I had an appointment for a set of nails, toes painted, and a wax. I walked in, the place was beautiful. However, the service was terrible. They took me over to get my toes done. She kept asking what color and I said it depends on what design they were going to do. She kept asking me what what color. Now for my nails. All of the designs I showed them they didn't do. They take your temperature and ask you to wash your hands, which at first I loved and felt so safe but I noticed they don't ask all clients only People who aren't their regulars. I asked for a full set and she didn't do any cuticle work, i think it's extra to have them do it. Everything is extra here. I wanted my nails to be oval shaped and they said only square shaped is included with the price. I had never paid to have my nail a different shape which I though was odd. The entire staff is kind and friendly and they take pride in their work. I've never had a pedicure that truly left my heels feeling smooth. The deluxe pedicure was worth every penny. For my fingernails, I tried a dip manicure for the first time and I think I'm hooked. I usually don't wear any nail polish because I immediately chip it, but so far so good 12 hours later with the dip manicure. I could see it lasting weeks, it's hard and very smooth. I went for a basic because I just needed to clean my ingrown nails that were causing me pain. The person that help me give me an attitude once I told them I had ingrown nails in multiple fingers. We had an appointment for 2:30. Walked in at 2:35 to a full waiting area - standing room only. Wandered around the front desk for a few minutes with no one even acknowledging us. Took our temperature with the machine at the front desk. Finally a woman asked us to wash our hands. We washed them and went back to the front. Still no one asked us if we had an appointment or what services we wanted. Around 2:45 a man did approach us and ask which services we wanted. I told him that we had appointments. He looked very surprised. The woman sitting next to us told him she had an appointment at 2:30 as well. I think it was just about 3 o'clock that someone showed me to a pedicure chair. 10 minutes later, we decided to leave because no one had approached us after that. read more

I cannot say enough bad things about this salon. We had an appointment for 3, walked in to a full front lobby with no one working behind the desk?? We didn't get seated until 3:15, where my mother and I waited an additional 10 minutes with our feet in the water for anyone to even show up to our chair and introduce themselves or get started. My mom had a pleasant experience with Rose, however I was left unattended to until my moms appointment was almost finished, 30 minutes later. She had to leave before me because the salon was so busy and I was nowhere near being done. So much for a mother-daughter day, right? This is not even to mention the horrible experience I had with my nail tech, who left me with not one but TWO really big chunks taken out of my skin! She cut a toe on each foot to a point where it drew blood, and then proceeded to clean the cut with ACETONE. Do you understand how painful that was? Never once did she apologize or address that she even cut me? She never looked up at me, even when I was clearly in pain and kept pulling away. I asked her 3 different times to please fix my extremely crooked nail she left on my big toe and she still did not see that it was visibly crooked. At the end of the service she looked at me and very insincerely shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry". I work in customer service at a hair salon, and I know myself and my whole staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is as accommodated as can be, even when it is crazy busy. I am never one to complain about service because I know how hard it can be, but this was really bad. I felt as a customer here that we were almost an inconvenience to the salon, which should NEVER be the case. I wanted a relaxing day with my mom and instead left with a now infected toe, a bad pedicure, and I'm $47 dollars short. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more
