I've been coming to this salon for many years. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating if you speak up for what you are wanting. They aren't mind readers. Communication is a two way street. I always ask for Lilly if she's available, she is excellent with designs and pays attention to every little detail. She always does my sunflowers perfectly! They recently remodeled and got in new polish, gel, and powders in. So no boring colors here! Any color you can dream of, they've got it! As for pedicures, the technicians are very thoughtful, making sure the water or hot towels are at the right temperature, and making sure the customers are shown how to work the massage chair. I get French tips on my toes most of the time, and they make sure the lines are even in thickness. They make sure to ask if I want my toenails trimmed or not, they don't assume I do just because I'm in the chair. This salon is great! Which means they are very busy. It's a good idea to call and make an appointment before coming, otherwise you may be waiting for a while for your turn. read more

Salon was very clean and staff was sweet. Location wasn't far from my home and the salon is in a good area with other nice businesses close. When I came inside I was greeted and started immediately. Full set, small length, ombré. The gentlemen was nice, we had great comfortable conversation & he worked really fast. I was satisfied at that point. Not even a week and half later and a nail or 2 started lifting. I work from home, no rough work at all. I went back and the nail was fixed free of charge. Everyone there was again sweet. I asked about another nail lifting and it wasn't acknowledged. Well 3 days later I've now lost 2 nails. The one I inquired about and the one that was fixed. I normally like a full set to last at least 2 weeks & this one barely made it a week. Really disappointed. read more

Well, took my daughter out for mommy daughter fun. I have walked and driven past this place so many times that I wanted to finally try it out. My ordered my daughter and myself the highest level pedicure $45 which includes: individual pedicure tools from a sealed purchased package, callous smoothing/removal, nail trimming, cuticle trimming/removal, foot massage, jasmine foot soak in the foot jacuzzi, sugar scrub, leg cream treatment with hot towel, paragon wax dip for feet, lotion with another foot and calf massage, and nail painting of desires OPI or China Glaze polish. What a wonderful time! We were not rushed at all. The staff was so friendly and kind. They took great care of the us especially my daughter. She was smiles the entire time saying she felt like a princess. It was worth every penny for the extreme pedicure. We will definitely be back based on our experience today. read more

This place used to be my favorite. They did a great job and the people were friendly. The last time I went (after 16 months gap because of COVID), they did an awful job on both the pedicure and manicure. I guess if you don't upgrade from the basic pedicure, they do as little as possible. I had some peeling skin from healed blisters, and the tech noticed it because she said I had "dry feet". But I had to remove it myself when I got home. And the manicure was worse. The tech was trying to get the job done as quickly as possible because there were people waiting behind me who had changed their minds about getting pedicures, and wanted manicures instead. He filed my nails with the coarsest board, as quickly as he could. It hurt. It felt like he was ripping my nails off. I'll never go here again. read more

I have never be treated with such disrespect as I was yesterday at this establishment. We had a reservation for five at 12:30. We were told rudely to wash our hands which we complied to. We waited patiently for our appointments another group of five came in and announced they had an appointment at 12:30. They took their reservation over ours and said we must've had the wrong place we showed in the phone where we had called them and we had their phone number where the call had been placed! They couldn't have cared less the gentleman never even looked up from the nails that he was painting never tried to make an accommodation no I'm sorry what can we do to make this matter better. The other group of five thought it was a laughing matter made a snide comments! Which didn't help the matter!! Will never go there again! Would never recommend that dirty place again read more

I've been to this place about 5 times continue to give them a chance, the last 2 times I went- 1st did dip and a design- within 2 days the polish was coming off. Last time removed the dip and just did gel on my nail, the lady did such a horrible job I had lumps of polish and she got upset when I complained. Literally paid and left and went home to fix my mails myself! I'm done with it and DO NOT recommend unless the owner is doing them and takes his time, cus God forbid it's packed, they will just move through getting you off the chair, never again! I'd rather pay 100 dollars somewhere else instead of 75 for a cheap/ bad job! read more

Just moved here from New Tampa and was so afraid I wouldnt be able to find a good nail salon (I love to have my feet looking right) I walked in and was automatically greeted and sat down. They did better than the place I have been going to for years! PLUS its sooo close to home! read more

I'm in town visiting and sadly broke a nail so stopped into Elegant Nails to get them redone as well as a pedicure. The woman removed my old nails very unprofessionally by literally breaking and ripping them off without soaking them at all. I pulled my hand back in pain a few times and she just pulled my hand harder. The pedicure was $25 but was extremely rushed. She cut my toe and i bled and she only said a quick apology and continued her speed. I got no base coat of polish or top coat, only one single coat of white on my toes. We go back to do my manicure and it was frankly awful. I got acrylic tips and dipping powder but when she cut the tips, she never compared the nail lengths so they are varying from long to very short. Typically, nail techs ask for the customer to give the okay before moving onto the next step but she never did so before i could even look, my nails had dipping powder on. Never did I have a chance to compare the lengths for myself. She did very minimal dips, making the nails slightly transparent where i can see the shadow from my real nail ending and tip beginning. Again, I was never shown the nails when she was done shaping and buffing before she put the top coat on. She walked away from me and then after ten minutes of sitting in silence finally seeing my nails, she says "okay you can leave" while already in the middle of doing another customers pedicure so I was never given the chance to ask her to fix it. And honestly, it needed to just be completely redone and I didn't want to deal with her doing it again given the pain she caused the first time. It is not a friendly spot. No speaking except for between each other. No smiles. Definitely do not recommend coming here. I spent $75 for a terrible set of nails and a 10 minute pedicure with a bandage necessary as soon as i got in the car. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Stay far far away from this place. Worst nail place ever. Ley Ley was rude when I showed on time To my appointment. She didn't take the time to pint my nails right, the nails chip and break and they're so rude when you ask them to fix them. I heard them be so rude and disrespectful to a young girl who had her nails done just two days ago and they broke. DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT clean. Rude rude rude. A friend and myself made a reservation 3 weeks ago for the next week. When we arrived they had no reservations for us and said maybe we called wrong salon. I showed the woman the call on my phone that lasted for 3 minutes with their number. She replied "no one here took that reservation "!! Never once did she say there may have been a mixup on their part. No apology. Just "you can come back later". Which we didn't and never will. She was unfriendly and unprofessional.
