The service is consistently thorough, and I love that they offer so many nail color options--I'm always able to try new styles and switch things up. The salon itself is extremely clean, and one of my favorite things is that it doesn't have that overpowering chemical smell you get at a lot of other nail salons. It's also quiet and relaxing, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Lovely Nails if you're looking for quality, consistency, and a calm, clean environment!

I felt like she did a great job! I do wish she trimmed the toenails a little bit shorter but next time I will specify. What they lack in aesthetics, they make up in customer service and in their work. I mainly get pedicures and gel nail polish and only once I had to return because the gel chipped a day later. This is once in the past 4 years. Other than that, my nail polish lasts and I get my money's worth! PS: I can't speak for finger nails, acrylics and designs. My tech didn't say hi to me, started 3 mins after my friend, and ended 10 mins before her. My water was cold as well. When I asked for it to be warmer she walked away for a bit then came back and continued working like I said nothing. Even though the two of us asked for the same service, we did not get the same services done. When I asked about it she only spoke to the tech who was with my friend and he gave me a sad smile as she continued to work and not once acknowledge me. There was no massage, not warm towel wrap, and no scrub. She pretty much cut then painted my nails. They charged me the full price, though. When I asked about the service not reflecting the price, they doubled down and she walked away from me to hide in the back. Her lack of technique shows in the finished product. My toes look worse than if I painted them with my non dominant hand. The clear coat didn't cover the full nails some nails were not painted fully do not recommend this place. Stay away. 24.05.2026

I have been to Venetian Nail Salon three times. Each time was a pleasant, relaxing experience!…read more My first visit was to fix the mess that was applied by another salon. Troy was patient. He had to drill and soak my nails in acetone to remove the improperly applied builder gel from another salon. My nails had to be cut short to finish. By the second visit my nails had grown out enough to get back to the length I prefer to keep them. Today was my third visit with Troy. I had the best Mani/Pedi!! It was so relaxing. I would give Troy and Venetian ten !!

Everyone was very nice, and they got us in quickly even with an appointment, but the service felt rushed and more like an assembly line than a relaxing salon visit. My mom and I both got regular pedicures and specifically asked for our nails to be cut very short. My technician did cut mine short, but my mom's technician barely trimmed hers, even after I repeated that she wanted them much shorter because they were very overgrown. I also got a gel manicure on Friday. By the weekend, the polish was already snagging because it had been painted onto my cuticles, causing it to lift. By Wednesday, it had already chipped. I usually get at least a week and a half out of gel on my natural nails, so this was disappointing. The salon was very clean, the color turned out beautiful, and everyone was friendly. They did offer free alcohol/non alcoholic drinks which was a nice plus. I think the biggest issue was that the service felt rushed, which affected the quality. Since it's such a large salon with many technicians, you may have a better experience once you find someone whose work you really like.

He seemed visibly irritated and displeased about having to do my nails, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, his attitude also seemed to reflect in the quality of his work. My nails were done very sloppily and felt rushed, as if he simply wanted to get me out of the chair because I wasn't getting the more expensive service. I still paid for my service in full, but I chose not to leave a tip because I did not feel the service or experience warranted one. I didn't say anything while I was there because I was honestly so uncomfortable and upset by his demeanor that I just wanted to leave. No customer should feel like they are an inconvenience simply because they choose a basic service instead of a more expensive one. Regardless of what service someone chooses, they should still be treated professionally and receive quality work. I left feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and unhappy with my nails. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this salon. I also only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zer
