I also got an eyebrow was which was 13 so I get to checkout and was charged 99 they charged the separate prices 48 pedicure gel then 38 manicure gel which I only even got gel because he couldn't find the dark purple in regular so yeah dont trust when they said its 58 for manicure and pedi and 15 more for gel I expected 73 and got eyebrows so 86 and you charge everything separately 99.00? That's crazy work. He's explaining i said I understand but when I came in I was told mani pedi is 58 and 15 more for gel I expect to pay that if Im told that. The woman was amazing that did my eyebrows but the guy that did my mani pedi lies i even verified it was 15 more for gel with 48 he said yes pedicure is good manicure nails terrible job. I only got the manicure cuz i figured its my birthday why not its only 8 dollars more to do both. Wrong 86 for mani pedi with gel because he couldn't find color i wanted is wild. Again he did great on pedi and woman who did eyebrows was amazing but mani not good and for 86 id expect much better work if your going to lie about prices and use language barrier to explain separate prices of mani and a pedi i know what separate prices are thats why I did the mani pedi together. So frustrating

I really don't like leaving negative reviews for local businesses, especially since I try to…read moresupport them whenever I can. I gave Lily Nails multiple chances before deciding to write this. I've had two pedicures here, and unfortunately neither experience met my expectations. During one visit, my technician accidentally cut the side of my toenail and nicked my skin. Thankfully it didn't become infected, so I decided to give them another chance, thinking it may have just been an isolated mistake. Most recently, I stopped in at the last minute because I needed cat eye gel polish removed from my fingernails and cat-eye gel removed from my toes before a medical procedure. They were able to take me right away, which I appreciated. What concerned me was the removal process. The technician initially tried to pry the gel off using another fake nail instead of filing it properly and soaking it off. I specifically asked if she could please soak them because I didn't want my natural nails damaged. While using the electric file, she also caught the skin around my nail, which hurt enough that I instinctively pulled my hand back. I then felt as though I was being scolded for moving, even though I had reacted because it was painful. I appreciate that they were able to fit me in without an appointment, but after several visits, I don't feel comfortable returning. There are many excellent nail salons in the area, and based on my experiences, I would recommend trying one of those instead. I truly wish this review had been more positive, but I believe it's important to share an honest experience.

The first one I tried jabbed me under my nail so bad it hurt for a month, and this one that I went to didn't like that I only wanted a polish change bc I wanted to wait until my toe healed. As the lady was removing my polish, I changed my mind and asked for a pedicure but explained she needed to be careful bc of my toe. I don't like when I can't communicate with whoever is providing the service to me bc they don't speak English. I tried to explain to her to be careful with my right big toe bc the last lady hurt it. So when she was filing, I said, please be careful" and she didn't understand me and kept going so the other lady next to her had to tell her. I had to tell her over and over again to be careful and she took the file and threw it on her little table with an attitude. That's when I told her to forget it entirely and just change my polish. The owner did try to talk to me and ask me what was wrong but at that point, I was too pissed. Really sucks because I was looking for a regular salon.
