After trying different places this is now my permanent nail place. Convenient, super clean, great service, and I never had to wait (well I am pretty sure that wouldn't be the case on a Saturday afternoon). Highly recommend it!! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. From the moment I told the nail technician that I wanted a regular manicure instead of Gel-X, his entire attitude changed. He seemed visibly irritated and displeased about having to do my nails, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, his attitude also seemed to reflect in the quality of his work. My nails were done very sloppily and felt rushed, as if he simply wanted to get me out of the chair because I wasn't getting the more expensive service. I still paid for my service in full, but I chose not to leave a tip because I did not feel the service or experience warranted one. I didn't say anything while I was there because I was honestly so uncomfortable and upset by his demeanor that I just wanted to leave. No customer should feel like they are an inconvenience simply because they choose a basic service instead of a more expensive one. Regardless of what service someone chooses, they should still be treated professionally and receive quality work. I left feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and unhappy with my nails. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this salon. I also only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zer read more

With so many nail salons in the area, it's hard to pick one. I'm so glad I picked Touch Nail Spa for my rare mani-pedi. The salon itself is bright and airy with amazing massage chairs. I don't usually use the massage feature but I couldn't resist after one session. They have about 20 pedicure chairs and as many nail tech tables. Complimentary drinks appeared to be soda, water, and wine, although I didn't partake. Their pedicure menu is extensive with lots of options. I was talked into the orange burst spa pedicure and decided to do gel on my fingers since this visit was in preparation of my 40th birthday. My nail tech was meticulous and attentive to my requests. At the end, I received half off the pedicure for my birthday reward. Total for a spa pedicure and gel nails was $65 with the discount. I would definitely return to this spot if I decide to treat myself again in the near future. read more

I was looking for a last minute pedicure on a Sunday afternoon and was able to call on my way and schedule an appointment, but they also accept walk ins. This was my first time here and after reading some reviews I was looking forward to trying this place out. So many nail salons have low ratings and it's hard to find one that has consistent high ratings. They did not disappoint. This place is huge inside but apparently is one of their smaller locations. If o had to guess, they have about 30 pedicure chairs and 30 manicure chairs! Impressive! They were staffed and I didn't see anyone having to wait. They have WALLS of polish and dip colors, menus up front and at the stations. Prices for a wide range of service options (and combo prices). They didn't try to nickel and dime me or push any upgrades on me as other places have. Relaxing music, a couple TVs, drink options to include wine as well. Overall, between the beautiful atmosphere and a great pedicure, this is going to be my new spot. I'm looking forward to coming back. read more

Amazing very clean very nice staff good quality polishes. My mom and I both got gel manicures and they held up very well.

I highly recommend this salon! The salon is very stylish and very clean! I was there for a pedicure. Jenny was remarkable! Because of the quality of her work, I will be going back to her for other services soon! read more

Clean and great service. Love my nails. Milk and honey pedicure was excellent. Will definitely be back.

First impression, WOW! Very grand right when you walk inside. So spacious! The music was so soothing during my gel pedicure in the most comfortable message chairs ever! I got the basic simply touch pedi ($51) and she gave me one of the best massages I think I've ever had haha! I'm moving to trinity in a few months and decided this will be my new salon! Great friendly staff too. Man at front desk was so nice and signed me up for rewards too:) read more

This is the place to go! Not only was the facility clean, updated and relaxing, but everyone was so nice. I got dip powder and Nataly did it so quick and it looks so natural, I've never had it look as well as this does. I usually go to a nail salon in my neighborhood for convenience but I will drive the half hour here from now on. read more

I've been looking for my new "home" salon for a while now after moving to the area. I have to say this salon blows the others out of the water. First of all the staff is very friendly and there are always enough technicians no matter how busy it is (and I always go during peak hours, never had to wait). Plenty of color choices. All of the equipment is nice and updated, and most importantly my nails always look great. The Gel manis I get there last 3 weeks. Highly recommend. read more

Stopped here while on a business trip and I was very pleased with my pedicure and natural manicure. Thanks

This review is specifically for the services that I've received from Jenny. She has awesome customer service and makes each trip to the salon feel luxurious. I've gotten pedicures and my first set of dip nails with her. See pic for what I asked for vs. what I got! The salon is clean and looks nice, with lots of spots for services, TVs and Wi-Fi. read more

Unfortunately they just lost an extremely loyal customer today... I have beautiful, fairly full and naturally arched eyebrows. I just got an eyebrow wax from Mimi - I told her specifically that I want a clean up, Neat finish, natural arch. (What I always ask for) She proceeded to take ALL of my eyebrows off leaving them extremely THIN, NO ARCH, NO ACTUAL FINISH. She just TOOK THEM OFF. When I mentioned it, she giggled and told me they will grow back. Unbelievable. Ill left in tears and my concerns were completely disregarded. You guys have lost a truly valuable customer. I will not step foot into your location ever again. read more

Im updating a review that I left previously. The owner Timmy really knows how to take care of his customers and make sure they all leave happy. I really love to support businesses where it's obvious that owners care about their staff and their customers and Timmy is definitely an owner that exemplifies this. Getting my nails done here is definitely a treat to myself, but it's the only salon in the area I don't mind splurging at because of my girl Jenny, and because everyone there is just so kind, caring and GOOD at what they do. Touch is the best in the area! read more

Usually gel polish lasts me 2 weeks. My polish started lifting only after a few days.

Do not trust this business. They use old product and my gel was gone within 12 hours.

I was so excited to see that TB is working here now! I was looking for somewhere new since he was no longer at another salon I was going to. I love the atmosphere, how clean it is and how friendly the staff is. If you want an excellent job done and reasonable pricing I would highly recommend TB at Touch Nail in Odessa! read more

I paid $80 for a gel x set with designs, fine, but this woman didn't even file my nails. not one cuticle cut or pushed, just laid this set on top of unprepared nails. the tech in the chair next to the one i was in was reusing tools; it doesn't look like they use sanitized packs like most places. i won't be back. if i pay $80 i would at least expect my cuticles pushed. read more

I had gone to a different nail salon a few times and was disappointed by the last fill I'd gotten, so I decided to try Touch Nail Spa and am so glad I did! Vicky took care of me and gave me exactly what I wanted. Because of issues from the prior salon, we had to start over with a liquid gel and it came out great! She paid attention to detail and recommended the perfect color when I described what I was looking for. Each staff member I encountered was so nice - I will definitely be going back! read more

Worst nail experience EVER!!! Even after showing a picture to the nail tech Toby, he did a terrible dip that was chunky and uneven. He even said that the nails didn't look good and told me to come back to fix them. When I came back, him and the front person were just making fun in their native language and printing little stickers with remarks. I felt completely disrespected and at the end, he still didn't do what I wanted, which was a simple French. I will never go back to this place and will never recommend anybody go to this location. read more

Peter is the best, he takes his time and my nails always come out beautiful ! I would recommend him

I was a matron of honor and had some confusion getting our nail appointment scheduled. I was trying to figure out an alternative last minute.
