I don't often write a review for a nail salon in a Walmart but if you're looking for someone who is fantastic I highly recommend going to see Tammy if you can get an appointment (don't take mine or we might have to talk lol). She's a real find because I bought a house in Zephryhills and there's a Walmart very close to my new house. I normally would do my own but after a horrible drive here my nails needed way more than I had the energy for. I didn't go in looking for a nail technician but she blew me out of the water and I'm her client now (and the adjustment in my budget is worth getting some much needed pampering (and girl talk) it's worth making some "self care time" for yourself ladies, you know your man isn't going to get you a gift certificate for one so make yourself a PRIORITY and just tell them you NEED this and there's room in the budget for you I'm sure . But seriously don't take my appointment lol. read more

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had when it comes to getting my nails done. They did a horrible job. I don't know how they still have clients, but the truth is that I do not recommend them and I will never go back. Despite the horrible job, they still charged me for the crap they did to me. The owner was extremely rude! He does not value customer service or appreciate the fact that without customers he would not have a business. When I spoke to him about his attitude, he had the audacity to shoo me away with his hands and tell me not to come back. I was polite and not rude yet he acted ugly. Also, the staff have a habit of speaking continuously in their own language very loudly as they work. I think that this is extremely disrespectful to customers and it does make you question what are they talking about. I would use Nail VIP. They are beautiful people. they do a great job and know how to treat customers well, plus they give free massages and courtesy beverages. They are 5 minutes away as well. read more

The only thing that was decent was how the polish turned out however with that said the tech coated my nails in oil prior to polishing so it will not last very long. They took out a cheese grater to file the bottom of my feet which is never ok! Do not let them do that. It will make your feet callus or peel worse in the long run. Big no no!!! They brushed my whole foot with a nail brush after using scrub and after filing feet with a pumice stone. That is exfoliating three times. My feet are still sore a week plus later. They massaged during use of scrub. Very uncomfortable. They did not use lotion or massage with lotion or massage oil on feet and calves. They cut up the sides of my big toe nails. I did not need that and I did not have ingrown toe nails but most likely will now. The whole overall experience was bad. The Manager Y did give me my money back but she can not give me back the 1.5+ hours that was wasted on a bad experience. I am a nail technician whom likes enjoying a good pedicure from someone else on my free time so I can relax and not have to bend over my belly to do my own feet. This really left me irritated. They absolutely can do much better but do not se wit happening anytime soon as apparently they have left many customers dissatisfied. read more

Under no circumstances would I recommend this place. Tools are not clean and several employees have no clue what they are doing yet they are allowed to work on customers. I when back to express dissatisfaction to the owner he told me to shush. He agreed they had someone unqualified work on my nails. I went day after Thanksgiving and nails are still in a terrible condition. I recommend you look elsewhere for nail services if you value your hands and feet. read more

I love their work, but I am concerned about how they clean the equipment. I watched as they lightly sprayed everything with alcohol and proceeded you use the equipment from customer to customer. No soap, water, or other disinfectant just a couple sprays of alcohol no friction to clean debris. I suggest bringing your own manicure pedicure kit to trim or cut your nails. read more

I went today to have a full set and pedi. I had my feet soaked, lightly scrub and nails trimmed and painted. I had a full set of pink and white with 3D art on 2 of my fingers and 2 of my toes. 20 for pedi and 35 for full set, they charged me 90 saying the art work was 45 dollars. They never disclosed the additional charge for the 3D. My nails are very thick and some are curved at odd angles. When she was using some of the power tools she jabbed into the quick under my nail making my finger bleed. All I got was "sorry" not even a discount on the services. Worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I would not recommend them. Stay away. My fingers hurt from her rough treatment. read more

HORRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received a pedicure today from an older gentleman who didn't ask me what type of pedicure I'd like, cut the sides of my nail bed because he was upset he had to remove nail polish on my skin that he placed there! I told the gentleman before starting I'm a diabetic and cuts could compromise my health etc. The man then proceeds to tell me they look beautiful after me having him attempt to fix 3 mistakes which ultimately did not get fixed. The gentleman after being told from the beginning that I'd like my nails filed square ends up cutting my nails down to the meat and filed the edges ROUND. Truly disappointed with this experience, you'd honestly be better off staying at home and having a child do it. PSA DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! read more

I had made an appointment ahead of time but waited a half hour or so.. I really felt like it was a bother to take care of me. No one that worked there was friendly and the tools were the same ones they had used on the people before me. My pedicure polish is very nice. No warm towels on legs that I saw others get. Absolutely love Lynn and Kevin they do a fantastic job!! Always beautiful and they last a while. I love that since I'm a college student I can't always keep up with my acrylics but when I come back they know my name and we catch up like old friends! I've been to a lot of places in this area and have high expectations coming from the east coast of Florida and a populated area so for here this is the place to go read more

Hands down the best nail salon in Zephyrhills. I have acrylic jails and am very picky. Lynn and Kevin run the shop and I trust both of them to do my nails. There is no appts and unless you come at the perfect, you're going to wait but you can shop while you wait. Either way, it's worth the wait. read more
