Communication is a two way street. I always ask for Lilly if she's available, she is excellent with designs and pays attention to every little detail. She always does my sunflowers perfectly! They recently remodeled and got in new polish, gel, and powders in. So no boring colors here! Any color you can dream of, they've got it! As for pedicures, the technicians are very thoughtful, making sure the water or hot towels are at the right temperature, and making sure the customers are shown how to work the massage chair. I get French tips on my toes most of the time, and they make sure the lines are even in thickness. They make sure to ask if I want my toenails trimmed or not, they don't assume I do just because I'm in the chair. This salon is great! Which means they are very busy. It's a good idea to call and make an appointment before coming, otherwise you may be waiting for a while for your turn.

I even brought my four-year-old in to have her nails and toes painted for her first little spa experience and she actually ended up dropping a whole bottle of red nail polish on their beautiful floor and I just about died of embarrassment and they were so sweet making sure she knew it was OK because she was distraught and felt so bad. They cleaned it up and treated her with so much love and tenderness and that goes a long way for me. I also broke one nail had to come in to get it fixed before leaving for a work conference and they got me in immediately fixed it no charge. Service top-notch, human interaction top-notch and their talent is top-notch. This is clearly a family ran nail salon (they even have their little there sometimes) and I value supporting them. I highly recommend.
