I came in as a walk in on a busy Sunday, late afternoon. My service was for a full set and pedicure. I was greeted by reception, a very warm and relaxed young lady. I immediately loved how clean it looked and smelled, not like crazy nail products. I was accepted as a walk in and told to choose my color then have a seat. There was an array of colors and types of polish to choose from, loved that. The wait time was much shorter than expected considering I was a walk The manager, Tony, filled me in and let me know we were waiting for a single nail tech to service both my mani and pedi and also gave me the heads up that I would be here a little after closing. I appreciated the heads up and overall time estimate. Once my tech was nearing availability, I was sat by Tony, in my pedi chair, asked what I would like to drink (complimentary water, wine, soda), pedi water was set and I was prepped for my tech. Yuri, my tech came over with great energy and was very attentive to my needs and vision for my nails. Yuri was very informative about the type of polish I should use for the style of French I wanted. Yuri exceeded my expectations for my pedicure and full set. I WILL be booking her in the future. Overall, I throughly enjoyed my experience and appreciate the flexibility I was given. Oh! And the price was far less than expected!! --- update I have been coming here for almost a year now and Yuri is MY tech. My husband and brother in law have since come for mani pedis and LOVED the experience. Lynn is my husbands designated tech. The ladies and Tony have met my son, a whole family affair. Needless to say we love this nail spa. read more

I love this nail salon. My friend Roushine put me on to this place and i am obsessed! My favorite tech is Lynn! She is so detail oriented, very clean with the pedicure, she's so kind and I love her overall work. I've done a few pedicures with her an she's by far my favorite. I have been coming here for a few years so it is unfortunate I have to leave a bad review, however my last visit will be my last. The past 3 times I have come they have rushed my nails extremely quickly, leaving me with nails that break after less than a week and acrylic that is bumpy and uneven. The last time I went I got a full set and the man who did them somehow managed to make every single one of my cuticles bleed (as seen in photo attached). He never apologized or acknowledged it and actually seemed very annoyed from the moment I sat down. He also was struggling to do a simple French and I left very unhappy. read more

About two weeks ago, a nail tech here applied acrylic on my big toe super thick all over, when I only wanted a small amount to correct the corner that had chipped off. I asked multiple times for the application to be thin but he made it so thick and long that it hurt tremendously when I wore sneakers. My big toe developed a huge bruise under my toenail that will now take OVER A YEAR to grow out !! I won't even be able to have a light pink or milky white color during this time because it will show through. 0/10 recommend. read more

I called ahead and asked if they could do aura nails, typically done with the airbrush (I think at least). When I came in, I once again asked if it was possible to do these nails, and shown in the picture below. The guy running the place assured me they could do these nails and that I just needed to wait 10 minutes for a specific nail artist. If you look at the pictures below, you will see that I was given subpar, splotchy looking nails. And honestly, I understand that I asked for something that was difficult -- but if you say you can do something then I trust that! Tell me that you can't do something so that I can walk out of the salon with nice looking nails. Nails are a splurge, you want to feel good when you leave a salon. Not like your 6 year old niece could have done the same thing. Disappointing experience overall. If I'd known these kind of nails weren't possible here, I would done something else. Now I'm $62 short and debating taking my business somewhere else to fix this hot mess. read more

Today we got mother daughter pedicures. Then I asked for a simple clean nails, trim, and buff shine, NOT a manicure for my hands. I wanted something simple and just shape my nails - most spas call them clean and buff or something or other. So that's what I asked for. The tech did a good job but again, I did not think this would be a full manicure service. But then.... They charged me a full manicure $19 for PLUS $4 for buff. So they completely took me by surprise with this extra charge!! Usually at other nail places they are half the price of regular manicure or just $10 or something like simple clean, cut and buff. I complained to the manager of this extra charge and he just shrugged and mumbled something low in Vietnamese to another lady, and then ignored me. He has seen me there many times there too, so he knows I am a regular customer but he just ignored it. So bye, Touch Nails. We will not be back. read more

Came in for a Collagen Spa pedicure and it did not disappoint! Hai was my tech today and he was so funny and gave the best foot and leg massage ever! Highly recommend the collagen spa pedis - so many massages involved and smells wonderful. I go way too long in between pedicures but I think I need to go more often after my experience today. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went in today to get a dip manicure on my natural nails. The results of the service is this: None of my nails are shaped the same way, and some parts of each nail are more bulky than other. And even with each individual, both sides are not filed evenly, leading to an uneven nail. On one nail, each side was filed so differently that it looked like my nail was going sideways on my finger. When I asked her to fix it, she kept filing the wrong side, and filed so much that it broke skin (see picture). I asked her to redo the nail completely, and STILL it was filed differently on each side. When it was done and I tried speaking to the owner and showing him the broken skin, he told me I was too picky, offered 20% off, then told me to find another salon. At no point did he even acknowledge that my skin was broken. Please DO NOT come here. read more

I thought about posting this for sometime , but I think it's important for customers to know that they need to pay attention during the service at this store. I was busy on the day and was looking at the phone the entire time, and this was the service I received. The person assigned to me I think her name was Anna ? I do not remember , she skipped many standard pedicure steps, my cuticle wasn't cleaned, nails were not trimmed , and feet were not scrubbed. She also used cold water to clean my feet ... It's beyond my imagination that a staff can take advantage of you not paying attention to this level. The next day I came back to the nail place , they did redo my pedicure free of charge, but refused to deduct the tip I accidentally paid on the day since I was on the run, not sure they even disciplined the person who did this. Seems everything was just brushed off. I'm posting this to warn anyone who is about to visit this place, pay attention during the service don't always look at the phone. You will be taken advantage of at this place. This is the first time I ever experienced this kind of nail service. Still pretty shocking. read more

My past visit might be my last visit and simply because they are over priced for the service that they provide. The combo service I had was a mani / pedi for $50.00. However after getting Gel Nail I found out it was +$20 for gel on my toes and +$20 for gel on my hands. SO $2 a finger/toe!! Outrageous. That's a whole other pedicure in price for polish! The pedicure was lack luster. While the lady was nice, she didn't put her back into it. She didn't massage my feet or anything that the lady next to was doing. She rubbed the lotion into my legs as if she was normally motioning a leg -- which was actually pretty weird. The same lady did my manicure and also didn't massage in the lotion. She did a sort of rub that left me to have to rub it in the rest of the way. The water I stuck my hand in was SCORCHING HOT! Literally burned my fingers. So what should've been near a $50 service came to $90 + a tip. So I will simply never come back. I'm used to paying an extra $10 for gel but not an additional $40 bucks. She did an OK job on my nails. I can't explain it but I can see my nails through my orange paint. **Pictures Attached** They were very busy when I walked in. The receptionist seem a little timid maybe. She never offers a receipt and doesn't greet customers well or have a system set up. She just let me stand in front of the desk instead asking me to have a seat or if I wanted a drink or to pick my nail color. I left my tip in cash at the front desk and I sure hope the lady received it because the receptionist was looking confused. read more

Wonderful atmosphere and an open floor plan. There are 32 manicure service stations and 24 pedicure stations and 2 muted tv's. I find it hard to imagine what it would be like to throw a party here without a private room. I enjoyed my first visit. I think the front desk attendant can be more efficient but I think she may have new as this establishment is fairly new. I will be back for more service this upcoming Week to compare the service from weekend to weekday.. Ohk it's been 4 days since my first visit and my rating is still a 4. This place has a lot of growing pains. Pre-Friday aka Thursday was a bit busier than Sunday more technicians were needed. That's how I ended up with Mr.Touch himself doing my full set. The place is spacious and beautiful. You don't have to worry about people on top of you, especially during cold and flu season. There are two locations so if you are like me and not from the area, don't pull up this spot in Yelp without confirming it is the right one. I paid $55 for powder tips, plus tip. It was decent. I had to finish filing my nails at home and my nails should be smoother. It is hard finding a new nail place. Can't comment on how long they last because it is only day 2. The hand massage was fast and rough. Lots of nail techs there so I might give another one a try. read more

I have been to this nail salon numerous times and a few times have come encounter with some unfriendly employees but today I had my manicure done by a man who had completely dirty finger nails, and was bleeding out of one of his fingers. not only was it gross and unsanitary, but when I asked him to kindly not cut my cuticles he insisted, and then, for the rest of the manicure, decided to make jokes at me that I was worried about getting my cuticles cut. read more

i personally had a few bad experiences but this one tops it all. i felt very rushed during my pedicure and felt like the woman doing my nails did a sloppy job. i had to ask multiple times for her to slow down and fix up parts of my nails that had polish all over them. the polish was also chunky looking and so was the lotion left on my skin. when i mentioned something to the front desk person and owner/ manager they just asked what time i got there and totally disregarded my whole experience. if you want a quality pedicure, i would not recommend this place. read more

I visited this location last weekend to get my nails done before heading to see the Taylor Swift concert. I mad a reservation for 5 of us (my mom, sister, nieces and me). When we arrived, they were ready for us and got us all settled with our nail techs. I asked if they would be willing to do 1 color on each of my nails to represent the TS albums and they told me that it would be fine (just for a $5 uncharge). It took a while to find the right colors and my nail tech was really helpful in getting the colors to match what I was looking for. Once we had the colors, we went to her section and she got to work. Once she started some of the painting, we had to make a few adjustments to the colors since they were not quite right, but she was so helpful and we even had another nail tech offer to find colors for us. Overall, this was a good experience and I am so happy with my nails. read more

Let me start by saying I've been to the other location on State Road 56 and I really had a great experience there. When I saw that touch nail spa opened a new location that was just down the street from my house I was excited to try it. Unfortunately the nail tech seemed inexperienced and he did not speak very much English. I told him I had acrylic on my nails, and i also told the woman at the desk. I don't think that they understood that that. So he foiled my nails and gloved them as if they were gel- he soaked them in acetone so now my skin is peeling and my hands are sore. I was completely overcharged in my opinion for the service I received and it took two hours for a simple (basic) pedicure and a gel manicure. I paid $65 plus a $10 tip. Oh and it took TWO hours. I went there last night and this morning my gel is already lifting. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Tee is seriously the best nail tech I have ever had!!! She pays attention to detail and makes sure your nails are perfect! I have wide nails beds and am usually left with nails that look like duck feet but she makes sure that my fingers and hands look very feminine with the shape and that they do not look wide. I never walk out disappointed and she is always asking for reassurance to make sure you love them, I know sometimes it can be hard to speak up when getting your nails done but she makes sure you love every move! Not to mention they last a solid 3-4 weeks! I drive 30 minutes each way just to come see Tee and get my nails done!! 10/10 would recommend her to everybody!!! I went again a while back and decided to have someone else do my nails. This time it was a man. I'll start by saying it took me a while to make this review. First, it was $99 (with tip) for a basic pedicure and gel fill-in. Overpriced. I asked for really short nails (because of my occupation) and I was informed the person was not able to do short nails, only long. I should have asked for someone else, but I try to be as non-confrontational as I can, unfortunately. Throughout the service, I was asked questions such as "Where do you live", "What are you doing later", "Wanna chill", and more. This made me really uncomfortable. I understand wanting to make conversation, but sometimes we go to the nail salon to relax, not to talk. Being questioned like this was very unsettling. While doing my nails, the man removed the plastic between us to "have a better conversation". I had a friend with a similar experience at this nail salon that was even asked if they were alone, and once they lied about their mom being with them, the nail tech stopped asking so many questions. So unfortunate. If you decide to come here, I suggest coming with someone, I personally did not feel safe. read more
