New to the area and wanted to find a place and nail tech that reminded me of home!! The place was awesome! Not only were the people friendly but they were very knowledgeable of the service I requested! The people are super nice and they offer a comfortable atmosphere! Definitely would recommend this place! Dee and Jen are absolutely wonderful! Do yourself a favor and go get your nails done!!
Mom and I have had our nails done here now several times and each visit has been a great experience. I like to get a dip manicure which always turns out gorgeous (smooth, not thick). They also do an exceptional job of taking the old color off by not grinding deep into the nail. My dip easily last 3+ weeks. I usually do the deluxe pedicure too with just regular polish and that will last me until my next visit as well. Love all the staff. Clean facility. Highly recommend.
I just had to give this place a try! I saw so many people on here leaving reviews and saying how great Dee was. Unfortunately, my normal go to gal was booked up and I needed to get my nails done. I called in advance and Dee said she could get me in, so I made an appointment for 5:30. When I arrived, Dee was with another customer which was fine because I was a little early. However, it was 5:45 and she was still working on the same person, so I reminder her I needed a pedicure and I could go ahead and get that done while I waited. I sat down in the chair and was greeted by Tina. She showed me the pedicure menu and she was really pushing the organic spa pedicure. At first, I was just stuck on getting the basic pedicure and she just kept pushing it so I said well it must be amazing, I will go ahead and give it a try! Tina did not disappoint - she gave me probably one of the best massages I have had while getting a pedicure. For my nails, I got a gel fill and Dee did them for me. She really took her time and reshaped my nails and repaired a couple. I have to say my nails look amazing and she did an excellent job. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it and I appreciated it ! A lot of techs barely talk to you, so her explaining to me was something I enjoyed! Overall, a great place ! Checked in at noon which seems to be one of their busiest timeframes. You check in by inputting your number to accrue or use accrued points then may get greeted. You can make payments through several cash apps which is quite convenient and quick. Overall atmosphere is calm and nice. I didn't really feel that open arms welcome in compared to my other place, Sun Nails, I normally go to. The pedicure sitting seemed to be spaced 2 seats between for each patron. If you need a drink, ask for it then they will give you a tiny 3 -4 oz bottle of water or eventually, will offer a few times throughout your visit. They have a splash plastic guard at the manicure station between patron and customer. They offer waxing services as well which I did not opt to get so I can't really offer any feedback. I noticed they're feet tools are not in a new set or sterilized then sealed in a bag, they rinse and wash before replacing back into carry tote. I'd like to believe it's sterilized but not open displayed. Although this is what I observed before reusing it again on the next customer while is in the seat. For the Volcano Spa Pedicure($55), CBD options ($5) which the price was not communicated so be aware!!! The info only offered was to help promote the relaxation and its a treat for my diabetic Hubs. It will give him a chance to compare too. I just did the Basic pedicure for $25. Seats uncomfortable and old too. Although, this all sounds great, I have to rate my overall experience at the most- 3 stars. After the initial greeting, the Hubs and I waited for over 10 minutes and within 30 minutes we were seated which is quite impressive while super rushed, then it becomes impersonal and unorganized such as the water being forgotten to be turned on/off, temps like it being too hot, and feeling a little ignored and the irritated with the unpreparedness. Of course, I got seated with no spacing between customers and will say they're pretty tight. So much so, we ended having a casualty, losing my favorite Cup that costs more than their basic pedicure :/ See, the lady working on the feet was in a rush, instructed the customer next to me to put her purse right where my Tervis DVC Cup was and of course, you wouldn't guess it, the customer knocked it over and it broke :( There goes $30 into the trash (the owner threw it away for me) and no offer or consideration of any discount for it. Needless to say, this experience ended up costing more for a no Happy nails experience. In comparison to my other places, it was a bit uncomfortable and unclear to me observe the tool used to peel the skin off being washed/rinsed then placed back in the tote. Also I hate when they push hard on upsells regardless if you already stated number times exact service looking for, so if your on a budget, keep firm to what you want. The persistent upsell is not unusual and the lady did stop because I wasn't happy and firm, especially after my special DIsney cup broke. I will say, I rather she finished with the customer before working on my feet instead of having to stop Midway exfoliating feet and having you wait while she goes back yo the other customer to wrap it up. I will say the wait time was overall quick, but go elsewhere for a high-end or higher quality of professional services. The owner apologized about the cup but just blamed the customer. Also let her know I wasn't aware of any upcharge on the CBD (I was sitting next time to my Hubs whole time), she said oh he was told, the owner is husband and wife, she wasn't even there and so not true. It's quite an upsell. For sure. Damn, I lost my DVC cup already!
I've been going here for months and I love this place. They have the largest selection of polishes (also gel and dip) that I have ever seen at a nail salon. I also like that everyone there does a good job. That shouldn't be something I should have to post about but I've been to so many nail salons to get something simple such as a gel manicure and then it chips two days later so yes I do appreciate that the staff here as a whole does a really good job.
I got a full set by Henry at this location. To say I'm disappointed is a understatement. I felt as if he was rushing the entire time. He didn't even ask if I wanted a design before he got right to painting them, I did I wanted French tip. The shape and size are lopsided and truly I'm disappointed. I won't be going here again. I just moved to the area and wanted to try this place. He also wasn't talkative like the other artist were. My overall experience was bad! The price was also 50 without tip which is way higher than I ever pay.
This is my first time getting my nails done here, I was visiting my sister in law in Tampa and I desperately needed to fix my claws because they were looking super raggedy. The lady that helped me was Diana and she was the cutest sweetest Asian lady ever lol I was indecisive of what color To choose and she showed me some sparkly colors that I ultimately went with, and boy I was super happy I did. My fill in was on point and her service literally took 45 mins. The nail salon itself is clean and smells good the decor is nice and simple. For the folks that live in this area this is a good place to get your mani and pedi done.
I took my niece here to get her nails done and they had to re do them twice. She wanted french tips and the man rushed through her nails and they were extremely uneven. When I very nicely if someone could fix all of the inconsistencies, they were visibly upset and proceeded to be extremely rude and rough with my niece (who is a child) while she was fixing her nails. I payed and left a good tip while she finishing up, and She ended up not doing the french tips as she kept rushing and they looked awful. If you are not the greatest at a design I wish they would have said that from the beginning, instead She still charged me extra for the tips which we didn't receive, and was raising her voice at me when I asked her to speak in a respectful tone to my niece, while also arguing with me that she isn't a kid (she's barely 14). Regardless of you thinking she is a kid or not, there is no reason to be rude because my niece was being nothing but kind to this lady. She also decided to clip her cuticles at the end of the service after I asked her to calm down, leaving my niece bleeding on multiple fingers.
I found this location on yelp and decided to give it a try. Im so thankful I did! I've never been happier with a salon! Everyone here is so sweet and seem to know every client who walks in the door by name. They care more about your goals with your nails and skin rather than pushing products and upselling. They genuinely care about client relationships and getting to know people. This is somewhere you can look forward to coming and I'll definitely be back!

Happy nails could be happier! I'm in town for 2 days and thought I'd drop in for a mani/pedi. The good- I selected my polish and was quickly seated. The rest is not so "happy"...my tech never offered the chair massage, smiled, spoke to me (but easily spoke to others), a neighboring tech must of taken my polish and no one could find my color again. Next, I asked for hibiscus style nail art flowers on my toes and ended up with crappy little daisies. My tech hurried to start another foot spa because her "friend" was waiting. She rushed my in and out in 21 minutes. This place has great reviews so maybe I just got a tech in a foul mood. I sure hope so. Ps- stop being rude waving my foot shavings at me Pps- don't worry, the bleeding along side my big toe will heal. But a simple apology would of been the right thing to do not a sarcastic sooorrrryyyyyy read more

My daughter and I have been here several times now. They have always done a great job and are courteous. Most of the time there is no wait. Today Dee did my daughters nails and was very patient with her and all her crazy colors. Our pedicures were great too! read more

Dee did a great job on my dip nails! It is so hard to find someone who can make dip look "natural". In the past, many nail techs have made the dip incredibly thick and awkward looking. So grateful to have found Dee. This salon also has a HUGE variety of colors to choose from with many options for matching toe nail polish. The staff was professional and welcoming, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this nail salon to all! read more

Horrible. Do not go there. I have never had such a horrible experience with nails. Standard gel manicure and they were horrible. I said I would even pay for them just take them off, and they said no charge but charged me $50 for a deluxe pedicure. Deluxe pedicure shows $35 but he said it's because I got gel. I paid the $50 and left knowing I'll never return. read more

Went with my mother and sister yesterday to have a relaxing mani pedi day. Unfortunately it wasn't so relaxing. My sister was happy with her nails as well as my mother with hers, but what ruined the experience was getting my cuticles cut open on almost every finger. I was bleeding on 5 different fingers, and even when the nail tech saw the blood, she continued to buff it away (OUCH!) and rinse my fingers in acetone (BIGGER OUCH!). After politely grinning and bearing it, she finished. I then went to show my mother who was horrified. We told the rather nice lady who seemed to own the place, but we were severely disappointed when she didn't offer any sort of discount or cop the entire manicure completely. She did however rub Neosporin on my bloody cuticles for me which was appreciated, but then I also saw the nail tech I had previously, use the same buffer on the girl after me. It had my blood on it which was even more disgusting. I want to say I'd come back, but after this first experience I have to say it will be my last. Below are my left and right hand. I think I've found my new nail "home". I just moved back to the area and had no clue where to get a good gel manicure. I went here based of Yelp reviews. I walked right in, picked out a gel color and was immediately greeted by a young gentleman who gave me a fantastic manicure. I'll definitely be going back! read more
