I went to get my nails done and I had the most gut wrenching experience ever, horrible smell. Terrible layout, WHO DESIGNED THIS PLACE????? I'm never coming back. Have my word, if my grand kids come they will be disowned. The lady did my nails, then charged me for a pedicure? WHO DOES THAT. And also, she had AirPods in and didn't communicate to me once. I came here Sunday to get light pink dip nail polish. Tech said it was too light and was going to add sparkle. Once finished, I had gray nails with sparkle!! I had an appt to get to so I did not complain. I came back today, Thursday and was going to get rose gold dip. This tech asked if I wanted "cut down". I said no. She cut them anyway. Very short! I knew she was frustrated with me over changing my mind about colors but that was prior...during my pedicure. She continued to rush thru my manicure and was being rough. When she asked if I liked them I told her no because she cut them after I said no. She said they were too long and needed it. I told her no, I was just here Sunday and cut them down. She said oh well they will grow soon. I have a wedding to go to in 1 week that both techs were very well aware of and asked the date of. They did not offer me a discount either or to redo my nails. TINA THE OWNER DID MY NAILS. Rushed.. very. I tried to ask her nicely many times to stop & fix these issues.. I still paid & tipped of course but I just wish she would have taken the time as if she was doing her own nails.. also she got up many times to answer the phone and speak with other guests as if I wasn't priority. ALSO FORGOT TO ADD THAT SHE TRIED TO GET AWAY WITH CHARGING ME 227$! Instead of 53! Which btw was expensive for this set anyway. Smh. read more

I adore Asia Nails! This is where I come -every- time I get my nails done. They have a very attentive staff, the girls always pay attention to detail when they're working on the hands and feet. I absolutely LOVE getting my pedicures done in their pedi-chairs. Today I splurged! I don't usually get the Mani/pedi, and today, I didn't really get that, I got a Pedi/polish change, it took a little over an hour and a half for the service to be completed, but when they were done, I was SO happy, the color was JUST perfect and so neatly done. Had to go back next day to have pedicure polish fixed and gel manicure re-done because it was so sloppy. The guy who did them insisted on fixing my nails and that he would do it right and then proceeded to sand off the current coat of gel polish without solo g them off and now my nails are extremely thin and brittle. My thumb nail already broke off really low one day later--and my nails were short to begin with. My cuticles on my big toes and some of my fingers are also sore from how they were trimmed and I am using Neosporin and hydrogen peroxide in hopes I do not get an infection. Nail stations did not look clean. I spent $85 plus $18 tip to basically ruin my nails. It is going to take weeks for my nails to recover. Horrible experience. read more

This place does an amazing job with nails. I came in for a pedicure and my sister got a manicure and pedicure. Pros: - Good job cleaning our cuticles - Paint stayed on well - They cover the pedicure tubs with plastic wrap so you know the water your feet are in are clean *there is a con though - The guy I had did an amazing massage after my pedicure. Con: - Paint job was good but I had to tell the guy he left paint outside but he cleaned it up - *Although they use plastic to cover the tubs, they should pick it up after the customer is done with their pedicure. The guy was picking up the plastic filled water as I was sitting there which was a bit awkward - Their towels may be clean but they are all stained. They could use bleach read more

So disappointed. This place is pretty close to my house so I was excited to give it a try. It took quite a while for someone to acknowledge me, but I didn't really care. I asked to get my eyebrows waxed and was lead to an office chair next to the ladies getting manicures. I was asked what I wanted again, I replied "I'd like to get my eyebrows waxed". So what does she do? Puts the wax all over my upper lip. When I asked what she was doing, I said I wanted my EYEBROWS waxed, she shrugged and said oh, oh well. Now, if I had some hair there I would have been irritated but let it go since I would have needed it. But I don't have a hairy lip. No hair came off. Then she did my eyebrows. They turned out okay, except for the fact that she left dried wax all around my eyebrows and around the corners of my mouth. I understand upselling, but I tip well. No need to force me to pay for something I didn't want or need. Sadly won't be coming back here. read more

I generally don't leave bad reviews, but this place was horrible. Went in for a manicure and pedicure. The employees and the shop itself looked dirty and run down. I asked for a dip manicure and it is truly the worst manicure I've ever gotten in my entire life. The color is inconsistent, it's see through on parts of my nails, my cuticles and around my nails were stained blue from the dip which has never happened to me before, and 3 days later I have 3 chips on 3 different nails. I'm now forced to go and get them redone even though they were just done last Saturday. So disappointing. read more

This place is horrible. I got yelled at for using the massage chair trying to find a comfortable setting. They turned it off and the roller was stuck at my neck. Very uncomfortable. I would have walked out but the lady had started. More than once I said ouch with almost no response. I am not happy about this and there will be no tip and no return trip. I'm only giving it 1 star because you can't review a place and rate it as zero stars. read more
