I made an appointment online based on the reviews and my friend wanting to try this new spot. Located inside the outlet mall, the shop was very nice and clean. However, my experience ended quickly. I made an appointment with the top rated lady, but when I arrived, they told me she didn't work there. I was never told this in advance even though they continue to let me book under her name. My friend also booked at the same time with the owner, and same thing, he didn't work there that day. When we told them, we were not happy that we were not told ahead of time. They did not care and just insisted someone else could do it. They were very pushy. My friend wanted Gel X, and there were only two people who were qualified to do it. The owner, who is not there, and some new person that had no reviews. Just based on the overwhelming feeling, we were getting we decided to leave. The guy who we were speaking to did not care. They did not have great attitudes, and I would not give business to someone who treats their customers with such little care. read more

MY WORST SALON EXPERIENCE do not come here. Such an uncomfortable experience. To start with, I booked online and when I got there apparently they didn't get it I suppose they had problems with online booking. That should be clearly stated on the website. At this point I should have known that was the first red flag at their miscommunication and misinformation. I was expecting to get regular acrylic full set nails. The other option was gel-x which I knew from past experiences is different. On the website it says the regular acrylic set is $38 and I figured extra for design probably. I get there they tell me that what Im getting is actually $65 dollars and im confused. They tell me what im getting is gel not regular so it's extra. GUESS WHAT? The website they JUST changed it. Im talking like as soon as I got back to my car after. From acrylic regular to acrylic gel changing the price from $38 to $50. Anyways while im there I try to move on and ask what the total regarding my design will be. We decided on $75. Throughout the nail process Julie made me bleed twice. And she kept on complaining how im not paying enough and how im getting them for a cheap price and how most customers pay more. That is the price YOU set Julie. I just felt so uncomfortable and wanted to leave at that point. She starts doing a sloppy job on one of my nail designs. I just told her to just leave it and I ended up just not getting the design I wanted. Then we decide on $70 since my nails were unfinished. And she kept asking me if that cheap price was okay with me over and over and I kept saying yes? I don't know what she was getting at. I don't mind paying what I gotta pay. I DO MIND getting scammed. And you know what? I was not going to do all this where I write a bad review UNTIL I saw they changed the price and name online after. To a cheaper price in fact. The audacity. The professionalism is nowhere to be found. Please don't come you'll get scammed and looking at the yelp reviews it seems like im not the only one! read more

First time coming here & now my last. My friend & i decided to do our nails last minute so we called ahead to make sure that we can get there by 7pm and receive services. She said it was completely fine so we showed up. I told a lady, who seemed to be the manager, that i wanted the remainder of my dip nails to be removed, cleanup of cuticles, the whole manicure. She tells the nail tech I just need a removal. During the service the nail tech is complaining about the manager and how she accepts people too close to closing time and expects them to be okay with staying later than what they're scheduled. Naturally i feel bad for the workers and at this point im not going to tell her i wanted the manicure.... Not just removal and have her stay longer than intended when the manager was the one who instructed her wrong. At the end of service manager looks at us and says don't you also want to get cuticles cleaned and do a manicure? I say no im okay bc like i said, hearing nail tech complain, i felt bad and didnt want to have her stay longer. Manager should have told her the correct service requested from the beginning. Nail tech asks manager how much for the removal, she says "$10.... Actually $20". Im sorry? $20 to remove FOUR nails?? She tried to upcharge me. I told her i only got 4 nails to remove not a whole set. She then left it at $10, online it says $12 for set removal. That should be $1.20 per nail, meaning $5 worth of removal product/service... given this isnt a FULL SET. My friend got dip and even this was done incorrectly. Nails were left crooked. read more

This is my new go to for pedicures for sure! So relaxing, clean, and the atmosphere is laid back. Decorated tastefully, and the staff are super friendly! When we arrived I didn't feel rushed to pick out my color for my toenails. I was able to take my time and choose. I was able to enjoy my pedicure which also wasn't rushed. I'd say the pedicure, which I chose the lavender massage, took about an hour or so. I also had Jessica (who did my pedicure and was fabulous) do my eyebrows. She did such a great job!
