Went here for the first time and will definitely be back! They are so friendly and attentive. They immediately greet you upon walking in and offer you a drink. Very clean and sanitary with their tools. They even place liners in the pedicure tubs. My daughter and I went here to get the dip polish done before school started back and our Taylor concert. The staff was very accommodating for us walking in with no appointment. They are professional and clearly know what they are doing. Our nails turned out perfect! Highly recommend. A wonderful experience for a girl from NYC! Came to this place for a pedi just by chance, and did I luck out. Ann spent a lot of time on my toes and massaging my legs. Very comfortable and relaxing! Nails done beautifully. Extra attention, p and great customer service!! We will be back for sure. I love their mood gel polish and the fact, they have alternatives to using acrylics as well. They make my natural nails feel and look beautiful. Also recommend their waxing services as well. Mind you, it's not European Wax so don't expect for them to use that type of wax "blue looking one" nor do they thread. The Hubs is a diabetic so he suffers from leg neuropathy and let me tell you, after I convinced him to try the pedicure.. well, let's just say he's like family there too. Volcano pedicure is the bomb not just for the spa feel but truly for our diabetics out there, this is atleast a monthly service that is worth it. Helping with circulation and taking care of your legs & feet are vital with this disease. I wish it would be covered by the insurance, until then we'll put the $25-50 (depends on type of pedicure selected) aside. read more

I went here based on the reviews, and because it's close to my house. I used to go to a different salon but the guy who did my nails does not work there anymore...so I had to find somewhere new. First off, I asked for gel nails and they used powder. From what I've heard that's not real gel. Second, my nails look clunky and not a very good filing/shaping job. And last, she cut me/split my skin several times while pushing down the sides of my skin on my finger nails (with a used nail filer) because she put on too wide of nail tips for my fingers. Pretty disappointed in my experience, and confused by the positive reviews about offering drinks etc. I got none if that. If anybody knows where Ken went from BeBe Nails please let me know! He has been the only person that has ever been able to do my nails perfect every time! read more

Everyone seemed nice but the person who did my nails was very rough and in a hurry. She hurt me with her tools multiple times. When she was doing my pedicure I told her that my cuticle was half cut and it's hanging so she polished over and when I complained she started talking in her language and and several people came and looked. She made a scene. I was very embarrassed and told her not to worry about it. She hurt me twice with her metal tool when she was doing my hands. I noticed they all reuse the pumice sponge and only rinse it with water in between clients. They also reuse their towels. As in she picked it off the floor and put in the table when doing dip. The towel was damp. I had the dip powder stuck to my fingers when I asked to help me clean my finger she proceeded with filing on my skin and mumbling in her language. I've been to several nail salons that have cut me with the edge of the files, the drills, etc. I've NEVER had a bad experience at Sun Nails whether getting a Gel Fill, Manicure, Pedicure or a Wax. The people here are still as friendly and professional as they were in the past. I got a great pedicure in a clean and safe environment. I always get the stone massage and the paraffin treatment with my pedicures and they are always very relaxing and my legs and feet stay smooth for a long while afterwards. My favorite technicians include the first girl on the left who wears pink (she is SO thorough), there is an older lady who is incredibly loving with short hair, especially during the massage, and finally the man who is also an excellent massage therapist. I've been going here for years and only been disappointed once by a wait time... and honestly it wasn't THAT bad for a walk in. The technicians always do what I ask and care for my natural nails gently. If one of my nails is broken they patch it up. My favorite local spot for a foot rub! read more

I had my eyebrows waxed and pedicure. Ann was amazing!!! Very nice atmosphere and great foot massage.

I needed my nails done before Christmas and I went to Sun nails on Christmas Eve. They were so kind, and the salon was clean and festive and felt cozy. I had been to a previous nail salon in Tampa (had gone twice thinking maybe it was my nails or the tech had a bad day) I get dip on my natural nails and they kept lifting within a week. So annoying. I've had these nails on for nearly a week now and they still look awesome. The tech that worked with me took her time and really was meticulous about her work which I really appreciated! I visit this location all the time to get my nails done. Right when you walk in the it's a small cozy nail salon. All the stations are clean and the equipment looks new. Every time I go there I get greeted with a smile everyone is so willing to help and very nice and polite. My nails are always done right and my pedicures as well. A male did my nails and they are by far the worst nails I've ever gotten in my life every nail is different sizes and he didn't even spread the acrylic right its bumpy and I will never ever go back he knew he did a terrible job and still charged me 35 dollars and didn't say I could get them redone free even though he knew I was upset with the way they came out. read more

if you're getting acrylics done DO NOT go here. I have never had problems with my acrylics then I went here because it was closer to my house, and I'm currently missing three of my nails. Another one is currently bleeding and throbbing cause it broke in the middle of my nail bed. I'm in so much pain. This salon is not worth your time. When you get them taken off they use other nails to pry them off, and I'm convinced after seeing the state of my nails that they use MMA acrylic. DO NOT go here for acrylic. read more
