Cleanliness is so important going to the nail salon. I can get my pedicures for my whole life and I never had a problem once Salon and I used cheese here on my heel and irrupt too hard and. And I got a large infection at Dream in the hospital at the Trinity hospital in New Port Richey. I spent three days in the hospital with IV antibiotics.... Hospital laid ion ask me to report this buisness so it do happen to anyone else... three days after my pedicure I had 102 fever and I couldn't walk on my foot. I couldn't put my foot down. I went in at about 11:00 am on a Friday which I expected to be a busy time, for a dip manicure. No set, just on my natural nails. I had regular polish on them, so it was an easy removal. The positive: I was helped immediately. The salon was clean. Everyone was friendly. The negative: my nails look like my 4 year old did them. They look absolutely TERRIBLE. I am not new to dip manis. It usually takes about 30 min. Maybe 45 with a full set. I was there over an hour!! And they are so thick. My nails look bizarre. And then when he was filing he put a huge dent in one and told me he will have to start that one over. I told him I had to leave in 15 min-which would put my mani time at about 90 min. Mind you this was not me receiving a luxury service or having to have dip or gel soaked off. This was acetone to remove regular polish, filing and dip. He messed up twice and put the activator on instead on the base. Then when he went to fix the nail he never put the activator and it was still wet. It was obvious I hated it, but I paid and left. He was a nice man. And I didn't want him to get in trouble but for anyone thinking of going here-go somewhere else. Here's pics read more

After reading some yelp reviews I decided to try Heavenly nails. I called and was able to get an appt with Anne (who was recommended) immediately. I went in and was greeted nicely. I met Anne and she was very kind and knowledgeable. I had her fill in my acrylic nails and I got gel which cost $32 total. A little more pricey than my old nail salon. I then got a deluxe pedicure which was nice. The pedicure was also $32. On the high side. Anne was able to match my color great so my toes match my gel nails. They both came out great!!! I am hoping they last and don't chip. If they last, it's definitely worth it! I will post an update in a few days! Update!!! No chipping. I switched to Lindsey and she's my nail tech now. Love her! She's amazing and goes an excellent job. Have to book 2 weeks in advance to get her after work though. She's so good!! read more

I'd like to start my review by acknowledging that Jeny took her time and thoroughly tried to fix what someone else in the salon started. I am very happy with the customer service and patience she gave me. That being said, I will still never return. I walked in without an appointment and asked for a full set of acrylic nails. I was greeted instantly by the owner/manager and sat at station 6. I told the man I wanted long tapered shaped similar to a "coffin" but not bowed out at the natural nail line. He seemed to understand what I meant. What first bothered me was that he did not clean my natural nails; did not trim them or push back and cut the cuticles. He used the nail drill to file the tops of my nails which is not a good practice as it makes the natural nail too thin. Then he glued on the nail tips. He did it very quickly and carelessly, so some of them were noticeably crooked but I figured that could be at least somewhat corrected along the way. He asked me how thick I wanted the nails and I explained I wanted them to be thick enough so that they were strong and had a nice curved apex (highest point in the middle of the nail plate). I started noticing how bad they looked while he was filing the sides and they only got worse after shaping and the final filing. Instead of the tapered square look I'd asked for, he did a dramatic coffin shape. I can understand there may have been some confusion due to a language barrier, but every single nail was terribly uneven and the apex on every nail was flat. Not to mention they were much shorter than I wanted. I stopped him and pointed out, explaining very thoroughly, each flaw. He said he did not see any problems with them and his other customers would've been happy with them as they were. I told him I was unhappy with the nail shape and wanted corrected. I spoke with the manager and waited 30 minutes until someone else was available to correct my nails. That's when Jeny did her best to correct the work. I am still really unhappy with the end result but I appreciate her trying to fix someone else's bad work. Update: after 3 days several nails started lifting and after 2 more days two had come completely off. I tried soaking them off with 100% acetone and while they did get mushy, as soon as I removed them from the acetone they would harden. CONFIRMED MMA PRODUCT! MMA is illegal and extremely harmful! I will be reporting this salon. read more

I have been attending this nail salon for well over 8 years with my daughter. I love the service, quality, and professionalism that is offered. We have seen the same nail technician and she always puts up with me never knowing what I want and my daughter being very particular. We have never left unhappy and constantly receive compliments. I understand that I went during the pandemic, but I also paid and tipped- THE NAIL TECHNICIAN rushed and frequently went on her phone while doing my nails. When I was done there was dents and scratches because she put the top coat on too soon. My MOH and I went here before the bachelorette. She got Plain tips done with gems on each nail and within 24 hours more than five gems had fallen off and she had to spend $20 somewhere else getting them fixed. Now the is me the bride... Tried this salon as was recommended by a hair stylist at Great Clips. The gel nails are still going strong, done way over a month ago so need to go again! The Pedi was nice and gentle. I had a salt scrub before that the girl pushed so hard the salt was hurting me so I was a little nervous!! This one was nice. I actually sweat when they try to file my nails because I've been cut by a file before because half the time they go too fast, hard and are looking elsewhere as they work. LOL. Not here. I just had some of the most stressful & traumatic events happen in my life... I know what is important in life & what simply isn't and they are not worthy of good people. If you are 5 minutes late they will cancel your appointment and fill it with someone else! I have a dog with cancer who I left home and came to enjoy my nail appointment & it was the worst 3 hours of my entire life! Yesterday I went in to get a manicure and pedicure for my birthday. The place is very nice and has a good atmosphere but the quality isnt all that great. The very first toe the gentleman filed, he filed into my toenail bed. I then realized he was using a used nail file. My toe began to bleed and I had to ask him to place alcohol on a cotton ball just to kill any bacteria from getting into the cut. Yes.. it stung! I'd rather feel more pain than to have an infected toe. Then he started shaving my heel callus off. I told him to do very little and then use a pumice. He was heavy handed and shaved off part of my heel. My toes did turn out beautiful but the rest of the experience wasn't worth it. Instead of wearing my beautiful sandals for my party I had to wear black flip flops because my heel kept bleeding the entire night. Today my foot hurts so much and I feel my other heal was one scrape away from the same bleeding fate. Please be careful ladies and lee a close eye on their technique and equipment. read more

The first time I went it was great. I got acrylic and gel polish. They lasted for 3 weeks no chipping or peeling( which is what gel polish should do) I went back a week ago today (1/21/16) and got them re done. The girl made my thumbs look like clubs they are so short and my gel polish started peeling when I got home the same day. I went back in Monday and complained and one of the guys buffed and painted over the chipped spots. He asked me who I saw last time and I said I didn't know but the 2nd to last booth. The woman doing pedicures knew who it was and didn't sound like she said any good words about her in her language. And now today my nails chipped again!! I am so fed up with this!!! Maybe it is the polish? Maybe it was the idiot who didn't prep my nails right. But either way I will not be going back! My aunt owns her own salon and I know the way it is supposed to be done.
