While tech was back giving wax, another lady walked in and stated she just got her nails done yesterday and one broke, she was told to sit next to me, tech came back to front , sat with lady with broken nail and started helping her, leaving me with one hand filled, tech never looked at me,, 25 mins. later sat in front of me like NOTHING transpired,, finally said OK, now to work on other hand. Words cannot express how livid I was,, she started to talk and I told her to keep quiet and finish the job because I was ready to go. So a 30-40 min service turned into a 1hr and 10min task. I have been to Venetian Nail Salon three times. Each time was a pleasant, relaxing experience!…read more My first visit was to fix the mess that was applied by another salon. Troy was patient. He had to drill and soak my nails in acetone to remove the improperly applied builder gel from another salon. My nails had to be cut short to finish. By the second visit my nails had grown out enough to get back to the length I prefer to keep them. Today was my third visit with Troy. I had the best Mani/Pedi!! It was so relaxing. I would give Troy and Venetian ten !!

Everyone was very nice, and they got us in quickly even with an appointment, but the service felt rushed and more like an assembly line than a relaxing salon visit. My mom and I both got regular pedicures and specifically asked for our nails to be cut very short. My technician did cut mine short, but my mom's technician barely trimmed hers, even after I repeated that she wanted them much shorter because they were very overgrown. I also got a gel manicure on Friday. By the weekend, the polish was already snagging because it had been painted onto my cuticles, causing it to lift. By Wednesday, it had already chipped. I usually get at least a week and a half out of gel on my natural nails, so this was disappointing. The salon was very clean, the color turned out beautiful, and everyone was friendly. They did offer free alcohol/non alcoholic drinks which was a nice plus. I think the biggest issue was that the service felt rushed, which affected the quality. Since it's such a large salon with many technicians, you may have a better experience once you find someone whose work you really like.
