Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing at the wesley chapel location…read more I booked a service through ClassPass that was listed as available at this studio. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't receive the service through ClassPass because they offer a first-time client special and that I would need to pay $65 directly through the studio instead. I understand wanting clients to take advantage of a promotional offer, but if a service isn't actually available to be booked through ClassPass, it shouldn't be listed there. At the very least, alternative services that qualify should be offered. What frustrated me most was the response from the front desk. Instead of trying to find a solution, I was essentially told that my ClassPass credits didn't matter and that my only option was to pay out of pocket. As someone who pays for a ClassPass membership, that wasn't an acceptable answer. The issue wasn't the price. It was the lack of transparency and customer service. A little effort to accommodate the customer would have gone a long way.

We call to book an appointment and Brittany, the owner, was patience in answering our questions. I booked my appointment for my first Brazilian wax ever and my cousin book her appointment for her first facial ever. The location is in a beautiful location. The facility is adorable, & clean. I am so excited to have a new place to get a facial & waxing. Mandie made me feel at ease & comfortable. The fist time I ever got a Brazilian Wax & man it was interesting. All the while Mandie was kind & patience. I didn't even feel rushed. I went back for a 2nd time and it was easier and I even got my under arm wax. I am all set for my 3rd appointment! I arrived 20 min before my appointment time (was out running errands and just ended up there early) and she took me in right away. Her place is small, only a waiting room and the service room with a bathroom, but it's only her so no need for fancies. I don't care so much about aesthetics (her place is modest), but I do care about the quality of the wax being used, the speed of the service (because let's be honest, it hurts), and the final product. Not only is Patricia extremely fãs and efficient, she talks to you the entire time to help take your mind off of what is happening down there, and I left feeling so fresh, clean, and smooth. I should also note that I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my sensitivity is much higher than someone not pregnant, but the pain was very tolerable and over within 15-20 min. Highly recommend Patricia if you're in need of a great Brazillian bikini wax!

Trina scheduled my appointment and took care of me. I was so pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism and results that I booked an additional appointment for another area two days later. That experience was equally satisfying. I would recommend Trina to anyone looking for a trustworthy person. The prices are reasonable. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. And as a bonus, the wax was great. Sounds weird but if you get waxed regularly you know quality wax goes a long way. Finally, while at my latest appointment, I found out that Trina also does facials so I think I'll book a facial sometime soon too!
