In less than one week, five of my nails have chipped at the corner despite the fact that I got a dip powder manicure. I thankfully don't have to worry about working with my hands or much housework, so I'm dumbfounded. This is the first time I've had this happen. My tech was nice, but she definitely rushed the process. She never allowed my nails to spend sufficient time under the light and she was working at super-speed. I also didn't like that I made an appointment and about ten minutes into my appointment, I was made to switch stations and techs without explanation. Made me feel uncomfortable and made me wonder what the difference was between me and that customer. This was my first and last time here. Evening update: we're up to six chipped nails! Attached are my nails within one week (again, these are dip, so they should last up to three weeks with proper care). The absolute worst manicure I have ever received. read more

I had my acrylic removed and a gel manicure. I have extremely thin brittle nails and it's usually so painful to take the acrylic off. Angela was so gentle soaked them. I had no pain at all and she did extra post gel so that it would hold up and make my nails stronger and healthier. Angela is truly the best! read more

Will never return. I got gel tips done prior to my cruise. During my time away, I realized there was one nail turning color. When I returned home, I went back to the nail salon and told them to remove the nail. It turned out to be nail fungus!! I was disgusted. They told me that it was because mature had gotten under my nails (?) and that it was essentially my fault. Not only did they not apologize, they charged me to remove the nails. I've been getting my nails done in many different nail salons. As most people do, I was my hands frequently and do dishes, so my hands are in the water often. Never have I had nail fungus. The reality is that fungus doesn't come from water. It comes from unclean instruments. Clearly not a sanitary salon. Although it is beautiful and relaxing. read more

As soon as I entered the lady was like what do you want, I told I have an appointment for dip and pedi. And she said GO PICK color.. when I brought 2 colors I told I will check which looks best and will decide.. at the entrance we are standing and she like show me your hands will see which one.. Seriously where are your manners.. the guy manager came and says what is your problem? If you want to do business do it as it should be, With respect towards customers. I love the aesthetics of this nail salon. It's very modern and clean. Also there are no tvs which really helps with a spa ambiance. I have only come here for pedicures so I can't comment on the manicure services. My favorite pedicure is the milk and honey- so indulgent and fabulous. If you have the extra time to spend on yourself I highly recommend. My skin was super soft for at least a week! My one gripe is that the polish does not seem to be as long lasting as I would expect. Typically my pedicure lasts 2-3 weeks while these are lasting 1-2 weeks. But it is fall so maybe it's wearing more closed toe shoes? I'll reassess in the spring. read more

Absolutely horrible, I got a pedicure and their cuticle cutting tool gave me a bad infection. I got my pedicure and he cut me with the cuticle tool and after that it hurt immediately. I thought it would heal because it was a cut but the tool was obviously dirty so it ended up causing an infection. I had to deal with my toe being in agonizing pain while on vacation as I flew out the day after my pedicure and I am pregnant so I had to get prescribed antibiotics. When I called the owner Smiley he at first just told me oh these infections happen sometimes and to just put over the counter cream on it (I told him I'm pregnant and I can't just put any cream on it and it's infected so it needs antibiotics). Finally he told me he would refund me and to don't worry and go see my doctor and get healed. So when I did come back from vacation and I couldn't come in right away for my refund by then it finally healed but you can still see where it happened. I went in and Smiley wasn't there so I asked them to call him and they talked in another language while looking at my toe even though I had showed her the pictures I took of my infection. She said well it's healed and I don't have an infection she then tried to write a check for half the amount and I told her that's not the correct amount and then she said to me we don't like you, this isn't our policy to refund and then took a picture of me which in turn I took a picture of her (I had even showed her the amount on my credit card statement and she tried saying no that's not it even though it says Organic nail bar and the date I was in). I've been to a ton of Spa's in Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties and this place is the cleanest spa I have ever been to in my life. This spa uses single-use disposable nail files/buffers and all the tools are sterilized in an autoclave. This spa literally cannot be any cleaner. Excellent 5-star customer service. The owner Smiley truly cares about his customers and I will never go anywhere else. read more

The first time I went to this nail salon, I asked for liquid gel full set and the tech started applying tips with acrylic. I told her that was not what I wanted and she removed the acrylic and applied liquid gel over the tips. I went back two weeks after for a fill in and the same nail tech sanded my nails with the Dremel and it felt like the Dremel burned areas on my nail beds. She sanded my thumb nails so much that the sides are my actual exposed nail and not the tip with liquid gel. Definitely will not be going back here. Not worth the $63 plus tip. read more

I highly recommend Jennifer at this nail salon. She does an amazing job! I needed a break from all the acrylics and went in for a removal, and mani and pedi. She removed the acrylic with much care and made my natural nail look so fabulous. The pedicure was amazing also! I highly recommend this place. The owner (Smiley) is very welcoming. Soft relaxing music was playing, other guest were not being loud and it made for the perfect atmosphere to enjoy my spectacular Cucumber Pedicure. Came here with my mom. While the salon is beautiful, the whole experience felt very rushed and impersonal. They time their services which I understand to an extent, but it was very obvious they had to stick to a certain time limit. I felt pressured when selecting a color with the technician standing next to me the whole time and continuing to gesture me over to the chair. We were given only a few minutes to let the polish dry before we were rushed to check out. Both my mom and I felt our technicians were too aggressive with the tools and we both had to ask them to stop digging into our cuticles. The place itself looks very nice, but my technician, service, and manicure was terrible. I had Lee as my technician and she didn't want to talk at all, I saw others get a massage on their arms and I didn't get one, and she didn't ensure my manicure was dry or completely polished. I also didn't get the design the way I wanted or did she do the right colors. When I finished and she told me I was good to go pay, when I grabbed my card, my nail polishes slid right off. The receptionist then blamed me saying I should have done gel and this is bound to happen with regular. They did actually did gel on the finger with a design too and it's still chipped in less than a week. I have gotten my nails done at other spots for years and this has never happened. I went and got it fixed and sat there for over 10 mins to let them dry and she sprayed them and they still cracked and she didn't even paint them all the way. I didn't realize till after I left and I was running late for my next event, so I couldn't go back. It's been less than a week and nearly every nail is chipped now. I'm so disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money. read more

If you want an impecable manicure for guys, DON'T GO HERE! First of all when it comes to customer care, they DON'T care. They don't listen to you, and communication is very important between a business owner and a costumer; they were indifferent, to the point of nasty, as if they didn't care. As far as the manicure is concerned, the filing of nails was irregular and rough, cuticles were not pushed enough and not trimmed evenly. That is the basic in nail manicure. I will never go back. So much they need to learn, from business ethics to actual nail BASIC procedure. read more

The staff was friendly. I walked in on a whim and fortunately they were able to take me right away for a pedicure. My nail tech did a very good job and did not rush through it as so many do. I really appreciated that and was ok paying a little more than average for the good service. 4 stars instead of 5 because the tech tried upselling me several times, which got a little annoying after I had said no a few times. They are a little higher priced than others, but the pedicure was great and the environment was very relaxing. read more

Oh, gosh... how I really needed such great care! I get a pedicure once a week, but I'm always trying a new place, since I have very high standards and my expectations are rarely met. I searched for a nail salon using my maps app, and I decided on Organic Nail Bar. I walked in without an appointment, was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who asked me to sign in using their tablet. After that, I was directed to my chair and was handed a bottle of water. I chose the cucumber splash pedicure. Trish was amazing! She worked on my legs and feet, did an awesome massage, and was very attentive! I left the spa feeling great about my feet. Came in and got 2 cucumber pedicures with my partner. It was going good until the guy doing my pedicure dropped a hot stone on the floor and picked it back up and kept rubbing my legs with it. My partners pedicure lady disappeared for like 10 minutes with lotion dollops just sitting on her legs. I saw the pedicure lady come out the the laundry room and she rubbed the lotion on my partner without gloves. The female employee also dropped the foot scrubber on the floor and proceeded to rub her feet with it. It was just a mess, not relaxing. It was time to check out and it magically went from $50 a pedicure to $60 a pedicure without letting us know.... I'd go somewhere else. Not worth the money. read more

The worst experience I have ever had at this salon & I've been coming here for months. I will never go back to say the least. The lady who did my nails who I think is the owners wife was so rough and so rude from the minute she sat down I literally asked if she was having a bad day, then she starts doing my nails and this is the color result compared to the color I picked. When I questioned the fact that they didn't look anything alike her response was "this is 99, it is the new one so it doesn't look the same" I then responded and said if you knew that prior to putting it on my nails why wouldn't you say something to me before, he husband then got in the conversation and said "do they not look alike" I said not at all and showed him the photo, he then got a really bad attitude with me and said "well it's to late to take it off there's nothing we can do so she has to finish" then they proceeded to talk to each other in their language clearly about the situation because every other worker came and looked at my nails. I am so pissed off and embarrassed by the situation I will be reporting this to the better business bureaus as well as reporting the charge on my account due to the fact that they had me pay for something that I did not ask for nor is remotely close to what should have been completed. I have never experienced this in my life, it's unreal. How do you go somewhere as a paying customer and get shit on this poorly? The worst service I have ever received. When Kelly started her service, she was kind of in a hurry and I even asked her if she was, of course her answer was negative. I did dip powder and my nails were left with too much material, I told her from the beginning that I like square nails, but it seems to me that she did not understood. My nails were not filed straight, I had to remind her how to do it, also for the way I was filing down the sides of my nails, my finger got a cut. When I got home, I had to file my nails in a straight way. The service is not cheap, and they should provide a better one for the price the customer pays, if I scheduled an appointment, they should take the time to provide a quality service. I had stopped going to this salon for a long time because of the same problem, but I see that it is still the same. For my side they already lost a client. El peor servicio que he recibido. Tuve que llegar a mi casa a limarme las uñas de manera lineal. El servicio no es económico, y por el precio que uno paga debería ser mejor, si se agenda una cita deberían tomarse el tiempo que deben tomarse y prestar un servicio de calidad.
