Cece was so intentional and attentive with my nails. I had three nails that had broken, and she took the time to carefully repair them and make sure everything looked beautiful and felt strong. You can really tell that she cares about the quality of her work and wants you to leave loving your nails. She even told me that if anything happened, I could come back and she would help fix it, which I really appreciated. I got my nails done right before my friend's wedding, so I was especially excited to have them turn out so beautifully. The French tips were perfect, the shape was exactly what I wanted, and the overall quality was amazing. My nails still look and feel great! I would absolutely recommend Cece to anyone looking for a talented nail tech who genuinely cares about her clients and her work. I'll definitely be coming back!

My 1st time trying almond shape, they're pretty but I'll switch back to my square round I always do. I got cat eye and a little flower design on my ring fingers. For what? I about fell over and still tipped on top of that. If I was going to pay that price I'd expect to have way more fancy nails! Crazy! Again the job itself done well and the tech was great, but so overpriced in my opinion.

My tech didn't say hi to me, started 3 mins after my friend, and ended 10 mins before her. My water was cold as well. When I asked for it to be warmer she walked away for a bit then came back and continued working like I said nothing. Even though the two of us asked for the same service, we did not get the same services done. When I asked about it she only spoke to the tech who was with my friend and he gave me a sad smile as she continued to work and not once acknowledge me. There was no massage, not warm towel wrap, and no scrub. She pretty much cut then painted my nails. They charged me the full price, though. When I asked about the service not reflecting the price, they doubled down and she walked away from me to hide in the back. Her lack of technique shows in the finished product. My toes look worse than if I painted them with my non dominant hand. The clear coat didn't cover the full nails some nails were not painted fully do not recommend this place. Stay away. 24.05.2026

We got a pedicure for each of us and then got comfortable. I had a male and my husband had a female working on our pedicure. I didn't get their names. Everyone was very nice, and they got us in quickly even with an appointment, but the service felt rushed and more like an assembly line than a relaxing salon visit. My mom and I both got regular pedicures and specifically asked for our nails to be cut very short. My technician did cut mine short, but my mom's technician barely trimmed hers, even after I repeated that she wanted them much shorter because they were very overgrown. I also got a gel manicure on Friday. By the weekend, the polish was already snagging because it had been painted onto my cuticles, causing it to lift. By Wednesday, it had already chipped. I usually get at least a week and a half out of gel on my natural nails, so this was disappointing. The salon was very clean, the color turned out beautiful, and everyone was friendly. They did offer free alcohol/non alcoholic drinks which was a nice plus. I think the biggest issue was that the service felt rushed, which affected the quality. Since it's such a large salon with many technicians, you may have a better experience once you find someone whose work you really like.

I especially have trepidation towards getting my sets removed by anyone other than my go to tech because usually my nails would just be ripped off in a hurry and I'd lose so much growth because of it. Unfortunately, my dip set was so grown out. Fortunately, as I was getting Indian take out, I found Emmy Nail Salon and went in for a set removal. I had no appointment but was seen right away. The service I received was amazing. My nail tech here was very kind, took his time, and even without me expressing that I wanted to preserve some (not all) growth, he just went above and beyond. My nails were preserved! I didn't come in for a manicure but he also gave me a coat of clear polish just to protect my nails which I've never experienced in any other nail salon whenever I just come in for a set removal. What an amazing experience. Thank you Emmy Nails!
