9.13 decided to give them another try. Booked online yesterday for today at 1. Got here at 1230 and…read morewas told my appointment was cancelled yesterday. I got no notification, got my dog to the groomer and showed up, knowing nothing. But she tells me I can wait....... This place is definitely off my list. Guess they only care about certain people and don't care about bad reviews. Oh then they call to try to bully you about your bad review and tell you your appointment was never confirmed even though Lily told me I can wait, wait for what y'all weren't going to service me. Then proceed to tell me to never come back, which is a perfect idea, but thanks for the suggestion. Don't waste your time making an appointment. Second time I've gone, made an appointment and was left sitting. No explanation just they'd be right with me. Got my pedicure, it was great. He tried to check me out and was told I was getting another service. Was asked to sit and explained what I wanted and I was brought the colors again even though I told her what I wanted. Then I sat again, for 10 minutes before I left. I paid and told them I wouldn't be staying because I had a lot to do today. When I left I called and talked to the owner explaining my frustration only to be told there's only 3 people there that do builder gel. Ok. How does that affect my SCHEDULED SERVICE. It's not like I walked in, then I expect a wait. Horrible, at least to me. It seemed like everyone else was very welcomed and had a nice experience. I guess I'll try another place. I've lived here since September and have not found a place that I feel like really cares and that's disappointing. Maybe I'll learn to do them for myself.

I have been coming to this salon for over 13 years. This is the first time I was ever treated…read morepoorly and this will also be the last time I ever return. I was getting a standard pedicure with gel removal from my toes. It was taking longer because there were 3-4 coats of gel that needed to be removed. While the technician Cindy was removing the gel from my toes, after about 10 minutes she became visibly frustrated and said, "I don't have time for this." I had already explained that the previous technician had applied several layers of gel, so I understood that removal was taking longer than usual. What made the comment surprising (albeit inappropriate) was that there were no other customers in the salon at the time. The salon was completely empty. I told her that I didn't feel it was ok to speak to a customer that way. Instead of addressing the situation, she got up, walked away, and said someone else would take care of me. At that point, I decided to leave. On my way out, I spoke with Holly and explained, "I've been coming here for over 10 years. It is not ok to tell a customer I don't have time for this." Her response was simply, "Sorry. Cindy has a scheduled appointment later. OK, bye." I never expected to leave a review like this after supporting this salon for so many years. It's with a heavy heart I wrote this but no one deserves to be spoken to like that.
