We thought it was a bit sketchy because they close at 8. So 7:30 hits and we're here. The guy who does manicures saw me almost immediately, the lady who does pedicures. saw my mom almost immediately. The guy took his time and kept asking me if I was ok and if he was hurting me. He made sure I liked the nail color. He did a good job on my nails. The lady made sure my moms toes were just how she wanted it. She told my mom how to take care of her toes which is pretty cool. It's only just the two and it does get busy and you may have to wait a while. But they make sure you're satisfied with their service. They also give you bottled water. The lady is a perfectionist with your toes. She tells you how to take care of them and tells you how to make sure they grow evenly. They like playing Kenny G When you sit with the guy he takes out a blank piece of paper and writes your name on it and he writes down what you want and gives you a price right then and there

I only get gel because my nails are pretty long and it usually lasts 4 weeks (photo is at 3.5 weeks), I have no experience getting a full set here but I only got a pedi once and won't get a pedi there again (they don't have the plastic one time use covers and that grosses me out). It's by appointment only because it's only a husband and wife so be patient. Their customer service is great and they will remember you if you are loyal.

They also do nice, natural brow wax. Everyone is nice, hard working, they do a great job. My nails have never been this healthy or long, which I think has a lot to do with their double (sometimes triple) coat of gel. Just make sure if you are changing colors you request a manicure as well. If you want it. I prefer to do a manicure every time, not just a color change.

They were Gel and should not peel that quickly. Went back on Wednesday (6 days after original) got a solid black gel and by Friday ( 2 days later) they are peeling and missing chunks again of polish. Gel should not peel like this, I don't know if they aren't using the right polish or what's going on but this is a horrible experience. I spent all this money for my nails to practically peel off. Gel is supposed to last and they haven't made it a week without multiple problems.

I got no notification, got my dog to the groomer and showed up, knowing nothing. But she tells me I can wait....... This place is definitely off my list. Guess they only care about certain people and don't care about bad reviews. Oh then they call to try to bully you about your bad review and tell you your appointment was never confirmed even though Lily told me I can wait, wait for what y'all weren't going to service me. Then proceed to tell me to never come back, which is a perfect idea, but thanks for the suggestion. Don't waste your time making an appointment. Second time I've gone, made an appointment and was left sitting. No explanation just they'd be right with me. Got my pedicure, it was great. He tried to check me out and was told I was getting another service. Was asked to sit and explained what I wanted and I was brought the colors again even though I told her what I wanted. Then I sat again, for 10 minutes before I left. I paid and told them I wouldn't be staying because I had a lot to do today. When I left I called and talked to the owner explaining my frustration only to be told there's only 3 people there that do builder gel. Ok. How does that affect my SCHEDULED SERVICE. It's not like I walked in, then I expect a wait. Horrible, at least to me. It seemed like everyone else was very welcomed and had a nice experience. I guess I'll try another place. I've lived here since September and have not found a place that I feel like really cares and that's disappointing. Maybe I'll learn to do them for myself.

I'm a week in so I want to see if it will last two full weeks but so far it still looks perfect. I'll definitely be back! I had to remove one star because before David helped me another guy started to remove the old gel polish and first used a grinder thing but very rough/not carefully and then just asked me to dip all my nails in pure acetone. Usually I've seen places put a cotton pad on each nail because that stuff isn't great for your skin. After that David stepped in and did great! The only other thing was there was virtually no massage after the nails were done, not even lotion. But I'm so happy with the my nails that I will still be back!!

Most of the photos…read morelook stunning online and to be honest everyone around me -- their nails were looking really nice. Now MINE -- I wasn't the most pleased with. For starters he never asked me to wash my hands lol. He just dug right in and started doing my nails. Like at NO point did I actually get up and wash my nails until the very end and even that was me just knowing to wash my hands. The young man that did my nails had a leg cast and he was a very nice guy. However he was very chatty with his coworkers and I felt that he made a lot of "oOoopsies"... he had to wipe off the polish a few times once he got started. To be fair my nails were short BUT my nails are always short and I nail techs are always able to give me A1 work. As you'll see in the pictures -- he didn't have the acrylic pushed to my cuticles. It looked as though I already needed a fill in if you ask me. I like my nails to look like it's coming OUT of the cuticles. There was also a spot where maybe the acrylic didn't settle right and there are holes near the cuticles on my thumb. I couldn't help but be frustrated because not only did he take a long time, he was chatty Kathy and making all of these small errors. I won't be back simply because it's a long drive to sit so close to everyone and get rushed yet take all day service. The other nails techs were doing a great job around me, so do go -- because again, the Instagram pictures looked great if you're into the creative nails.
