When I asked for it to be warmer she walked away for a bit then came back and continued working like I said nothing. Even though the two of us asked for the same service, we did not get the same services done. When I asked about it she only spoke to the tech who was with my friend and he gave me a sad smile as she continued to work and not once acknowledge me. There was no massage, not warm towel wrap, and no scrub. She pretty much cut then painted my nails. They charged me the full price, though. When I asked about the service not reflecting the price, they doubled down and she walked away from me to hide in the back. Her lack of technique shows in the finished product. My toes look worse than if I painted them with my non dominant hand. The clear coat didn't cover the full nails some nails were not painted fully do not recommend this place. Stay away. 24.05.2026

I did enjoy that she was very detail oriented; I felt like my toes were thoroughly scoped over and everything that was not supposed to be there was removed. I did not love the massage chairs: they were very awkward to adjust and had limited massage options. They seemed pretty old-fashioned to me. Other than the chairs though, everything was fine, the basic pedi only cost $25, and it looked like they had a lot of great OPI colors to choose from.

I was also asked if I wanted a beverage. I was very impressed to find out they offered iced coffee and matcha. I had already had my caffeine so I asked for white wine. This time around with a different guy, I got the same thing and the massage was barely anything. I was so confused I had to ask, as I've never had a pedi without a good massage. The Basic spa pedicure specifically states "luxurious leg and foot massage" , my foot was not massaged at all and the massage was not luxurious in any way. The massage is the main reason I come to these places , which feel like a waste of time and disappointing. I tip good when the massage is good. It's sad how lazy people have gotten when it comes to customer service. That's the point of why people should be tipping , not just because they did the bare minimum but going the extra mile
