This is a factory line salon. Chairs were great, but felt as a customer, I was second in line. Only my second gel manicure, but no comparison! Only 2 coats instead of 3. It makes nails feel more vulnerable & definitely not as glossy. The pedicure was good, but not great. For the service & outcome, I felt I was overcharged. So sorry, my last place is gone. I came in with my cousin who is a regular and I see why. I'm from out of state visiting family and it was nice to go get a pedicure with my family!! I had a pedicure almost a month ago so I could go on vacay but these girls found things that really had been neglected. They take time and are very good about checking your nails for ingrown places. It was painful at times but that's what needed to be done so I'm glad they did. We got the deluxe pedicure and the different massages were amazing.. I never had the stone massage included in a deluxe one before and it was very nice.. she cut the nails down low but not too low which I wanted.. they were very nice and I wish I could have pedicures here every time!! The menu had so many crazy options for pedicures and maybe on my next trip I'll try one of those!! I highly recommend this place. I read other reviews that said it wasn't clean but that must be awhile ago.. it was very clean, they all wore same color work coats which looked very professional. My Granddaughter has coming here for four years. Today we picked up her BFF and I brought them to get pedis. I decided I was due and tried them out. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. My technician was all into hand signalling and I caught on fast. She took me out of soak and got into it! No blood drawn, a good thing. She focused on every aspect of the Pedi including cuticles, trimming, and sole work. The hand and hot towel massage finished the job. After looking at the finished work, I was impressed by the symmetry and the overall cut. Everything said and done, the bonding with Gigi and my "second daughter" Bella was worth it! I'm so incredibly upset right now! I've been coming here for years. I usually see Sally or the little guy at number 6. Well they messed up my appoinment for a fill with Sally so I had to go to trish!!I get a very soft pink with white . Trish had no clue what she was doling and was just putting all white so I had to say something well then she only used the pink. I thought ok, well it is just a fill. She charged me 68 dollars for a fill!!!!!!!!! INSANE! That is more then what I pay for a brand new full set with design from Sally! Never again! Not to mention we sat and waited over an hour with an appoinment that they messed up! I will never ever go to that trish again! My nails are super rough like sandy feeling and she used a cheap gel if its even gel but 3 others walked out as well! read more

Do not visit this place, they are not trustworthy. I have visited this place on December 05, 2021 for under arm waxing and they charged me $ 20 (it seemed expensive compared to other places but I no longer had an option) I returned for emergency on January 05, 2022 and they have charged me $ 30 for it same service of under arm wax to 1 person. The service is not listed and it seems that they charge depending on their state of mind. I do not recommend them and I will not return again, they are not reliable. read more

I used to go to this salon, and it was okay, never a bad experience, never anything spectacular. The salon I had an appointment at flubbed and was double booked, so I tried Friendly Nails again. I was very impressed. They have completely remodled the entire salon. It is amazingly beautiful, quite relaxing and very clean! I had old gel on my nails and one nail had broke very badly. I wanted an ombré look, and Hazel talked me into powder dip. I am hooked! She did an awesome job and was very thorough. I was very impressed and will most certainly be going there from now on. While I love to get my nails done here they have really gotten crazy with their prices. They now charge to remove Gel polish that they also charge extra to put on!!!!!!!!! I have never heard of such a thing to charge to take polish off that you put on. SO, if you get a manicure and a pedicure with Gel on both and get your Gel polish removed from your last one, you are basically paying for a pedicure !!! YES, an extra 30.00 just for Gel polish, NOT WORTH IT!!! I WILL BRING MY OWN POLISH FROM NOW ON...............I don't know about anyone else but I cant afford a 100.00 or more just for a fill and a pedicure with Gel polish. I used to go and it was @ 60-70 now its 100+ I cant afford it with everything else that has gone up and greed is real when your going to charge this much for some nail polish. read more

The place was not busy and it took almost an hour for two of us to be placed into a pedicure chair. Instead of doing our pedicures at the same time they did one at a time ... in total, we were there for over 3 hours which is completely ridiculous. WORST PLACE EVER. It's a hit or miss in this place they did a good job the first time I went there. Then the next time around it's a wack sloppy job. My nails weren't even smooth at all it was bumpy. Bad job for gel manicure. I can't believe how my nails looked like at the end. Like I could have done a way better job then her. My nails looked like their were a WEEK OLD! I even told the manger about it and she said there's nothing she can do about it SMH . WOW ! Wasted my time and money. NOT CONSISTENT WITH THEIR WORK & NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. At the end of the day that's her profession right ?? So not professional. Not a great way to handle a business like that if you pay for a service, you should get a good gel manicure. Don't ever go to this place! There's nothing friendly about this place, they do what they want regardless of what the client wants. I have photos to prove what I'm saying. I have never gotten a fungus my life at a nail salon and I have one from them, they are rude, they're denying it and I can't believe they sent me out of the salon the way they did if anybody wants to see you get in touch with me and I'll provide pictures. They really need to have a visit from the health department. I too, am in the beauty industry and they are definitely in violation of a few things at that salon hence why I got this fungus on two nails. I came in for a polish change the lady put the drill to my nails altered my shape which I told her no she did one finger as soon as she started working on the second finger I pulled my hand away and it was over with from then oh prior to that she remove the polish on my toenails and also told me that they're not going to come do my feet tonight after all that plus there's some broken ones so basically they sent me out of the salon looking like shit, I look way worse than how I came in. Horrible Salon! The man that did my nails seemed like he was on drugs moving a mile a minute cut 3 different fingers making them bleed. Did such a fast sloppy job I can't stress enough!
