I have an appointment with someone else. His first strike was that he smell like a pack of cigarettes, he was unapproachable and did not speak at all, the worse part was he made the pedicure painful and I left with my feet feeling sore rather than feeling pampered. I had to pull away three times to tell alert him that it hurt and even started bleeding once. He did not apologize, nothing! He gave me a look like it was my fault. Update- I no longer go here because my nail tech moved. It is a small little shop with a lot of sass. They even have a (creepy) little kiddie pedicure chair that I think is a panda that I am sure all the little kids will love. Beautiful salt water tank right when you walk in gives you plenty to stare at during your wait or during your manicure. They have several polish selections which is a nice touch and can do so many designs upon request. I love that most of the staff speak English and interact with the customers. The previous salon I went to they were always speaking amongst themselves in whispers and of course none of us could understand. Very tacky if you ask me. They had very poor customer service. I walked in and told the front desk lady that I just wanted my toenails and fingernails painted. Nothing special, probably takes 10 minutes tops. She was instantly rude and ignored me once I said that and literally goes "just go pick out a color" very rudely after I said I didn't want gel. Then the lady who did my fingernails did not say a word to me the ENTIRE time. She was rude. She didn't help my grab my things when heading over to the dryer, instead she watched me struggle trying not to mess up my fingernails. Then she didn't even paint my toenails after I told the front desk lady and her that I wanted them done. Will never be coming back. Also their sanitation is horrible. read more
