DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Your nails will pop off in two days and they expect you to pay again to fix what they didn't do right in the first place! Literally each day a new nail would pop off and I had to go back and get it fixed and they even charged me the first time! They said i cut the nail off on purpose which is laughable why would anyone do that and pay again! PlusI had an event to go to and another nail popped off there !EMBARRASSING!! I was on vacation doing nothing and the nails just were POPPING OFF! The female in charge has A NASTY ATTITUDE! Rude and curse out customers! THEY CHARGE EXTRA for everything little thing another salon nearby doesn't yet the QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS TRASH. Even my NAIL POLISH COLOR TURN INTO A BROWNISH COLOR less than a week later!! The pedicure's are TRASH as well. Your feet will come out looking the same way they walked in ladies just with new polish!!! The massage chairs and remotes are nasty and disgusting just dirty. If you're already one of their customers they may take care of you of course but IF YOU'RE A NEW CUSTOMER THEY DON'T GIVE TWO SH*ts. They always say they're booked but when you walk in no ones ever doing anything. people are walking right back out because their service SUCKS! A WOMAN WALKED OUT WHILE I WAS THERE ! They looked this lady in the face and ignored her. she was trying to get service for a while and finally walked out! Best thing she could've done! ZERO STARS!! (And dear jade salon no need to reply with your lies . All you do is make excuses and I will be getting my money back FRAUDS. ) They even will hang up in your face when you try calling about their bad service and blame you! The certificates on their walls means nothing. I know some children who can do a better job! They are FRAUDS TAKING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! Don't waste your time. read more

Michelle does the best job of making you feel like you're truly at home when you come into the salon. I discovered this shop as I live right across the street, and after my first time, I knew I will never go to another nail shop. She and her husband run the shop, and it truly feels relaxing when you walk in. They play classical music - sometimes I feel like I could truly fall asleep in the chair! The coffee, water, and cookies are such a nice touch, especially after a stressful day at work. Not to mention that Michelle and her husband both do an EXCELLENT job every single time. Michelle takes so much pride in her work and my nails stay for weeks - I just choose to go back every 2 weeks :) I have been to other shops in the area, and this shop is the most genuine, fair priced, clean! Michelle is a very warm, caring person who is very gentle and kind. They do a wonderful job on nails, pedi ures, and brows.
