I've had to glue it back on three times in one day and I paid $130 and I feel like she shouldn't left it broken I got my service done on Tuesday I would like them to take the nail off asap and redo it for no charge.

I was satisfied at that point. Not even a week and half later and a nail or 2 started lifting. I work from home, no rough work at all. I went back and the nail was fixed free of charge. Everyone there was again sweet. I asked about another nail lifting and it wasn't acknowledged. Well 3 days later I've now lost 2 nails. The one I inquired about and the one that was fixed. I normally like a full set to last at least 2 weeks & this one barely made it a week. Really disappointed.

They recently remodeled and got in new polish, gel, and powders in. So no boring colors here! Any color you can dream of, they've got it! As for pedicures, the technicians are very thoughtful, making sure the water or hot towels are at the right temperature, and making sure the customers are shown how to work the massage chair. I get French tips on my toes most of the time, and they make sure the lines are even in thickness. They make sure to ask if I want my toenails trimmed or not, they don't assume I do just because I'm in the chair. This salon is great! Which means they are very busy. It's a good idea to call and make an appointment before coming, otherwise you may be waiting for a while for your turn.

While tech was back giving wax, another lady walked in and stated she just got her nails done yesterday and one broke, she was told to sit next to me, tech came back to front , sat with lady with broken nail and started helping her, leaving me with one hand filled, tech never looked at me,, 25 mins. later sat in front of me like NOTHING transpired,, finally said OK, now to work on other hand. Words cannot express how livid I was,, she started to talk and I told her to keep quiet and finish the job because I was ready to go. So a 30-40 min service turned into a 1hr and 10min task.
