Michelle N. the esthetician is Amazing. She has experience beyond her years, stays up to date on the latest advancements in skin care, offers different options on what you are comfortable purchasing/needing & a pampering experience to match her sweet personality read more

There is nothing special about this place. The services offered are on the higher side of pricing but the location is convenient so I went there for a while. The staff and the owner (Dan) aren't very friendly or welcoming which is honestly surprising. I've taken my business elsewhere, receive the services requested, and am greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. read more

I went to Nu Image today for a facial with Minea, and it was AMAZING. Minea is so sweet and professional. I haven't had a facial in like 15 yrs because I sometimes have social anxiety in spa situations. No worries here. Minea explained everything step by step. She also recommended treatments based on my skin. The facial was relaxing and informative. Minea gave me a few samples of products tk try. I appreciate the samples bc my skin is sensitive, and this will let me give them a test run. I already made another appt in 2 weeks for laser hair removal and an injection consultation. They are stuck with me now! Hahaha. Thank you for making me feel better about my skin and giving it some love. read more

Greatly appreciate the honest feedback I got here. One of the products recommended I found to have 5 star reviews online. I'm very happy with the results and the honest advice. read more

What a cute salon/spa, with even better people working there. Super impressed with Karen! She made my hair so soft and beautiful with a foiliage, cut and keratin. I'm very picky about the tone of my blonde and she listened and delivered! I'm new to the area and drove past her salon a couple of times... decided on a whim to stop in, as my hair looked terrible and needed some love! I made an appt and a week later, she worked her magic. So thankful I took a chance. Will be referring all my clients and friends in the area to her. Thank you so much Karen On another note, got to meet Michelle, their lead medical esthetician... can't wait to pamper myself by scheduling some microneedling with her. She was a pleasure to talk to and pick her brain. Love that this place is so close to home and office, but let me tell you, I'd drive much much farther if I ever had to. Thanks again for taking great care of me, I'm a happy client for life! read more

Excellent service and expertise! I have worked with Susan for many years utilizing various medspa services and always walking away feeling better about my look. The entire staff is helpful and professional. Susan listens closely to your concerns and then draws on the depth of her personal skills and experience to advise you on the best path to enhancing your look without looking fake. Recently I had some filler and have received so many compliments! The latest was today from my dermatologist (who also provides cosmetic services) indicating that I looked great and asked if it was natural or if work had been done - the perfect compliment! Thanks Susan and Nu Image! The spa provides hair salon services, laser hair removal, fillers, botox, skin treatments, coolsculpting and tons mores spa services! read more

Jasmine did a fabulous job on my hair today. Absolutely delighted with my new foilayage color - it's a combination of bayalage and foils. I have great highlights and lowlights closer to my natural color. Jasmine is wonderful and fun to work with. I basically told her "You are the expert, do what you think will look best." And she did! My hair is naturally curly, but I straighten it at home with a flat iron. Jasmine gave me a blow out that looks awesome and feel like silk. Thank you Jasmine for a verypleasant morning of being pampered in your chair. I'll be back! read more

This place is a great salon/spa and it's even more special because Karen is such an amazing hairstylist! She's an expert when it comes to hair. And not only that she's great at what she does but, also her service goes beyond that as she's very welcoming, warm and full of great positive things to say in general. I feel so lucky I got the right recommendation for this place. read more

Having moved to the Tampa area in March 2021, I have been looking for more than a year to find a stylist to do my highlights the way I like them. I visited three different Aveda salons in the area and a private single owner blonde specialist salon. Jasmine listened to my struggle and did an absolutely phenomenal job. I'm so sad it took me a year to find her but so happy I did! read more

I have been going to Susan the owner for the last 10 years. Susan and her staff are wonderful and I highly recommend using all her services she has to offer. read more

Susan, owner and nurse practitioner, came highly recommended to me from a friend. I have since recommended other friends to her myself, even one that comes from out of town! She is very knowledgeable about the cosmetic products she uses. She takes time to talk to you about a treatment plan and explain how the variety of products work. She is honest and makes suggestions based on what you need rather than trying to upsell a large range of products that you may not. I have full trust in her and won't go to anyone else. I am very satisfied with the results from each treatment. Susan stands behind her products/treatments and encourages you to share results with her. With every new regimen there is often tweaking involved! . This med spa/salon is always clean. The building itself has its own charm from the brick floors to the serine water feature outside through the windows of the waiting area. There is usually lemon infused water, coffee or tea available while you wait. Aside from skin and beauty treatments there is also a hair salon here. Sign up for their mailing list. They often run specials throughout the year on products and services. It's really a one-stop-shop for all your beauty needs. read more

Jenny did my face and it turned out amazing! The prices are competitive to other places, and they take their time with you to customize their approach without being pushy to sell you things you don't need. Jenny was precise and gentle, and my results speak for themselves. I will be back again soon! read more

Amazing experience!! This spa has everything from facials to a salon for your hair! The nurse practitioner, Susan, is amazing and knowledgeable! Fully enjoyed my experience! read more

I've been telling everyone I know about Jenny, the NP here- she is INCREDIBLE! I was so nervous getting Botox for the first time. I did so much research where I live (New Jersey) but I heard first hand such great things about Jenny from so many people that I flew there from NJ!!! She did my lips and my Botox, and it looks even better than I imagined! She made me feel completely at ease and walked me through each step. Everyone here at home keeps telling me how great I look, but no one can pinpoint it because it looks so natural- exactly the look I was going for. She listened to me and my concerns and gave me the exact look I wanted to achieve. She also is TOTALLY honest. They don't try to upsell you on things you don't need, which I personally love the honesty and not someone just trying to make a bigger sale. She really studied my face and told me how much she thought I needed to get the look I wanted and she did a fabulous job. The front desk staff was so nice as well! Totally worth the trip, I already have another flight booked for November!! read more

This place is the best! My family and I have been going here for years (mom, sister and even dad)... Michelle is amazing and so is Susan. I will never go anywhere else! read more

I live out of town, but anytime I'm in the Bay Area I try to make an appointment with my esthetician Michelle. Michelle is very knowledgeable in skin care for all ethnicities. She is very punctual and always create a great experience for me. My skin always appears to be better after just one visit with her. This spa is beautiful. A total hidden jewel in Lutz. read more

Susan NP did my laser hair removal today. It was my 6th treatment (I had the other 5 done out of town at another facility), and I have to say that i am amazed at how much better it can be! Excellent results--- I mean I am amazed at how much better my results are. I do not have any marks at all, and every hair is gone. I have been left burned literally with other practitioners...not bad burns or anything like that, but still very tender and sensitive (and unsightly). I do not have any of that today. She was extremely sweet and professional, and I highly recommend her. I bet she would be great at fillers and I will use her when I need a touch-up. read more

Where to start ! Susan, Michelle & the whole Nu Image team are simply the very best. I found Nu Image about 14 years ago, and have been a very loyal & happy client since then. Susan, owner and nurse practitioner, always takes the time to listen to your concerns & explain each procedure. She is very knowledgeable, and never tries to upsale. She recently told me about their newest procedure, Aqua Gold, and it is everything I was looking for and more! This cutting edge treatment gave me immediate results. That never happens.....but it did this time! And I have to mention my esthetician, Michelle. Like Susan, she is very knowledgeable and has always taken great care of my skin. From facials to micro needling to recommending the right products for my skin....Michelle has always taken great care of me. And she is so funny & entertaining the time always flies by! It is impossible to leave Nu Image without looking better & feeling better about yourself. I will never go anywhere else! read more

I can't find the perfect word to describe such a PERFECT place! I have had laser treatments here and the result is a smoothness that I have never experienced. I also recently had juvederm around my smile lines. I did not expect to leave the office feeling like I had a mini face lift! Susan is incredible and I can understand her passion for her work! I never imagined that I would look so much better with such a simple and quick procedure! Now, I wake up in the morning and don't look so dragged down by my crease lines! Susan also really makes such an effort to always insure that I am comfortable and happy. I have also seen a difference in my comlexion due to the suggestions and products that I can buy right at the spa. My make up looks better than ever and I am getting more compliments than ever before! The icing on the cake is that the girls that work here are super sweet and helpful. As a busy mom and wife, I enjoy going here, talking to the girls and taking time out for myself! One of the big bonuses is that they always run great specials on different products/procedures. This makes it easier to walk in and get something that is just right for me! I have already sent 2 other people here and they are equally happy with what Nu Image has to offer. You will love it!!! read more
