For my pedicure today, I was unfortunately seated next to a woman who was inappropriately loud. The management did not control her disruptive behavior. In fact, the staff was overly attentive to her, by serving her food from the back room. Apparently her need for attention is why she became increasingly louder. I told my technician that I was not finding my service relaxing. She apologized & offered me water. I have been a monthly customer at Got Nails, Tarpon Springs, for 4 years. The technicians know that I am quiet and polite. When the woman began shouting, "whoop! whoop!", I discontinued my pedicure and went to the front desk and the manager. He charged me full price and offered that he "could not control some customers." Because I have owned and operated customer service businesses, I do not cause a scene when I am displeased with service. I just never return to that establishment. read more

I thought I found my new nail salon as the tek seemed very good. Two weeks ago. I went in there and got a manicure a gel manicure and it was $20 and I left the five dollar tip this time. I was happy to go in and get a manicure gel and a pedicure gel And the price was $145 so they charge me $125 for a pedicure? I left the girl a $20 tip but good luck. I'll never be back. read more

I had pedicure and manicure using gel nail polish.. first they cut my finger started to bleed the polish had something in it they keep digging out and redoing it now I'm seeing more and more of whatever was in the polish.. my toes didn't come out good either very sloppy work.. To start they were busy, had a good check in system and were referred by a friend. My niece (3 years old) was in my lap but I made it a point to not let her interfere with my pedicure, especially while she painted my toenails. My nails were cut without asking, the skin around my nails were not cut down and now even more noticeable due to new nail length. I had to have 2 people fix them (these pictures are the final product) because I had polish on the skin and visible nail tips. They were super nice but not as thorough as I would like. read more

Here for a wedding and found this great little salon... they take walk ins, are super friendly and accommodating, and do a good, inexpensive spa pedicure! I chose the honey pearl spa ($45) and was pleasantly surprised at the inclusion of callous removal and a 15 minute leg/foot massage. Nails were cut and filed to a short, clean length and color came out great! The only thing I found a little odd was that there are no pedicure dryers so you have to just sit and wait at the end, or take the chance you may scuff it a bit! read more

Walk ins welcome, that being said I walked in and was immediately taken for a fill and gel-- The lady who served me was quick and over all I like my nails, she didn't really understand how I wanted my accent gems, but all in all the set came out good and I was only there total of about an hour. Used to be my go to nail place, I would go every two weeks other than when the pandemic was in full swing, so I was excited to go back and get my nails done but unfortunately have had nothing but problems since. I typically do dip on my nails then a pedi, and I always tip well because if I have a problem (rarely do) then I want to know that I can go back in and have them fix it! For whatever reason for the last two trips the dip has chipped very quickly so I've had to go back in within a couple of days to have a couple of nails fixed. I went back in first thing in the morning so they are less busy and the person who they have doing the touch ups sucks. She half asses everything she does and basically treats you like you are being ridiculous asking. Her "fix" literally the same day chips off again or is so carelessly done that a five year old could've done better. She doesn't fix the entire nail, just a small portion and it doesn't adhere the way it should, and then the top coat immediately peels off.Her strategy to keep from fixing them is she doesn't know what color, and after the first time when she tried to fix a dip manicure with regular polish I decided ok, I'm going to make sure I write down the color so if it happens again there is no excuse. I usually go here for eyebrow waxes and they do a pretty good job, but to be fair I'm not picky and just cover it with makeup if they mess up. I keep going back because it's a very nice atmosphere and looks clean, also it's hard to try new places but I am not going back anymore. A few months back I tried to get a relaxing pedicure from here and it was the worst time I've ever had getting my nails done. When I first walked in they rushed me to the chair and wouldn't let me pick my polish off the wall. They accidently used gel polish, and I had to sit there forever until they realized it wasn't drying, then they had to repaint them and wait on the drying process all over again and my afternoon pedicure turned into a day at the salon. Here is the kicker, I went back after that debacle and tried out a manicure, I requested pink, stiletto, acrylic nails. Wishing I had a picture to post but I was honestly embarrassed for anyone to look so close at them, my cuticles were barely trimmed and I had very defined brush strokes in 2 nails on each hand. when I tried to show the lady who did them she somehow convinced me they would disappear once fully dried. I've been here twice. Once for gel nails and once for a pedicure. The pedicure was the QUICKEST I've ever had anywhere. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and cost $25. The gel nails were very thick so I never came back. I did not think anyone could do a pedicure wrong but this one was not much better than if I'd polished my own toes. What a disappointment! The girl at the last salon I went to 2 weeks ago did a very poor job on my nails and messed up the shape I wanted pretty badly. I went in to Got Nails tonight and had my nails done by Elaina who was very good. She completely fixed my nails and made them look amazing! Got Nails use to be my go to nail salon. They always had nice, fast service and the staff was pleasant. But the past few times I have gotten my nails done here I've been treated quite rude by the nail techs. Instead of asking me to move my hands out of the way they shoved my hands away while doing my nails. They don't even try to make conversation, they just keep their headphones in or speak to one another. Also before they even finished my nails I was made to pay and was treated as if I wasn't going to pay them. Only then when she saw how much money I had was she nice to me. I have never felt so un-welcomed in a nail salon before. I think I will be taking by business elsewhere. read more

Bet they have a great review on their Facebook page. Since I wrote how dissatisfied I was and of course they deleted it. I went in on a Friday and had a basic mani/pedi. I was asked if I wanted regular polish or gel. I have head gel can be hard on your nails so I went with regular. It chipped within 24 hours. The lady doing my pedicure cut my toenail to short, well started to and then just stopped and left it loose. I didn't realize till I had left and had to go back. She then was told to glue it. Fine, except she put the glue on over the polish. They did offer to fix it. But I had a sick puppy for a week and couldn't go. By the time I could I messaged them to make an appointment, I received this in return "With regular nail polish we cant guarantee that it is going to last. Therefore, we won't be able to fix your nails for you. Especially if it has been over a week. However, we will fix it for your this time hence the problem with your toe. However, this can only be a one time thing. We look forward to seeing you." I understand that they were going to fix it but I do not care for the way they acted like I was trying to get something for nothing. I Don't think it was to much to ask for to have a decent manicure that lasted. I went in the first place because I had a party to go to the next day. Ended up with nicely chipped nails.
