I literally felt like a queen walking out of the salon that day and have been a loyal client since. Highly recommend this establishment for ladies and gentlemen!! I scheduled an appointment with Zoya, who is one of the owner of the salon in a timely manner. She is a master hairstylist & very helpful in answering questions on the phone & even helping me with directions. Upon arrival I was greeted by her & she spent the time to speak to me about the vision I had in mind & my concerns with the health of my hair. I was offered tea, coffee or wine as she started working on my hair. Which I mean who doesn't love to be this pampered?! I felt very welcomed & at ease right away. The salon itself is soooo clean & beautiful. Very clean lines with a bit of bling bling luxury we all need to get our relaxation on. Codie at salon posh was amazing!!!! ! I was really hesitant in getting my haircut because I did not want to lose my length but after being pressured by my friends that I do in fact need a haircut. I got on Groupon and saw Codie's deal. With the salon location being so ideal, I got the deal and I am so glad I did. Codie did such an amazing job! He did everything what I wanted and more!! I was looking for a professional-style haircut, which is pretty difficult for us guys, since we tend to let our hair "go." I was surprised to find that Zoya knew exactly how to give me both a professional look as well as something flexible for the weekends. She paid very close attention to detail, and even when I got out of the chair to pay she still wanted to make sure my hair looked its best by giving some last minute touch-ups. I visited Salon Posh using a Groupon. My visit was out of a horror movie! A guy named Codie did my hair and destroyed my blond locks!. I purchased a partial highlights package and told 'Codie" I was thinking about adding lowlights to blend in my highlights. He suggested balayage. As he colored my hair he sat there talking about how much he couldn't stand Dominican hair and hated it more than black people hair. I felt so uncomfortable. His conversation was so inappropriate! He probably thought I was a white girl since I'm blonde hair and blue-eyed , but no I'm Hispanic and his comments were very offensive! Well, instead of balayage "Codie" bleached my whole head platinum blonde! I am naturally blonde and legit looked like Nene from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. I almost cried but decided to remain calm and composed. He then started dumping toner in my hair to "tone down the blonde" bleached out look. Well that was another mess! Toner was dripping all over me, I felt itchy and afraid. 4 hours later. yes 4 hours later!!! I was still sitting in the shampoo bowl, having been offered no water, nothing! It felt like torture. He then ran to the back to get more toner and that's when I realized he had sprayed the entire back of my shirt with the shampoo bowl hose I was soaked in the back! Plus my wrist was burning from bleach that had apparently dripped from the cape earlier. It was also on my shirt 9 I had to throw away) . I grabbed a strand of my hair and noticed some of the tips were a light violet color! That was when I had it. If I stayed any longer who knows what would become of my hair. I walked out of this dump and called Groupon in tears thankfully receiving full refund. I then had to run to Walgreens to fix my hair with a box dye and pay another stylist to fix my color 2 days later. I am naturally blonde and was going in for partial highlights. Easy as cake! Brought my son in for a haircut and am so delighted Zoya actually asked my son how he likes to wear his hair She pointed out the pattern his hair grows in and that keeping it shorter in the back will achieve the look he wanted My son told me " it is the best haircut I have gotten" Zoya took time and gave a great cut She also washed his hair afterward to be sure the hair was even. My favorite and Only Hair Salon I recommend! Zoya has angel's hands!! I am not kidding, and I am very particular about my hair (just ask my husband). I was already getting used to "it's ok it will grow again" situation. With parents with thin curly hair (mom) and thick straight hair (dad) it was only natural that my hair inherit a mind of its own. When talking to one of my friends, she recommended to give it a chance to this new place she has just visited. Her hair always looks beautiful so I tried.... and I loved it!! About the Salon: The Salon is very modern and just beautiful. The equipments are very clean and well maintained. I am very concern about hygiene in spas and Salon Posh has two thumbs up from me. I was amazing of how all the hair products and styling tools are really good quality, she blow dried my hair in no time (that is almost impossible lol). About the Stylist: Besides the high end glam style salon, their customer service couldn't be more personal. I am not a big fan of the type of "we are too good for you" vibes I get from big names salons. At Salon Posh, I felt very welcomed! I felt that they really cared about my needs and worries. I do not recommend sonya, the lady that does the waxing here. Very unprofessional! I made an appointment with her about 3 weeks in advance and i show up for my appointment and she decides to call me then and tell me she isn't coming in for the day. According to her she called and texted me the day before to confirm. Well how convenient that i got her call to cancel on me the morning of..past my appointment time by the way and not her call to confirm. My wedding was the day after my appointment, so she really put me in a bind. Definitely never going to schedule with her again. I only trust him with my hair and constantly get asked who colors my hair and get comments all of the time. I'm even planning on flying back to get my hair colored and cut by him as I recently moved across the country. wouldnt recommend, ive gotten my hair done by mariah before and the haircut wasnt bad but i couldnt get over the smell of the bathroom that you could literally smell from the station, i also couldnt hear anything over the owner brenda and her clients they were extremely loud, also the things that she talks about are the most unprofessional talk for a salon ive ever heard, let alone pull out a phone and show some nasty photos to her coworkers. they even have lawn chairs in the waiting area.... read more

DO NOT GO TO MARIA AT THIS SALON!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have personally had my hair done here, and also gifted an appointment to my mother in law and we were both pleased with Codi. I recently purchased a Groupon and gifted it to my sister for her birthday. I wanted to cheer her up and give her a nice treat because she has had some really tough times. I set up the appointment early in the week and my sister had to travel over 45 minutes to come to this salon. "Maria" sounded disappointed that I paid Groupon directly, and not her. Nonetheless, we showed up. The salon is small but tastefully decorated. Though I had never worked with MARIA, I figured that this was a nice clean salon and I had a nice experience personally with another stylist, so I figured that Maria would be good too. She told me to bring some photos of what we had in mind. No problem. We got there, no problem. She took a call as my sister was being seated. It appears that maybe she had another customer coming in. My sister sat down and then everything fell apart. I was trying to pull up a photo on my phone to show her some styles as she had requested. She became impatient because my phone was slow. She pulled up a photo on her phone and showed one of her other client's cut and color. We weren't as enthusiastic about it as she was, and told her that we wanted to explore some other options. The client in the photo appeared to be about 30 years older than my sister and the hair was appropriate for her age. We advised that we were looking for something a little "younger" and by that time, the first photo became available and I showed it to her and was in the process of opening up another photo to let her get an idea of some of the things we were looking to get done. She stated impatiently, that I already showed her one picture, and proceeded to tell me what she couldn't do highlights in a certain way (despite the fact that I just showed her a photo of what we were looking to do). I even agreed to pay additional for any services outside the Groupon deal. When we tried to ask her follow up questions about what we were looking to do she apparently got offended and curtly stated that she has been doing this for 15 years and knows what she is doing. I have NO idea why she became so hostile. I have had many, many hair appointments all over the country and throughout various different countries. ALL prior stylists have had the professional courtesy to listen and worked with me to select a style/color that was agreeable. Not Maria. Since she only gets a fraction of what was paid for the value of the Groupon, she apparently did not want to do anymore than she had to. However, a lot of planning went into this appointment for my sister and I realized there was a break down in communication. So in an attempt to alleviate the situation, I asked if we could step away for a minute so I could speak with her privately, away from my sister as it was getting pretty uncomfortable. She then stated ," No! In fact, I am not going to do her hair at all", and proceeded to take off my sister's apron and told us to get our refund from Groupon. I just stood there aghast. IF I COULD GIVE MARIA A NEGATIVE 100 STARS, I WOULD. She represents the worst in stylists. I asked to speak with the manager/owner and was advised that MARIA rents her booth so there was nothing that could be done about her attitude or the way she conducted her business in her booth. As a result of this experience, I will NOT be returning to my stylist there. Simply because of Maria. She failed to grasp how a professional stylist, or simply a human being should interact with others. AVOID THIS WOMAN LIKE THE PLAGUE. As an afterthought, I am glad that she did not style my sisters hair. I believe that one should always dress and look the part, especially if your job is to make other people look and feel good. She didn't. Fortunately, my sisters birthday was not ruined as we found another salon and the stylist took her time and offered different options. My sister's hair looks great and the new stylist successfully did what Maria said couldn't be done. read more

I have been to Salon posh a couple of times since last fall. I would say about 4-5 times and they have been great. The place is always clean and quiet. The receptionist is quite humorous and nice. I get my haircuts from Zoya who is great at men's haircuts as well as super polite and listens to what exact style you want. I will keep going there as usual.
