Trang has done my nails for years and I get compliments every single week. She's top notch.

I went there without reading the reviews. I wish I would have. The service is horrible. The staff is rude. I got a pedicure and it took 15-20mins. She barely filed my nails and was rushed for no reason. The place is not that clean. I am really surprised that the health department has not been called on them especially since they have a small 3 year old child that runs around the place touching all of the nail tools that are being used for the customers. I've been going to this nail salon for 4 months. The mother informed me she is too busy to do my nails. In other words, "don't let the door hit you on the way out"!! ....... Very disrespectful, rude and money hungry... I'm appalled.... Very nasty ungrateful owner, the mother. The work was so so and over priced for the area. I had went to 2 other salons beforehand and they were fully booked on a busy Sunday, so I called and asked if they had any openings and they said yes and that they could fit me in at 1:15! I arrived and there was a full lobby, which isn't a problem because I was happy to be able to get my nails done in the first place! The guy I had was really nice and did i great job on application and the shape-- but didn't know how to do glitter ombré. I had this done before, and they usually use loose glitter and a brush, but he used the gel polish and grabbed a circular tool and began dragging out the glitter which left lines on them. I said I didn't like it and asked him to use a brush. It looks a bit better now, but not exactly how I expected! Not a bad thing, though, because I love them anyways. Paid $40 for a fill and this design. Attached is mine and what I asked for. Will return!! read more

I heard great things about this salon so I had decent expectations. My pedicure was good aside from the fact that not until she was close to being done did she ask if I wanted the chair on. My nails on the other hand are horrendous, they are uneven very bumpy and "fat" I showed the lady what I wanted and she tried to get me to change my mind numerous times. If you're uncomfortable with what I wanted that's no big deal just say so instead of having me pay for nails that I'm very unhappy with. Very unsatisfied and most likely will not be a returning customer. Also, one of my nails isn't even covered completely with a top coat I can feel the rough edges of the sparkle. read more

I used to like this place but since Covid it's changed... They don't have the controls for the pedicure chairs out for you to use anymore and they don't bother to ask if you want it on. It's somewhat hard to communicate with some of the employees because of language barriers. A number of the employees do NOT take the time needed for an acceptable pedicure. For instance I was in the chair for 16 minutes, 3 other people were in chairs before I got there and my nails were dry and I left before they were even out of their chairs. And no they were not having anything special done. I don't feel good about the place anymore. Sad but true. read more

I went here for the first time today and absolutely loved it! I gave her free reign on my nails because I couldn't decide what I wanted and I couldn't be happier! She took her time on my nails to make sure they were perfect and even took a nail off to re do it when she noticed it was crooked without me saying anything! The owner of the salon doesn't clearly give you the prices of everything that you are going to be getting then build the grocery list to make the price keep going up and up the owner Mimi gave me one price when I came in $56 and I clearly told her what I wanted and then when I came out it was $76 obviously I gave a $20 tip which would be 20% a prior to paying the bill I heard the owner say that not to do the extras on my nails because I wouldn't like the price which I thought was extremely rude I have been going here on and off for years but I've been using other salons that are cheaper and more professional read more

So I was leaving for a cruise and needed a nail salon at 9:30am. The nail salon near my house did not open until 11am so the next closest one happened to be Queen nails. Queen nails opens at 9am on Saturday and closes at 7pm The salon is clean, and pleasant. I was helped immediately. My pedicure was done by Dye. She is absolutely wonderful! She took her time and gave me the longest and best leg massage I have had in years at a salon. At no point did I feel like she was in a rush. My nails look so pretty and I feel so relaxed. I got acrylic nails here and they were not even or symmetrical at all. There was no cuticle work done and the prime job was not good. They lasted a good amount of time but when I was ready to take them off a few of them had lifting. Some of them were too thin and some of them were super thick. They looked pretty from a distance but up close you could see that it did not look like a professional did them. They were not pleasant either the customer service was not very welcoming. read more

I had a 4:30 appointment for a pedicure and waited until just about 5:00 for a chair. I asked for my nails to be trimmed even with the tip of my toes but they were trimmed very short and filed unevenly. Color was messy. I don't think that my nail tech spoke any english. Usually enjoy a leisurely appointment but was glad when this one was over. read more

For me it's not only about how well they do my nails (which they do perfectly btw) it's the atmosphere I like to feel entertained and have people converse with me rather than just staying quite and not say anything. I had sprained my ankle pretty bad a while back and couldn't walk comfortably on it or even stand. After switching from my old nail place to here their pedicures saved my life. My ankle and foot feels so much better and they really take their time to make it a pleasurable experience. They do great acrylics too and everyone is friendly. This salon is just OK, pretty much the same as all of the others in this area. As usual, the nail polish had so much acetone in it or had been "watered down" so much, the nail tech had to put three coats on for my pedicure. A bottle of nail polish might cost $.50, throw it away for goodness sake's! I'm getting to where I don't get pedicures every time I get my nails done, just a polish change every couple of months because me sticking my feet in warm water, my toenails cut down and cheap lotion rubbed on my legs 5 minutes doesn't warrant $25 plus a tip for a pedicure! Is it just me or have pedicures really gone downhill in the last five years? My bill for an acrylic fill with gel polish and a pedicure was $50 and I left a five dollar tip, my technician seemed somewhat put out because I didn't leave a larger tip (it was obvious by the Vietnamese squabbling when I paid). I paid their fee for their services and I tip according to the service I received (have people really forgotten tipping is not required nor mandatory, it's an added bonus for good service), I'm not going to feel "pressured" into leaving a tip when a technician does a mediocre job, bottom line! I don't mind paying a higher price if I get my moneys worth and I certainly don't mind leaving a larger tip if I get good service. I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years, some salons better than others, I pay and tip accordingly. Again, the shop is just OK, not bad but not great. read more
