Booking online was super easy. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm and inviting. My waxing specialist greeted me right away to prep the room. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel totally at ease. She asked about my previous experiences and consistently checked on the wax temperature and my comfort level. She even noticed I was sweating and immediately turned on a fan, which was a huge relief! I really enjoyed her company throughout the appointment. She also gave excellent, clear aftercare advice, detailing product usage and when to begin. What I appreciated most was her approach to a pre-pay package; it felt like a genuine recommendation to save money, not a pushy upsell. I ended up buying a skin treatment and upgraded to the package because it was truly a fantastic deal.

After the treatment, my daughter was glowing and super happy asking when she can come back. We are a few days out now and my daughters skin is looking great for the new school year. I'd say Paola is Teenager approved as well. Thank you Paola for taking care of my girls!

I saw Ms Jayla my first visit with Hello Sugar and Ms Jada after that. Great woman who are educated in sugaring and waxing needs! They often run offers and promotions when you least expect it. Especially during summer. I would recommend sticking with waxing if you don't have the pain tolerance for sugaring same active ingredients just a different way to remove the hair off. Enjoy a good atmosphere quick service and great woman who are passionate about helping other ladies. It is a cashless service. Thank you Hello Sugar for keeping my hair free haha (:

I was pleasantly surprised to find she has a $39 Brazilian deal on Wednesdays (though her prices are overall very reasonable- especially for the service itself, and in comparison to other salons). The online booking was vey easy to navigate and use. I accidentally scheduled my appoinment for the wrong time and she got back to me in less than 30 minutes and resolved my issue easily. Her location is very tricky to find - and google maps lead me astray. I actually had to call her to find the place. You have to turn into the Arbors at Carrollwood development (look for the flags at the entrance), circle a roundabout, and then her location is in the shops area, next to a laundromat. It is not marked very well, so look for the hanging sign. Her shop is just one room, so I waited outside while she finished with her current client. I love that she was exactly on time, even though she had back-to-back appointments. Ashley was awesome! Friendly, cheerful, and chatty, she made my waxing time fly by, with a minimal amount of pain. Her shop was bright and clean, and appeared to be very sanitary. The experience was just so perfect, I have already scheduled my next appointment in 4 weeks.
