I was visiting out of town and was in need of pedicure. I had such a great dip powder manicure that I returned for a pedicure. It was spectacular! I had Chris that gave me the pedicure. I had the upgraded milk and honey pedicure with hot stones. This is THE best pedicure I've ever had! He gave an amazing massage. The chairs for the pedicures are wonderful. I had a hard time figuring out the remote as I just wanted the kneading function. Even the sides and bottom of the chair massages you. The only think is that they charge $15 for gel polish which I didn't realize. It was worth it! And I was offered water, soda and wine! My glass of white wine was definitely the icing on the cake! I was disappointed to find extensive damage to my nail beds after my most recent mani/pedi. I usually love this spot, but the tech was very rough on my last set - leaving rings of fire and deep indentions in some places of my nail beds (see photos). My cuticles around my nails hurt for 2-3 days following my appointment. I only kept the acrylic nails on for less than 2 weeks and when I had them removed I was told that they had been badly over-filed. I may still come here for pedis, but I will find a tech a little more gentle for any manicures going forward. read more

This nail bar is amazing. I had a wonderful first experience here. I'm new to getting my nails done, so they made sure to make my first time getting a dip nail an enjoyable one. The staff were incredibly professional, experienced, and friendly. My nails look fantastic! They provided me with a great shape. It's been 2 weeks and my nails still look brand new! They also offer wine to their patrons while they are being serviced! And there may be a wait, due to it being so popular, but they make sure to communicate about time frame. It's probably best to schedule an appointment if you are unable to wait. My wait time was maybe 20 minutes when I arrived during a busy time. The environment is clean and very spacious. I was immediately greeted and asked to have a seat until someone became available, which was only a few minutes regardless of how busy they were at the time. I don't think i've ever had nails look this good. Anytime I get acrylic, the nails never look straight or they're too thick. That was NOT a worry here. The service us terrible. The lady that removed my acrylic nails was so rude and acted kike it was an inconvenience to do the service. Didn't say one word to me and was supper rough when removing the nails. She did a terrible job removing the acrylic manicure and ruined muly natural nails. And the first time I had the service done the guy was snorting and coughing all over the place because he didn't want to wear a mask to keep all the nail particles out of his nose. I am really not one to complain, but this was my worst nail experience ever!!! I had called before my appointment and asked all about their services and pricing. I was told it would cost $70-$75 for what I was wanting and she broke it all down for me. (please read to the end) The removal process of my old acrylics was EXTREMELY painful but after they were off it was going okay. Until she started drilling and literally sliced all of my cuticles. I winced and told her it was very painful but she continued to do the same thing. I thought that I may had been overreacting until there was blood dripping into the base coat. She apologized and cleaned it up. My nails turned out very good but my fingers were in pain for weeks and had to keep disinfecting them with hydrogen peroxide. I didn't complain because the nail tech was kind. BUT then I went to pay and they told me my total before tip was $100 dollars. I am a college student who budgets very carefully and $25-$30 more than I was originally expecting was crazy to me! I told them I was very confused and after talking about me for a few minutes the woman said I could get 10% off. I paid and didn't complain any more. Please do not visit this salon unless you want to pay much more compared to other salons in the area for swollen and bleeding fingers. read more

Update based on response: thanks, you are correct in that the price was never explained prior to me getting the service, as if it had been, I surely would have agreed to the brand new nails and full-service at a lower cost of getting a "fill"/replacing two tips for $55. I did enjoy the service other than being cut, which I understand happens sometimes, and even tipped him $10, then you tried to finesse me and hustle with me at the register. I may have asked his name but I don't see why that is a big deal to you lol. If you have reviewed your cameras then you should be able to see the multiple times I had to stop the tech when I was being hurt and the drill bit kept coming off. As a manger your response in store was "all nail salons do this so we can do this too," do better. read more
